Auf der unteren Etage gibt es eine Halle, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein geräumiges Wohn- / Esszimmer.
Die atemberaubende Sonnenterrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich und ist mit einem großen Esstisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirme und Liegestühlen ausgestattet.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Doppelzimmer mit Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse, auch mit herrlichem Meerblick, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, wo die Waschmaschine ist.
Alle Zimmer haben große Einbauschränke. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Absolutely beautiful villa - with the best views of the sea. Waking up everyday to sun, sea and Spanish vibes was simply the best. We were very comfortable in the villa and the plunge pool was a welcome relief most days! Quite hilly and many steps might not be so good for less mobile guests but for us it was fine. Just a short drive into Nerja and the other local towns for restaurants, culture and beach fun.

We absolutely loved the Jimmy and Sue's place. The property was exactly as advertised, we were so happy with it, the property more than met our expectations. The booking process was super easy and communication with the hosts was prompt. We spent a couple of nights eating in with an Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets all within 10mins drive of the property.The property is halfway up a steep hill, which affords a lovely view of the sea from both the bedroom balcony and the patio, but if you had mobility issues, you may want to think twice about this area as all properties have a number of steps leading up to the front door due to the houses being built into the hillside.We were pleased to have a hire car as the property is on the outskirts of the town. However, an Uber would have been no more than 15 euros or you could walk into town along the beach road in around 20/25 mins. There is a massive carpark in the town centre close to the 'Balcon de Europa' so driving in was our preferred way to get to Nerja town centre. There was also a bus stop at the end of the road, but i couldn't tell you how regular the buses would have been.We loved Nerja. It was big enough to have plenty of restaurants to choose from, but small enough not to get lost in. We visited the caves of Nerja and the famous white village of Frigiliana. Both were well worth the visit, but we spent most of our holiday enjoying the sun on the patio loungers and using plunge pool to cool down. I would

Spacious Villa, spectacular sea views.

My family and I had an amazing holiday in this lovely Villa. It is extremely spacious with two terraces, one of the main bedroom and the other of the living/dinning area. Both with Spectacular sea views. The villa was clean and well maintained with all the utensils you require. The beach is only a 5 min walk away with several restaurants being 5-15 mins walk away.

Lack of hot water marred an otherwise lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay, and the place was lovely, as advertised. We enjoyed the advice about local sights and Granada. However, for the capacity of this 3 bedroom home, with 2 double beds and 2 twins, and even with the briefest of shoeets (and I mran turning the water on and off during the shower) it was impossible for more than 2 of us to have warm showers within an hour. As the weather was chilly during our stay, this was a bit of a problem. Maybe a larger capacity water heater, or turning up.the thermostat?

Our Second Stay In This Spectacular Villa

This was our second visit to this lovely three bed villa and we couldn't recommend it more. The property is just outside of Nerja but is situated in a beautiful, peaceful location just 500m from the sea front. There's a bus station at the bottom of the road that goes direct into Nerja, otherwise it's no more than 30 minute picturesque walk along the sea front. It's a very easy area to drive around also and has lovely restaurants, starting less than half a mile away . There's even a LIDL on the way to Nerja, where you can grab everything you need for your stay. As for the property itself: it has a large terrace, with lovely views, that basks in the sun until the late afternoon. It's a great place to catch some rays and an amazing area to sit and have a meal. If you get too hot relaxing on the terrace then there's a great communal pool less than 50m from the front door. All the rooms are very spacious and keep very cool despite the lovely weather. Couldn't ask for better amenities, most notably the kitchen which has all the space and utensils you'll need to get practicing your own paella's and Spanish omelettes. Will definitely be staying again. If we had the choice we'd never leave.

Wunderschön gelegene Villa

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus, in der Vorsaison ist die Anlage fast leer

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Wunderschönen Terrasse mit Liegen und Möbel. Zimmer sauber und alle Küchenutensilien soweit vorhanden bis auf eventuell eine Kühltasche mit Akkus für Strand. Leider nur 1 Küchenhandtuch und für jeden Gast ein Dusch- u. Handtuch für 10 Übernachtungen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns angeboten die Waschmaschine zu nutzen, wobei auf die Wasserknappheit hingewiesen wurde. Mülltrennung bis auf Glas findet nicht statt. Das Doppelbett im Erdgeschoß ist mit 1,40 m etwas schmal.

Toller Urlaub im tollen Haus!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Villa hat eine fantastische Lage oberhalb des Meers, in nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein schöner Gemeinschaftspool. Das Haus ist komplett und großzügig eingerichtet, um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Kontakt mit Jimmy und Susan war sehr freundlich und perfekt.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem gut eingerichtetem Haus! Die Beiden Terassen bieten einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Mittelmeer, die Wohnräume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gross genug zum Kochen und die zwei Bäder waren praktisch für unsere sechsköpfige Familie. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und schnell! Alles prima!

