Die Brighton Beach Hut ist nur wenige Minuten vom bestens geheimen Strand in Brighton und 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Gehen Sie / fahren Sie entlang der Strandpromenade zu Hove, ohne eine Straße zu überqueren und an der Marina zuerst zu stoppen.

Die South Downs gegenüber dem Haus bietet wunderbare Wanderungen. Die sonnige Wohnung ist neu dekoriert mit einer flippigen und dennoch gemütlichen Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche und Platz draußen für bbqs. Mein Platz ist perfekt für Paare und Familien mit Platz für Fahrräder und Boards. Ein kleiner Hund willkommen, wie alle sind!

Sauber und übersichtlich mit einem Retro-Gefühl, ist die Brighton Beach Hut eine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit viel Garten und eine Terrasse für ein sonniges Frühstück. Die Küche ist neu und komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um eine Mahlzeit für 4 zu kochen. Allerdings gibt es auch eine kleine BBQ / Feuerstelle für die warmen Abende zu Hause oder am Strand. Von der Küche sind die hellen und sonnigen Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer 1 hat ein originales viktorianisches Messing-Doppelbett und einen alten walisischen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2 hat zwei große Einzelbetten mit Kleiderschrank und Kommode. Es ist eine Tür in mein Haus, aber es ist zu jeder Zeit verschlossen und darf nur im Notfall benutzt werden. Alle Betten haben neue Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Der Versorgungsbereich hat eine Waschmaschine, Reinigungsausrüstung, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Wäschetrockner und Fön und reichlich Platz, um Ihre Sachen zu speichern. Darüber hinaus ist das Duschzimmer klein, aber perfekt geformt. Das große Wohnzimmer blickt auf den Garten. Es gibt einen Fernseher, der mit einem Streaming-Gerät zum Anschauen von Live- und Nachholprogrammen und einem CD-Player ausgestattet ist.

Da die Hütte mit meinem Haus verbunden ist, hört man gedämpfte Stimmen oder das Radio, aber nicht spät in der Nacht oder zu früh am Morgen, und wir zielen darauf ab, den Lärm zu halten, besonders wenn man kleine, die eine frühe Nacht brauchen Weinlese

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic two weeks in the beach hut! The location was brilliant, especially the short walk to the beach which was lovely during the heatwave. Loved Brighton and then escaping to the cosy little hut. Miranda and Vlad were so kind and welcoming. Thank you!

Our stay at The Brighton Beach Hut

Miranda is a very friendly host, the property is a bit older, but it was clean. We went out most of the day, and the beds slept very comfortabele. Brighton Pier is just a10 minute car ride away. It's a 9 minute walk to the beach, but it's outside the tourist area, ideal if your looking for a quiet swim and nice walk along the sea. We loved to stay there and would book again if we visit brighton again.

Fabulous Quirky Breakaway

We came away for our mum's 70th birthday and the Brighton Beach Hut couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely Quirky Place with everything you could need. Close enough to town but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Miranda was the perfect host as was Vlad the dog who is a lovely chap. Thankyou for the wine and nibbles on our arrival. We will definitely book again in the future and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was tidy and clean. The hostess prepared everything for our arrival. Unfortunately, the building is not suitable for living. There is a distinct musty smell inside. Opening the doors and windows didn't help. There is black mold in my opinion, but I'm no expert. We left the next day and looked for another place to stay. Despite the nice hostess who tried, we don't want to live in such places again.

Ruined Holiday

Distinct aroma of damp as we entered the property. The smell was strongest in the living room at the back and in the adjacent double bedroom. The lino in the kitchen was buckled which implied dampness. Two grey very stiff towels were left at the end of the bed; I don't mind a rough towel but these felt like sandpaper! The garden, which was completely overgrown and overlooked, contained rusty and delapidated furniture. The garden was also not contained so unsafe for our small dog. The forecourt/patio was full of junk. We also shared the garden with her son and his friend! We only lasted 17 hours at this property instead of the 9 days we had booked.

Brighton weekend

Location of the property was great. Really easy access to Brighton. The property was cold and damp feel when we arrived. Warmed up once we put the heating on but unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest of properties. But a lovely space for basing ourselves out of for a weekend in Brighton

Lovely relaxing place

We all have a lovely couple of nights at the Brighton Beach Hut. Lovely walks with our dog and not to far to get to the Marina and main pier of Brighton. Miranda was very welcoming and we enjoyed our complimentary wine and snacks. Hope to visit again sometime.

Absolutely Perfect Stay

We are a family of four. Two boys aged 7 and 9. We had such a wonderful family holiday. Everything was perfect. we all loved taking morning walks on the Downs and at the beach. Bus route into town was short and easy. Miranda was a fantastic host. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It felt like a home from home. Vlad, Miranda's dog was absolutely gorgeous and the boys really enjoyed playing with him. Thanks Miranda for such a great holiday A very special place to stay.

Brighton Beach Hut very located

Visiting the south coast of the UK, we enjoyed staying at the Brighton Beach Hut. With only a few minutes walk to the beach and only 5 minutes drive towards the Marine area at Brighton, the location is a strong point of the Brighton Beach Hut. The facilities including 2 bedrooms, bath room, kitchen area, living room and a green garden make any holiday break to a success!

Adorable, super well-equipped and spotless. And around the corner from a splendid seaside walk.

Terrific spot from which to explore Brighton and the southeast of England. Miranda couldn't have been kinder: lovely linens, flowers, wine and fresly baked cookies awaited us in the spacious cottage.. So welcoming! Thanks, Miranda, for a wonderful stay.

Stylish and comfortable

Very pleasant accommodation in a good area for local walks and getting into Brighton. We had quite a short visit so didn't have time to do a great deal of exploring. Fun decor and comfy beds!

very clean and comfortable with interesting wallpaper

We were attending the Labour Party Conference. in the City Centre. It was very easy to get to and from the conference by bus, and good to get away from the hustle and bustle to more peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and crisps left to welcome us....a change from the usual tea and biscuits.

Homely but funky too!

The property was well maintained and had all the utilities , utensils and materials that you would require for a perfect holiday. The owner was very friendly and welcoming with lots of goodies for us on arrival which was much appreciated . The property was conveiniant for the beach and there are lots of buses to take you in minutes to other beaches and villages too,as well as Brighton. The local beach is a short walk away and very pleasant where we sat and ate and drank at the little cafe watching the sea! but as retired people we found a beach that was easier to access without steps further along the coast ; that only took minutes to get to on the bus. The property is perfect for young couples and families and as retired people we also found it convenient . However , as retired people we struggled with the TV which is equipped with a streaming device for watching live and catch-up programmes, and a CD player. Unfortunately we could not manage to get the live TV when we wanted to relax later in the evenings! There is parking at the property and frankly you do not really require your car very much because the public transport is so good. Just beware the driveway is very narrow with a lamppost immediately in front! The Brighton Beach Hut is a charming property with a lovely ownet.

Ovingdean is probably my favourite place in the world, with the sea and hills just moments away and the best city in the UK just a short cycle ride away. I probably should get out more though! My constant companion is Vlad the terrier though I also have two lovely teenagers. I've travelled a fair bit in my time but it's more difficult these days so I'm looking forward to the world coming to Brighton. See you soon!
