Diese bunte und charmante 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung, liegt zentral im Herzen von Seagrove Beach & Ihren nächsten Urlaub besonders gemütlich und komfortabel machen. Alle neuen Schränke und Granit-Arbeitsplatten begrüßen die Gäste in der Küche. Der Meister verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit umgestaltetem Badezimmer, und es gibt ein Queen-Bett-Gästezimmer sowie ein drittes Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, die sich ein komplett neu gestaltetes Badezimmer mit Granit-Waschtisch teilen.

Diese geräumige 3-Zimmer-Einheit ist auf der zweiten Etage und verfügt über einen Balkon, der einen von zwei Pools auf dem geräumigen Blick und schön Beachwood Villas Immobilien angelegt. Kabel-TV und WLAN (2 TV). Einer der Pools in der Anlage ist saisonal beheizt und diese Eigenschaft verfügt auch über Tennisplätze und Shuffleboard.

Wenn Sie eine Pause von Ihren Strandaktivitäten benötigen, nehmen Sie ein Fahrrad (leicht zu mieten und vor Ihrer Tür zu liefern) und fahren Sie auf sicheren, etablierten Radwegen zum Seaside oder einer der anderen malerischen Strandgemeinschaften entlang des Scenic Highway 30A. Fahrradverleih ist in der Nähe. Plus, wenn Sie ein Golfer sind, sind einige schöne Kurse nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt.

Very good location and facility

It was a great place to stay close to great beach and shopping and bicycle paths very friendly Community. Nice clean well-kept rooms with a view of the pool and the sound of the Gulf nearby.

Excellent Location and well managed.

Benchmark properties were excellent to deal with. Flooring needs replaced badly in the kitchen and living room area and living room furniture could be replaced. Outside of that great location and safe place to stay.

Upon arrival, the countertops were dirty, the wall by the garbage can had splashes on it, the sheets in guest bedroom were discolored, the patio has mildew on it, the couch and rugs are stained, the patio door won’t lock, the seal in master bedroom window is broken so window is very discolored. We were overall dissatisfied and would not stay again. Very low quality condo.

30A Stay

The place was fine. Had a few issues, 1 with the electronic deadbolt, another with the dish washer, but those were remedied fairly quickly. The main room layout in the listing differs from its current configuration, I believe the layout in the listing would have been better. Kind a tight between the dining table and the sofa, then a bit too close to the very large TV. Was a bit surprised by the small-ish size of the oven but understand why. The walk across the street to the beach...then down the stairs and then to the east for the public beach was a bit of a hike, but I did not have to get in a car to get there. Overall good experience. I would recommend to others, but include the information above.

Nice Property but poor Management Co.

The property was very fairly nice. It was at the location we wanted to be at on the 30a corridor. The main complaint that we have is with Benchmark management the company that rents and manages the property. Benchmark is more about profit apparently so they do not provide you with the appropriate amenities. As an example they only give you one roll of Toilet Paper and tell you to purchase additional. That is a cheap way to handle a property that someone rents for a premium. When we arrived the blinds in the master suite were broken so you could not keep the light out (suggests The management company is not keeping the property up) and lastly, they said the property had a heated pool. That was misleading. From talking to residents, the pool Is only heated in March of each year. They misled us and accordingly we will think twice before we would stay in Benchmark managed property again.

Hi Meg, We only set you up with an initial supply of toilet paper this is clearly stated in our rental policy. 14. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time, initial setup including: sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, can liner and small bathroom amenities. Additional paper products, toiletries and can liners (trash bags) must be purchased by the guest. This is how the majority of rental companies in the area supply the guest. We are sorry that you were disappointed in our service and mislead you on when the pool was heated. We may never guarantee a pool to be heated due to it is up to the association of the condo. We would have come over to take care of the blinds if you would have informed us of your issue while you were here. Hopefully if you do come back to the beach you will have a better experience. Review of Beachwood Villa 10H

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival - we did not have any internet service for the first 3 days and were without basic cable service the entire week. We notified Benchmark of these problems many times through the week. They would send someone over to check it out and leave without fixing it. The only TV that was usable was one of the back bedrooms. There were no remotes for any of the others. Dishwasher was leaking on the floor and was finally replaced the day before we left. Really frustrated with the property management of this unit.

Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I came to the Destin area for spring break. It was crowded which was to be expected. It was noisy, again expected but it was excessive. Even though the property mgmt company has no part in who else rented in the condo community, there were owners who simply did not care who rented their vacation rental. The condo was well appointed, clean and neat. It had been advertised as having a washer and dryer and we packed accordingly. Unfortunately, neither were operable. Both were broken which we discovered after multiple calls to the mgmt company reporting the machines as unusable. There was a shared laundry facility which also had broken, inoperable machines. Also, upon renting the condo we got a credit for beach rentals. The bikes we rented were TERRIBLE. Expensive and all but one had mechanical problems which the rental company appeared to be unable to address. We might be back to the area but not sure we will rent in Seagrove again.

We sincerely apologize that the complex had some noisy neighbors while you were here, but we do have a noise ordinance of 7 AM - 10 PM, so if there is too much noise outside of those hours, guests are more than welcome to file a noise complaint with the local police department. We also are sorry to hear that you had issues with our partner company's equipment. We will note this and address this matter with them, as we expect high quality gear and service for our guests. Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, convenient rental in a walkable distance from the beach. Had some issues with our electric keypad upon check-in, but once we were able to reach the after hours management, the issue was quickly resolved. It was more than enough space for our family of 3.

Great family condo & close to beach!

This was our first time visiting Seagrove Beach & found this condo to be a great place to stay, central to other nearby towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary & Alys Beach. The condo was just as described and well-equipped for a family of 6 . Beachwood Villas is a nicely kept complex with 2 pools and walking distance across the street to the beach access. We really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool & the kids really loved to take a late afternoon or evening dip to cool off. Overall, we found this to be a great location and a great condo to stay in. Everything was clean, beds & linens were soft and comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a bit delayed due to waiting on inspection which caused a minor inconvenience. There was no remote for the TV in the Master bedroom and despite an email to the property managers, it was never resolved during our stay. One negative experience came from neighbors in 10E. They were loud, left beach gear blocking the walkway & had a loud, drunken pool party that was not family-friendly which kept others from visiting the pool. This unit is not under the same management and I discovered not much could be done. Thankfully, we still had a great week in spite of it, but it does reflect on the entire complex & everyone's experience if others are being inconsiderate.

We are sorry to hear of your issues with other guests. While this not a normal occurrence, we do apologize fort he disruption it caused you and your family. Also, we are sorry we did not get a new remote out to you during your stay. It is always our goal to be quick and responsive when our guests have issues.
