Hi Charles! We're glad to hear that you and your family had an enjoyable stay and were able to make the most of the amenities like the pool and hot tub. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your thoughts, and we'll make sure to look into the issue with the TV in the first-floor master bedroom. We're happy to hear that you would consider renting the property again in the future, and we look forward to having you back. Madison, Railey Vacations

Hi Susan- Thanks for sharing your experience! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation. We do want to confirm a few elements of your review for the future. We do send a pool technician out daily to all of our pool homes-- as do all rental homes in the area. This ensures a clean, safe pool and it is absolutely safe to go swimming each and every day of your stay. Secondly, you are correct that we do not provide paper towels, hand or dish soap, or dishwasher detergent (or toilet paper). We do our best to inform all arrivals of what is provided/what is not provided, but we apologize if we were not able to communicate this information to you clearly in advance of your arrival. It's so wonderful to be able to gather a large group together and have everyone feel comfortable and at home. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us. We hope to see you all again soon- Your Friends at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations
