Freistehende Villa in Nerja mit fantastischem Blick über das Meer und die Berge. Die Villa hat Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und WiFi. Es gibt einen privaten Pool mit großer Terrasse und sechs Liegestühlen. Es gibt eine große Terrasse aus der Lounge und eine weitere überdachte Terrasse vor der Küche, alle mit fantastischer Aussicht. An der Vorderseite der Villa befindet sich eine BBQ Terrasse und Parkplatz. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, den großen Gemeinschaftspool und die Gärten zu benutzen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein volles en-suite Duschraum. Die Familie Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche in einem. Wir bieten Ihnen einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett, wenn nötig, kostenlos, müssen Sie Leinen für das Kinderbett mitbringen. Wir bieten auch Badetücher an. Bei Bedarf arrangieren wir einen Flughafentransfer mit einer lokalen Firma.

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing 2 weeks in this villa, the property was very clean, and very well supplied with all the linens, crockery and cooking equipment we needed. The view from the upper terrace was amazing, we spent most evenings on there.

Wonderful villa with the far reaching views of the sea and mountains. Perfect for 6 guests. Beds were comfy and the villa had pretty much all you needed. The beach just below is great. There are a couple of cheringuito's for drinks, food and sunbeds. Showers on the beach too.Only negatives, it was very steep driving in and out of the property. Hand towels and shower mat would have been nice.Would happily stay again.

Wow! Spectacular View!

The views are spectacular! Truely enjoyed our stay. Peace and calm. Nerja is very nice with good restaurants and very quaint. Great BBQ's on terrace enjoying the views of the mountains and Mediterranean sea! John was readily avaible with any issues. We highly recommend this villa.

The villa is lovely, with spectacular views of the sea by day and night. The pool and pool terrace with its loungers and umbrellas was perfect for relaxing. Other terraces at different levels offered places to eat or read, all with the wonderful view. It was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spacious and very comfortable with good beds. The AC in the bedrooms was very welcome, and the kitchen was a good size. We had a car to do some exploring, so having parking right outside the house was perfect. John was very easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. We had a wonderful time and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Holiday

Great location. Lovely Villa with a view that never gets boring. Steep hill so a car is a must. The host, John, was really helpful and accommodating. Lots of fabulous beach restaurants on the Torrox road. Recommend Scarletta's Restaurant in Nerja and the restaurants in Torrox Peublo.

Fantastic house in a great location. The views of Nerja town, the mountains and the Mediterranean are fantastic. The house is high class. Short walk to El Oasis for a drink. The house was in line with expectations.

Wonderful views

We stayed in four VRBOs in Barcelona, Seville, Nerja and Ronda during our recent trip. This beauty in Nerja was by far our favorite. We so enjoyed the views, the living space inside and out. We ate outside and enjoyed the views and the night lights. One evening we watched dolphins during our dinner. Great place.

Beautiful building and setting

We had a great visit to Nerja and a wonderful stay at John's villa. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The setting is perfect for expansive views of the Mediterranean. The neighborhood is safe for walking and the beach is 15-20 minutes from the house. We are considering another visit next year.

Pros: Very beautiful villa with unmatched views, my family and I enjoyed our stay here! Every room has access to the pool. The villa was well stocked with supplies. We loved the terrace and pool areas. It was just a lovely place to be. Cons: The first floor does not have air condition, but there’s A/C in the rooms. There was a small problem with ants coming. My family members said there were ants in their luggage. Also, it is difficult to get to the beaches or anywhere in Nerja town without a car. It is also difficult to drive and park in the mountain that the villa is within, if you’re not used to that.

Very nice house with a great view

We had a very nice stay. The villa is well appointed with very good beds. The view is amazing! Also the swimmingpool was great. Smart tv with Netflix etc. The only thing we thought that was not so good is the cleanliness of the house. Especially the kitchen could have been cleaner. But overall we where very happy with our stay!

Lovely villa wth amazing views

Well stocked clean villa. Fantastic views of the sea Nerja and the mountains. Up quite a steep hill, but this is why you get great views. Initially we struggled to find it as its tucked away down a lane, this is also a benifit as it makes it private.We only had one problem, self inflicted as we locked our selves out, one quick call to John and 20 minutes later we were back in....would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice villa, loved the area

Just back from 10 days at this villa. It's a lovely villa but could do with some tlc and few upgraded items. John is really lovely and told us best places to go. We loved Burriana beach, Balcon de Europa and the area and beaches if you turn right at the roundabout as you come down from the villa. You do need a car to stay here but we knew that and listing very accurate in terms of location. We always hire a care as we like to explore. Overall had a fantastic holiday and met some great people in the various bars in Balcon de Europa.

Wonderful Holiday

The villa is lovely with absolutely incredible views. It is located in a peaceful area, we enjoyed eating out in Nerja and exploring the local areas but were most happy just to enjoy spending time around the pool and eating at the villa overlooking the sea and especially the stunning night views looking out towards Nerja and beyond. John was really helpful and quickly responsive for any questions. We felt totally settled, relaxed and comfortable in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa will be hard to beat!

Beautiful villa, incredible views, just outside Nerja

We had a lovely stay at the villa; everything was as described and as the pictures. John was great to communicate with, and check in was easy. The views are just incredible! The villa itself is set in a residential area just outside Nerja, at the top of a hill; the bus goes every hour from the hotel at the bottom of the hill, and only costs €1! Taxis are around €6-8. Good supply of cooking and glassware, and the treats on arrival were a lovely touch 😊 I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely villa and host - thank you John

A few friends and I stayed in John’s villa in July 2023. The villa was great - really good size for 5 people, great pool, amazing view. The villa was clean and well kept. Kitchen was also well stocked, lovely outdoor seating area. John was an extremely accommodating host - really communicative and helpful. He went the extra mile by letting us bend the times of check in / out to accommodate our flight times. This really made our last day a lot less stressful! Thank you John for a lovely stay - would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a fun holiday in Nerja!

We saw the villa and fell in love with the location and the far reaching views. The outside areas are perfect for making the most of the climate , all year round , with the villas south facing orientation. We lived happily in the villa for 10 years with our family, now both of daughters are back in the UK at University, so we decided to holiday let the villa and give some body else the opportunity to enjoy the property and the stunning views that we were spoilt by every day .
