WANDERN, tolle AusflĂŒge unternehmen, endlose Sonnentage an unserem Pool genießen, entspannen und im Schatten unseres Palmengartens Ihr neues Lieblingsbuch lesen. Oder wie wĂ€re es mit einem Spaziergang in unseren Bio-WĂ€ldern und dem Sammeln köstlicher und saftiger Orangen, einem Essen im Freien unter der Pergola und einem Versuch mit unseren preisgekrönten lokalen Weinen?
Die charmante Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber drei Schlafzimmer (alle mit eigenem Bad), eine schöne Eingangshalle, eine Bibliothek, einen TV-Raum und ein Wohnzimmer mit spektakulĂ€rem Blick ĂŒber die Reihen von Bio-OrangenbĂ€umen. Trotz der NĂ€he zu Palma liegt die Finca de los Podadores im ruhigen Tal von San Pedro am Fuße des Tramuntana-Gebirges. Eine kurze Fahrt von der Unterkunft (3 km) ist das malerische Dorf Esporles. We can’t say enough about our stay at Finca de Los Podadores! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the finca was perfect for our multigenerational family of seven (ages 7-83). Plenty of space for stretching out to relax, admire the views, or read a book. And we all loved playing in the pool! The location was perfect for exploring the charming villages and quieter calas nearby, all with the stunning backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Maria was a warm and gracious host, who welcomed us like family into her home. We hope to return someday!

Such a beautiful finca in an idyllic setting, surrounded by an orchard and vineyard ; we enjoyed every day of our vacation. Maria, our host, answered all our questions, and provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. She is a gem. The area where the finca is located is quiet and private. So many spots in and around the house to sit and relax, inviting to sip a beverage, or read a book. Two weeks went by too fast. I loved the art displays in the house. Amazing Majorcan location!!

This property checked all of my boxes! It was beautiful, peaceful, and the location perfect! We coked several meals here and had everything we needed. We sat outside to eat and the setting was lovely. There are several spots throughout the house and grounds that are cozy for coffee and/or drinks. The pool was lovely..I cannot recommend this place enough! Maria was a great communicator and receptive to our needs. Would most definitely stay againđŸ€—

Lovely stay at a beautiful home

Maria welcomed us warmly and was the perfect balance of being on hand for any queries and giving us privacy as well. A wonderful family week!

What a gorgeous time we had at Maria's beautiful house. It really is a stunning location with so many lovely areas to sit and relax. The decoration is classic and timeless. The outside is very calming and we all enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. Breakfast on the terrace looking over the orange grove was a highlight. Maria is a very warm and welcoming host and was very helpful with lots of recommendations on where to eat and visit. We would love to return sometime in the future. Thank you Maria!

Family holiday

We had a lovely time here. The location is perfect, 15 min by car to Palma and 20-30 min to various beaches. The house is very nice and really feels like a home with a lot of effort been put in to decoration and furniture. The garden area is lovely and the pool is perfect. The surroundings and the views from the house are beautiful. We had a very nice stay and would love to be back. Maria is an excellent hostess, she is easy to get in contact with and very friendly.

We had a really lovely December week in Maria's home. Maria is a superb and very professional host - responsive, attentive and kind. The house is very stylish and cozy and the whole family instantly felt at home. The pool was heated so the kids could even swim. Nearby Esporles is a lovely little town and Palma is an easy drive. Perfect stay in Mallorca

We spent a week at Maria's home and can't say enough good things. The location was perfectly central for getting around the island and sight seeing. The home was well equipped, comfortable, and relaxing. The floor plan is perfect for multiple people with 3 bedrooms all ensuite. We loved the property with orange groves, pool, and many outdoor spaces to enjoy the views and good weather. Maria was a wonderful host - so helpful with recommendations on the island and attentive to anything we needed. We hope to return one day soon to this stunning property! Make sure you ask to meet Maria's sweet dog Skippy!