Schöne Villa in Meernähe

Schöne Villa in Meernähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Felsenbucht, Sandstrand auch schnell erreichbar), gut per Auto zu finden, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Swimming-Pool in direkter Nähe. Die Villa ist komfortabel mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, die Küche ist modern und ganz neu (großer Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Ceranherd, Spülmaschine etc.). Alles, was man für bis zu 6 Personen braucht ist da (pro Person 1 x Handtücher groß & klein, Bettwäsche, auch warme Deckbetten, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser auch für Wein usw.). Wunderbare große Sonnenterrasse mit tollen Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Tisch und Stühlen, daneben ein kleiner Felsengarten mit Blumenpracht, oben eine zusätzliche kleine Sonnenterrasse mit zwei Stühlen. Sehr gut gesichertes Haus, in dem man sich sicher aufgehoben fühlt. Waschmaschine und Fön sind auch vorhanden, reichlich Platz in den Schränken - alles in allem ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlen und eine schöne Zeit haben kann! Die Aussicht zum Meer ist fantastisch! Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich, gut erreichbar und kümmern sich um alle Belange direkt (per Mail und auch telefonisch). Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!

Fantastic Villa with lovely shared pool and gardens

A fantastic villa, very well located for the beach and nearby Nerja. This was one of those lovely surprises when the property is even better than the photos suggest. The villa is spacious with a generous kitchen/ living space, good sized berooms and stylish bathooms. The kitchen is well equiped with everything that you need. What really makes it special are the two large terraces (one from the living space and one from the main bedroom) which mean you can enjoy the outside and the fantastic view in privacy. I was a little concerned about the proximity to the road (I remember the N-340 from the old days when it was the main coastal road) but it really wasn't noisy at all. The villa has access to a lovely shared garden and pool (2 min walk) which never got too busy and was large enough to relax in. The lush garden was a lovely space to retreat to on particularly hot days with areas of shade if you want them and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The pool is large and clean and again never got too busy. The nearby town of Nerja was buzzy and has plenty of great places to eat out. There is walkable access to several stretches of beach from the villa. Jimmy was incredibly responsive to queries and questions which made the booking and arrival process straightforward.

Attractive villa, ideal for families

The home is situated in a large, very attractive and well maintained villa development with beautiful views and landscaping. Our villa had spectacular views of the Mediterranean and was conveniently located (within the villa community and to Nerja and beaches). The villa had been thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms and kitchen were very modern; apparently recently renovated. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Bedrooms were clean, spartan and would benefit from upgraded beds/bedding/linens, consistent in style with bathrooms and kitchen. No TV, but we don’t speak fluent Spanish so TV was not missed.

Very nice place near Nerja

Nice and clean, max 10 min walk from a calm beach. Beautiful view from the terraces. Recommended!

Parfait!!

Tout a été parfait, autant les démarches en arrivant que les informations reçues par les propriétaires avant notre arrivée... La vue est allucinante et la villa très bien conçue... nous étions avec deux enfants et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous Un grand merci!! Je vous le recommande!!!

Excellent standard of accommodation

The property was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The surrounding area is residential and very quiet. It was great having such a lovely pool so close. Excellent terrace for sunbathing and having meals al fresco. Can thoroughly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Really great place to stay. Lots of beaches very close by - stony one at the bottom of the road was a favourite of ours as our children enjoyed climbing over rocks to get to a ‘secret beach’ and really great for photos as the sun sets. We did drive into Nerja but in August the place is buzzing so quite difficult to park. We preferred going to eat at the quieter chiringuitos near the villa on the coast road. The shared pool is a few minutes walk from the villa & was a great place to relax and swim. It never felt over crowded and it was surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. Toilet block & showers are there too. The villa is spacious with aircon in the two upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed having a drink on the upstairs balcony overlooking the sea. The use of a beach chair, buckets & spades and parasols for the beach was brilliant! The hosts quickly answered any questions we had and we’d very much enjoy returning to this villa for another holiday.

Amazing home in Costa Del Sol

We were absolutely thrilled with this property! Our family of four from the United States considered this home to be a highlight of our trip to Spain. The home is very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. Check-in process was extremely easy and hosts were easy to communicate with ahead of our visit. Star of the property is the outdoor patio/deck overlooking the water. The views are spectacular and I agree with other commentors who said the actual view is even better than the pictures on VRBO. That was worth a visit alone! We really had no complaints or criticisms at all. The property is located just outside Nerja, so we found it helpful to have a car. Parking was easy right outside of our door. There is a beach that is easily walkable but we tended to drive into Nerja, park our car and walk between beaches. I think it is doable to walk to beaches and restaurants from the apartment or take a bus or taxi into town. Overall an outstanding experience!
