La Villa is an ancient country house located in the middle of a large estate among vineyards, olive groves and meadows; in a hilly position not far from the ancient medieval village of Lucignano, easily reachable on foot, but in open countryside in total privacy and tranquility.
The old building made of bricks and stones, terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams spread over three levels and has been restored with great care, in the desire to create the ideal place for the vacation of its guests. Its swimming pool is like a panoramic terrace overlooking the Sienese Valdichiana and offers unique views with unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.
The furniture has been designed respecting the rural tradition, while not neglecting the comfort of the guests who can find the Villa the ideal place for a relaxing and relaxing stay; perfect combination of quiet, relaxation, country life, proximity to places of art and culture.
Independent villa with 12 + 4 beds.
On the ground floor three large suites: each has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa, private bathroom with shower and independent entrance. One of the suites has a double sofa bed as well as being equipped for disability.
With an independent entrance going up some red brick steps, you reach the upper floors: on the first floor there is the kitchen with the typical Tuscan fireplace equipped with dishwasher, stove with electric oven, fridge. A large suite featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and a private bathroom with a shower. On the same floor a second bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
An iron staircase and wooden steps lead to the second floor in a reading-living room with a service bathroom. Finally a large suite that has a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and long panoramic terrace.
Near the swimming pool and the garden there are two annexes in which a large dining room and the second kitchen of the Villa have been built, equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, stove with gas oven, electric oven, microwave oven , refrigerator, slicer, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle and equipped with two ceiling fans).
Between the two annexes a wooden porch has been built, equipped with a table and chairs where it is possible to eat outside enjoying wonderful sunsets.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