Beautiful home in the countryside

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's finca. The finca is centrally located, so it's perfectly situated if you want to explore the island, and it’s tucked away and quiet, in a gated area, and we felt very safe. Maria was an invaluable asset. She was lovely to book with, and when we had to move our dates, she was happy to make the switch for us. She has a very helpful list of little towns not to miss, with suggestions for restaurants in each. She met us when we arrived and showed us all we needed to make our stay easy. She has thought through every detail of the house, and her home organization skills are enviable. My spouse and I liked that we were close to several towns and could wake early and have coffee in different little spots each day while our teenagers slept in. The house is so comfortable that during a couple of hot afternoons, if one of the kids wasn’t feeling up to a planned activity, they were happy to stay back at the house to swim in the pool and relax at home. We took a cooking class and a guided long hike, we did some coasteering, and spent time in different towns on the far ends of the island. We had one week there and could have easily spent two. Of the dozen or so VRBOs we’ve rented over the years, this is one of my favorites because the finca is so beautiful and comfortable, and Maria was warm and welcoming.

Perfect Place for a 50th Anniversary Celebration

As we arrived at the Finca de los Podadores Maria was waving to greet us. We felt as if we already knew Maria due to her excellent communication with us prior to booking our stay and up to our arrival. We immediately felt comfortable, relaxed and right at our home away from home. Maria walked us through the beautiful property and explained all the necessary information in a clear and complete manner. The finca was immaculate and a joy to explore with Maria's lovely artistic touches everywhere. Her attention to detail was impressive. Outside the gorgeous landscaping and native palms accented the the pool area and the orchard beyond. There are many special venues tucked around the property where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the hidden outdoor shower. We are independent travelers but it was very reassuring to know that Maria was only a WhatsApp away if we needed anything. Otherwise there was the utmost discretion for our privacy. Her suggestions for exploring any part of island, places to eat, shop and get groceries were invaluable. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we are confident we could not have chosen a more perfect setting to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Wonderful stay in the mountain area

We had a wonderful stay in the Finca. Communication prior to our arrival was very smooth, Maria usually answered immediately and was very flexible to accommodate our needs. Check-in was smooth, Maria welcomed us personally and explained everything. Also during the visit she was so helpful and made us feel very comfortable, always there if there was anything. She provided us with many tips and recommendation. The finca itself is just beautiful, an old Spanish mansion in a beautiful mountain area, very spacious with 3 sleeping rooms (each with an own bathroom). The views are amazing, in middle of nature but close to Palma and other towns. You better arrive with a car, the small town of Esporles is nearby (5 min drive), but you can hardly reach anything by foot (main street is not friendly for pedestrians). We stayed with 2 children (3y, 1y), Maria provided us with 2 children beds and the finca is generally child friendly. However, the pool and another watering station is not gated. The pool is beautiful and in a seperated area, appr. 50m from the main entrance. There were a few things listed that were not provided (eg laundry dryer, pool was not heated, could have been heated within some days), there was also only one hairdryer but Maria provided us with another one when we asked. In some parts of the finca you don‘t have wifi connection, eg on the terrace and the recycling system is quite complex. Again, Maria was very helpful. In sum, a very big recommendation

Erster Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr von der gepflegten Anlage begeistert. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und hatten eine Menge Spaß. Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, dann liegt das Haus sehr zentral zu verschiedenen Orten entfernt. Wir haben diverse StrĂ€nde in sĂ€mtlichen Richtungen erkundet. Auch ist das Restaurantangebot im und um Esporles von guter QualitĂ€t. Wir haben es sehr genoßen!

Top-class experience

The finca is situated on a fantastic plot near the village of Esporles. The house has a lot of charm, lots of quality and lots of space for the family. Plenty of space for time together and individual time-out. The pool is a highlight. The landlady deserves a special mention. A great hostess and always on hand. This finca is highly recommended.

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sehr schön und wertig eingerichtet. Maria hat sich super um unsere Fragen und WĂŒnsche gekĂŒmmert. Wir haben gerade die Aussicht auf den Organgenhain und die Ruhe geliebt.

Perfect place for runaway from the city

It is a perfect place for runaway from the city and daily routine.Very nice villa with a little touch of the old times successfully balanced with the modern technologies. Adorable view on the garden. Very nice pool area with relax corner. Many beautiful places to chill out. And special thanks to Maria for a very warm welcome and support during our stay.

Lovely

We spend two weeks as a family in July 2020 and very much enjoyed the time and the lovely villa. Especially the pool we enjoyed as the area is very nicely designed. Maria the landlord was super-friendly and even helped us when we received a fine for parking wrong. Hygiene standards were followed closely and disinfectant and masks even provided by Maria.
