The cottage is situated in our favorite part of Brighton, the North Laine area. Me and my sister own a shop on Sydney Street and have lived in Brighton all our lives. The area is full of quirky independent shops, pubs and restaurants.
The best way to explore Brighton is on foot. If you want to visit some of Brightons other attractions which may be a little further there are lots of buses to catch near the cottage. We also have bike share in Brighton where you can hop on and off rented bikes.

Frederick Gardens itself is located in a quiet residential street, the property boasts a cottage feel whilst having comforts that make it a home away from home.
The lounge has a comfy sofa and two footstools, there is a dining table with benches and a TV. The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped for home cooking for those nights in which you just want to stay home.
There is a bonus of a small sunny patio with table and chairs to the front and back so you'll always catch the sunshine - its a bonus to have this amount of outside space in central Brighton!
The bathroom also has a shower and bath. Upstairs there is comfy double bed and in the other bedroom there are bunk beds. Luxury linen and towels is supplied for all guests during their stay.
There is no parking/loading outside the cottage but there are car parks nearby. You are so central you would not need a car to get around during your stay at the cottage.
