Elegant room with balcony, centralized air conditioning , en-suite bathroom complete with hairdryer and free toiletries, this room offers a flat-screen TV, a small fridge, Wi-Fi connection in the common area. Includes a small breakfast table, heating, lockable door, wardrobe, towels, bed linen.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

due to covid the kitchen for common use will no longer be available for this reason a ticket for breakfast at the bar will be offered which includes coffee or cappuccino with 1 dessert (croissant, crafen etc.) we apologize for the inconvenience

CHECK IN
- We DO NOT check in after 8.00 pm
-Check-in from 4.00pm to 8.00pm.
-Check-out by 10:00 am (In order to avoid the penalty)

- SECURITY DEPOSIT
-A security deposit of EUR 30 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay for it by credit card. You should receive your refund within 7 days

FREE SERVICES IN THE STRUCTURE
• Parking in the courtyard allowed only for mopeds in the video-monitored condominium space.
• for arrivals in the morning it is possible to leave suitcases in the structure from 11.00 to 13.30
• Free Wi-Fi in the common area
• breakfast at the bar
• Cleaning together with the change of sheets and towels takes place every 2 days from 10.00 am to 13.00pm (please use the linen correctly, do not step on, do not remove make-up, do not place suitcases on the beds, etc.)

PAID SERVICES IN THE STRUCTURE
. the use of air conditioning has an additional cost of €10 per night
• If the guest needs a daily linen change, the service is subject to a fee to be paid at the time of the request:
€ 10 change of sheets and / or towels for 1p- 2p.
• The inappropriate use of the linen provided to customers will result in an additional cost of laundry costs of € 10 for the restoration of hygienic conditions where possible otherwise the cost of replacing the garment.
• Check-in after 20.00 has an additional cost of € 10.00 until 22.00 to be paid upon arrival
• Luggage storage service after check-out costs:
euro 2.00 per hour
euro 5.00 per day per bag, regardless of size or weight.

HOUSE RULES
The B & B 95th Regiment is a non-smoking accommodation, so please, in order to preserve your health and not to disturb the rest of others, do not smoke !.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms, balconies and in all common areas in compliance with the law (Art. 51 Law January 16, 2003, n. 3).
• The common area in the BnB is under video surveillance.
• Behavior, activities, games and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests are not permitted within the structure at any time.
• It is not allowed to introduce unregistered people inside the rooms
• Events are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed
• Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their care.
• Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you come home late please close the front door softly and close the door of your room gently so as not to disturb those who are already sleeping.
