Great property, very nice & spacious. For larger groups need to ensure that all supplies are fully stocked (hand soap, etc)But would definitely recommend.

Nice views but smelly

Nice place but all we smelled is sewage the entire weekend. Looks like the septic tank was leaking. Walls had a ton of spill marks not very clean looking. The mattresses and furniture were uncomfortable and worn out

Enjoyable family holiday weekend

Nice property. Main focus was family togetherness. Kitchen table was perfect for our party. Notified of hot tub down on way. Other didn’t heat beyond 96. No hot tub key upon arrival. Communication with Railey representative was suboptimal and customer service lackluster, hence lack of eagerness to call to just get disregarded again. Had to leave and drive to go get key. House had potholes drive way in and some wear (metal hook MacGyver-ing) chandelier over kitchen table etc. nice location and again goal was family and venue so 4/5 stars

Great home for a large group

We had 26 people stay comfortably here thanks to the number bedrooms and the large kitchen. The outside of the property could’ve been cleaner, access to the dock was a little lengthy, and the dock was very wobbly and always felt like we were about to fall in. We love the location though given that it was far from the main road.

Winter Family Vacation

Nice large home and good location. Kitchen was great especially the huge kitchen table were we spent a lot of time eating and enjoying each other’s company. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size. However the water temperature for showers was not warm enough. I called to complain but was told the owner regulates the water temperature so there was nothing they could do. So out of 13 guest, only about half enjoyed a warm shower ;(. Overall nice stay.

Fantastic weekend - We will be back!

This was an amazing property! With 4 families there was plenty of room for all! We had a great time (despite the weather) and were impressed with how clean and well-stocked the house was! Like others, we loved the dining table where all 18 of us could gather! Our only suggestion might be that when it is time to change out the beds, you might put a couple sets of bunk beds in one of those downstairs rooms. Teenagers don't like to share :). Thanks for a great trip! We will be back!!

Family Getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for to meet the needs of a diverse age group. Only suggestions would be to have tools to clean the grill and make sure all remote controls have batteries and are labeled for easy use. A few of the bedrooms only offered one station which was disappointing but honestly who needs tv while you are on vacation. The AC was hard to regulate for the upstairs bedrooms. They were very warm in the evening. It was an overall great stay! I think the large kitchen table was the highlight of the trip.

BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND.

We had a fun filled weekend in this gorgeous house. The grounds were so nice and easy access to the lake to go fishing and canoeing. Plenty of rooms and refrigerators for a large crowd. Truly a great time.

Birthday Celebration

We truly loved Journey's End. We had 7 couples and each of us were able to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Most of the rooms were very spacious and clean. The view overlooking the lake no matter the time of day was gorgeous. The fire pit was a pleasant surprise which we also enjoyed. Our favorite place to gather was at the huge dining room table and the pool table. Overall we loved our stay. The only drawback were the flies. It's unusual to see flies when it is so cold in the house. We are already considering coming back next year just because!
