Ovello, farmhouse in a splendid position

Ovello enjoys a splendid position that dominates the village of Brisighella from an extraordinary elevation with its characteristic three hills, the mountain of Rontana and the Regional Park of the vein of gessi romagnoli and the valley of Lamone, up to Faenza, pushing with the look, in the clearest days up to Ravenna and the sea. Furniture very good.

Independent villa with 12 beds. Marruca sleeps 6 on the ground floor large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Tamerice sleeps 6 on the ground floor large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom, a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.

Minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday only in high season (for shorter stays: price on request).
Prices include water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and bed and bath linens (linen is changed weekly).

not included: €200.00 per week, payable on site.


Upon arrival, guests must provide a security deposit of €500.00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any damage costs incurred.
Pets allowed: €25.00 per week. Extra bed: €70.00 per week. Baby cots (0-3 years old): Free.
Check-in 3-7 pm | Check-out 10 am.
Pool opening: 17/05-3/10. Pool opening in low season on request (extra cost).

Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the hosting municipality.
