A unique spot with an incredible view of the sea, the stars, and soaring gulls at eye level! Stylishly appointed with colors matched to the many shades of the sea outside. Sized for a couple or single. Very comfortable bed, large bath, well equipped kitchen, quality linens and towels. Host was attentive and offered early check-in amd late check-out.

The host has thoughtfully provided the things that you don't know you need, until you're there. The bed is very comfortable. There are plentiful pillows. The bed linens are top quality. The blackout curtains were very appreciated in the morning. The towels are fabulous. The fittings and decorations give a node to location and the era of the building. We had a really restful stay. The building was very quiet when we were there. The views, of course, are to die for, but the location is the best part. Nothing is more than 30 minutes walk away, in any direction.

Another Fantastic Stay at This Property

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and it was as good as the first, and definitely will not be the last. The apartment is spotless, the location is just perfect, the view stunning and Olivia is a lovely host. Very much looking forward to returning in the Spring.

Cozy and clean, gorgeous views

Adorable, cozy flat with great views of the sea. Excellent communication with the owner leading up to our stay. A really convenient location for exploring both Brighton and Hove, each of which have their own charms. Hope to return again one day.

Lovely Stay

A lovely apartment with stunning views. The balcony was an added bonus. The tiny bedroom was a challenge and storage is limited (suitcases etc) but the view made up for it.

Breathtaking view.

We stayed at this apartment for a week and we had a wonderful holiday. The place is tastefully decorated and was very clean. Olivia was very helpful and was always quick to reply if we had any queries. Overall a smooth experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely bijoux apartment in ideal location just a walk along the prom to the town. Local restaurants around the apartment if you didn’t wNt to walk too far. Balcony a real plus.

Amazing property!

We had an amazing time in Brighton as always. This apartment is in an amazing location with outstanding sea views. We had all types of weather including a large windy rainstorm and hot sunshine- such is a British holiday - and the apartment was excellent and cosy through-out. It is in a great location and we would heartily recommend it.

Very stylish apartment with great location and views. Only downside was bed bit small for us (both fairly tall). Olivia was excellent to deal with and checked everything was ok for us shortly after our arrival.

Amazing views

Amazing views from the apartment right across from the beach and great location, not to far from the hustle and bustle with shops and buses just a few minutes walk away . Excellent communication from Olivia who is a lovely host made everything very easy for a pleasant stay. Apartment was immaculate and well equipped and very comfortable.

Brilliant Brighton Penthouse

Wow, what a beautiful apartment with amazing views! Very close to restaurants, bars and the beach but quiet enough to get a good night sleep. The view is amazing, and the apartment very comfortable. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and loved the balcony. Olivia was brilliant at communicating all the details and a lovely host. We will be back!

Hi David, thanks so much for your review. We’re usually praised for our cleanliness so apologies if we dropped a ball and you felt the cupboards not to be well organised. Had you mentioned this when we messaged during your stay to check all was okay for you we would have happily come and rectified anything for you straight away but you replied that you were happy with everything. I understand from our changeover team that you arrived at 10am rather than the after 3pm check-in time advised in the listing and the check-in info we send, but am happy to know that we were able to help store your luggage as this isn’t a facility that we’re usually able to offer. I understand that you were also unhappy when you returned again at 2pm, but am glad the team had just finished getting everything ready for you so were able to give you access to the apartment then, and had already taken your cases up to the apartment for you so you didn’t experience any delay in retrieving them, which I hope was helpful.
