Diese einzigartige Valletta-Maisonette ist Teil eines 400 Jahre alten historischen Gebäudes. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befinden sich das legendäre Siege War Memorial und die Lower Barrakka Gardens, von wo aus Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf Maltas Grand Harbour genießen können. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Valletta entfernt - einer Stadt voller Geschäfte, Restaurants, trendiger Bars und geschichtsträchtiger Lokale. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Raum ist gut für Paare, Solo-Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende oder eine Familie mit Kindern.

Diese Maisonette für Selbstversorger ist auf 2 Ebenen und verfügt über eine eigene Eingangstür:
- Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen kleinen Esstisch und ein Sofa im Erdgeschoss.

- Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett, viel Stauraum und einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine ruhige Valletta Straße, die mit traditionellen maltesischen Balkonen gesäumt ist.

Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Gebäudes aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das mit 1,2 m breiten Wänden gebaut wurde .... Sie sollten sich sicher genug drinnen fühlen! Wenn Sie nach draußen gehen, sind Sie nur ein paar Schritte von den spektakulären Ausblicken auf Maltas berühmten Grand Harbour und die 3 Städte entfernt. Sie werden sehr zentral sein, nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valletta und 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle entfernt.

Die Annehmlichkeiten umfassen:
Ein Bügelbrett, Haartrockner, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Klimaanlage, Fernseher mit USB-Anschluss und Android-Box zum Streamen von Filmen, Serien, YouTube, Ihrem Netflix-Account, etc. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit einem Rauchmelder, einem Feuerlöscher und einer Feuerlöschdecke, einem Notlicht und einem Erste-Hilfe-Kasten ausgestattet - alle befinden sich im Küchenbereich.

This is a great apartment in inner Valletta. Away from the noise and busy hustle of the main core but super close to everything. Quiet and well appointed it has a well stocked kitchen and nice upstairs bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts worked hard to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Malta is an old city and if you're looking to stay in something like an American apartment/hotel, this property is not for you. If you're curious about actual apartments in Valletta, this place is great. Arthur arranged for a driver to pick us up which was a godsend after a very long day of travel.He was extremely helpful when we lost the key to the apartment.The location is close to everything with out being a noisy busy street.My heads up would be if you're a frequent user of the toilet at night, the bedroom is upstairs and the toilet is downstairs.

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my visit to Valletta. Clean and well located for my purposes. My host, Arthur, was very responsive and helpful before and during my stay, including arranging for a trusted driver to pick me up at the airport, get me checked into the apartment, and take me back to the airport at the crack of dawn the morning that I departed. If I come back to Valletta for the same event next year, I will certainly book with Arthur again.

The apartment is in an awesome location! About 100 steps to the Grand Harbor and 2 blocks away from night life and restaurants. This is a perfect place to stay in Valletta. We loved every second of it!

The property was as advertised and all utilities worked very well. Our host was extremely helpful with transportation from the airport and to the ferry terminal. If there was a drawback, given we didn’t have a car, it was a fair walk to public transportation which we used regularly.

This is an excellent base for exploring all that Valetta has to offer, being steps (and I do mean steps) away from many historical landmarks and the beautiful Grand Harbour. We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun exploring Valetta and other areas of Malta.

Location is great; very well situated for many of the places of interest in Valletta. Arthur was very helpful in arranging an extremely good taxi service for us from and to the airport. Valletta is a beautiful place full of character and history. Apartment well located except back street dirty with rubbish and downstairs was dingy and bathroom smelt of sewage. We also experienced some cockroaches which on first day put us off.

It was what we expected and wanted. Property is updated although a few years ago I think. But it gave us the authentic old Valletta feel we were wanting. Out the door and old Valletta was at our feet. Good shopping, tours, restaurants, you name it. Loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly recommend this fabulous apartment, near the Lower Barrakka Gardens. It is so conveniently situated, near views of the Grand Harbour, restaurants and central Valletta. Perfect location

This cozy apartment is located in a perfect location: near the wharf and rapid ferry departing point, a few blocks from the Valletta main attractions and the buses terminal. The apartment is perfect for a couple and included a washer and dryer, which is infrequent. Arthur, your host, is extremely helpful and respond to your queries immediately. Overall, this property is an excellent base from where to explore Malta.

CUTE CONVENIENT APARTMENT

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment located close to grocery stores and to downtown Valletta. Arthur, our host, arranged our taxi both from and to the airport and was always available to solve any problems. The apartment was well furnished. However, we did have a few issues with pots and pans being too large for 2 people and the only coffee maker was the pod type. We would have preferred a french press or similar. The electric kettle did not work but Arthur replaced it promptly. Our main issue was the kitchen tap which leaked constantly and was extremely inconvenient. Our only other issue was the TV which was not really available to us as we live in Canada and the systems are not compatible. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this cute little apartment.

Location + Charm + Communication = Wonderful Stay

This was a great place to call home for our two-week stay in Malta celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The location of the apartment is convenient. We easily walked to the main city center, to the various bus stops, and, often at night, around the corner to the Lower Barraka gardens where we enjoyed an evening sitting on a bench viewing the harbor and reading our books. Two convenience stores nearby made it easy to purchase items we needed as we walked home in the evenings. The apartment is charming, just like the photos. Our one concern from viewing the photos was the shower because we knew it was located under the stairs. It wasn't as small as we feared, but had ample room, good water pressure, and good hot water. We also enjoyed sitting in the chairs upstairs relaxing in the evening after a busy day of sight-seeing. The wardrobe provided ample room for us to put away our things while the convenience of a washer helped keep us in clean clothes during our stay. I utilized the drying rack more than the dryer and was pleased to have both options. While we chose to not cook on this vacation, the apartment was fully stocked with what is needed to prepare meals. Arthur was very responsive to any questions I had. When we had trouble with the Nespresso, he gave us helpful suggestions and when that didn't work, came over to fix it. He also helpfully scheduled taxi service to and from the airport. He is an excellent host. We would stay here again!

schönes Apartment für Sightseeing Valletta/ Malta

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Apartment. Die Inneneinrichtung passt gut in die Umgebung, es ist zentral zur Innenstadt gelegen und ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof, von dem aus man mit einem gut organisierten öffentlichen Nahverkehr die ganze Insel erkunden kann. 2 kleine Einkaufsmärkte sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Arthur funktioniert sehr gut, er ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns für An- und Abfahrt auch ein Taxi organisiert. Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich sehr ruhig gelegen (Nebenstrasse ohne Durchfahrt), nur der Schreinerbetrieb um die Ecke ist bereits frühmorgens aktiv und das Rangieren in der engen Gasse mit dem Lieferwagen verläuft leider nicht geräuschlos. Aber kein Vergleich zu den lauten Mopeds in vielen südländischen Innenstädten! An die unzähligen Tauben, welche sich in den historischen Häuserfassaden eingenistet haben, muss man sich auch erst einmal gewöhnen. Die Anwohner nehmen es jedoch gelassen 🤷‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️ Fazit: Wir würden das App. jederzeit wieder buchen.
