Crayfish Cottage, Portrush: Geräumiges, stilvolles Cottage am Meer, 2 Autominuten vom East Strand Beach und dem Hafen von Portrush entfernt. Free-WIFI, Holzofen, super bequeme Betten, zwei separate Lounge-Bereiche, familienfreundliche (Kinderbett, Spielzeug, DVDs, Familienspiele und Puzzles etc), "geheimer" Garten, Terrasse und Grillplatz, private Off-Road Parkplatz, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche und Hauswirtschaftsraum.

Das Crayfish Cottage wurde in den 1930er Jahren erbaut und ist ein traditionelles Cottage am Meer, das mit schönen Jugendstilelementen, aber mit allem Komfort einer sorgfältigen, modernen Restaurierung ausgestattet ist.

Schlafplätze für 6 - 2 Doppelzimmer (im Erdgeschoss), 1 Zweibettzimmer (im Obergeschoss). Jedes Schlafzimmer bietet frische weiße Bettwäsche und kuschelige Bettdecken. Die Familie Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, separate Badewanne mit flauschigen Handtüchern und kostenlosen Toilettenartikeln. Die voll ausgestattete Küche führt zum Essbereich. Mit einer Waschmaschine, einem Wäschetrockner, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in voller Höhe und Stauraum gibt es viel Platz zum Trocknen im Hauswirtschaftsbereich.

Deep Sessel und Sofas umgeben den Holzofen in der Lounge. Der Lesesaal im ersten Stock ist ein Ort zum Entspannen, Lesen und Spielen. Mit einem zwei Schlafzimmer direkt gegenüber, das macht eine brillante Dachgeschoss Hang-out für jüngere Gäste in der Familie, die ihren eigenen Platz zu genießen.

Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss machen diese Eigenschaft geeignet für ältere Gäste und Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (Entschuldigung - kein Zugang für Rollstuhlfahrer).

Es gibt auch viel Platz im Freien mit einer Rasenfläche an der Vorderseite und einem versteckten Garten an der Seite mit Grill und Picknicktisch, der einen magischen Platz zum Sitzen unter den Sternen schafft.

Crayfish Cottage ist eine zwei Minuten Fahrt oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Herzen von Portrush Stadt direkt unter Lieblings-Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften.

Our 4 night stay at Crayfish cottage was wonderful. The communication with the owners was fast and efficient. Check in was easy. The cottage was exactly as shown in the photos and description provided. The upstairs area was charming and cozy. Perfect for our daughters. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a quick meal. Loved the two refrigerators, one with a freezer. The location was an easy drive to all the attractions. The off street parking was nice too, and the larger SUV we ended up renting did just fit through the gate. A great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Quaint and quirky, cute and comfortable. Lovely unusual touches in the decor. Not suitable for older or disabled clientelle as narrow steps to upstairs and steps into sunken garden. The garden was secluded and stocked with a wide variety of plants. We had lovely weather, but had no lounging chairs for outdoors. Spotless well-apppointed kitchen but no instructions on how to use appliances. Welcome basket was stocked with nice goodies. Comfortable lounge, but could do with a large footstool and instructions for TV use - especially terrestrial TV. Nice to have access to Netflix, Prime and free wifi. Great location for access to local towns and landmarks.

Great homely base to visit the north of Northern Ireland

A beautifully well kept and spacious property, 5 of us, across 3 generations (including 2 teenagers) found the property welcoming and the location excellent. The description and photos are accurate, the host is great with communication and there is loads to see and do in the area and further afield. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Really appreciated the welcome from Nicci who gave us a tour of the cottage - we loved the clean, cosy rooms and the wood burning stove. Great dine-in kitchen for family meals. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, well kept property in a great location just a few minutes drive to the centre of Portrush and the beach. Lovely reading room upstairs with a comfy sofa and a basket full of toys and books to keep the children entertained, which was a real bonus!

The cottage was superb - well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly situated for walks around Portrush and exploring the north coast. Nicci gave us a warm welcome, going above and beyond on the first evening when we arrived late due to travel delays. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent Cottage

The cottage is very well equipped and very clean and tidy. It is cosy and the beds are very comfortable. Portrush is within easy walking distance and we travelled around easily from the location. The garden is a bonus but unfortunately, the weather was not really for sitting out in.

Amazing Cottage - Great location

On a quiet street about 10-13 minutes walk from the town centre lies this gem of a cottage. We were three couples and it was perfect. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities, it was a perfect spot to walk into town to the beach, golf course and great pubs (Harbour Bar!). Nicci was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. This is an amazing place and we will be spreading the word!

A wonderful holiday in a cosy cottage!

We had a great experience in this property from start to finish. The owners could not have been more helpful and clear in booking our week and organised cots, toys and even a travel gate for our little ones! The cottage itself was so beautiful, spotlessly clean with every comfort that we could possibly need. There was something interesting and quirky in every room and our children loved their little cosy room in the eves! A house we would love to return too, we could not recommend it more highly!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful visit at Cray Cottage! The 1920’s era property is has been beautifully modernized for the 21st century. It is in a great location, close to everything in and around Portrush. Close to White Rocks Beach and convenient to Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, the Dark Hedges, and so many other great destinations along the amazing Antrim coast of Northern Ireland. Nicci, the owner, was super to work with. The house had everything needed for a memorable vacation. Would definitely return.
