Standort, Standort Standort! Die Heron's Watch Condos befinden sich im Herzen von Seagrove, etwa 150 m von einem seltenen Küstendünensee, dem Eastern Lake, und weniger als 1,6 km vom Golf entfernt. Vom Eastern Lake Dock aus können Sie über brackiges Wasser zum weißen Sandstrand des Golfs von Mexiko fahren oder in der Nähe von zu Hause bleiben und den Gemeinschaftspool genießen. Diese Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss bietet außergewöhnliche Ruhe und Frieden mit Point Washington State Forest 20 Meter von der hinteren Veranda. Praktisch vor der Haustür dieser Wohnung befindet sich der gepflasterte Weg zum Radfahren oder Wandern, der entlang der 30A von Ende zu Ende verläuft. Es verbindet Seagrove mit nahe gelegenen Strandorten wie Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Watersound, Seacrest, Alys Beach und Rosemary Beach. Unsere Wohnung ist 5 km vom Meer und 8 km von Rosemary entfernt.

Diese gemütliche, neu eingerichtete, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung schläft sechs, einschließlich der Königin Schlafsofa. Es verfügt über so viel Komfort wie zu Hause, einschließlich kostenlosem WLAN, DVD-Player, Flachbild-TVs in beiden Schlafzimmern und Familienzimmer, Spiele für Familienspaß, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Veranda, um das wilde Leben im Wald und Veranda zu genießen dein Morgenkaffee. Es stehen Ihnen auch zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, sowie zwei Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm!

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Kingsize-Bett und Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit angrenzendem Bad. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein sehr komfortables Queen-Schlafsofa.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ermöglicht Ihnen alles vorzubereiten, von einem Snack bis zu einem Familienfest! Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit sechs Stühlen. Der sehr komfortable Wohnbereich umfasst ein Sofa, zwei Stühle und ein Entertainment-Center für TV / DVD-Player. Glasschiebetüren öffnen sich zur überdachten Veranda.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft gehören ein Zugang zum Wohngebiet, ein privater Zugang zum Ostseedock, ein Gemeinschaftspool und Holzkohlegrills. Innerhalb von einem halben Block ist Yellowfin Ocean Sports - der perfekte Ort, um Fahrräder, ein Kajak zu mieten, Angelköder zu kaufen, oder eine Angelrute oder Lizenz zu kaufen. Innerhalb von einem halben Block ist Old Florida Fish House, ein wunderbares Familienrestaurant zum Mittag-und Abendessen geöffnet, mit Live-Unterhaltung viele Abende. Buddy's Seafood Market liegt direkt am Old Florida Fish House. Es gibt viele wunderbare Restaurants, Geschäfte, Eisdielen, Donut-Shop, Pizzerias und Meeresfrüchte-Märkte einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang / Fahrt von der Wohnung. Ein sehr beliebter Ort für die ganze Familie ist The Hub, mit Restaurants und Familienunterhaltung. Der freundliche Sunshine Shuttle hält direkt vor der Heron's Watch und bietet einen Transfer zum Hub, Seaside, Gulf Place und vielen anderen Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten entlang der 30A. Der Shuttle verkehrt vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day-Wochenende. Google 30A-Wagen für zusätzliche Informationen - Stopps, Zeiten usw.

Ich habe das Beste zum Schluss gerettet! Wir sind weniger als eine Meile vom Strand entfernt! Gehen Sie zu ihr, fahren Sie mit dem Fahrrad, nehmen Sie das Auto - wie auch immer Sie dorthin wollen - kommen Sie einfach hin! Es ist der perfekte Ort, um ein Buch zu lesen, ein Nickerchen zu machen, einen Spaziergang zu machen, im Golf zu schwimmen, einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, der Brandung zu lauschen usw. Besser geht es nicht !!!

Virginia is the BEST to work with!

The condo was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! Virginia is so accommodating to work with and was so helpful! We had a girls trip for 3 and we would have had room for 3 more! The condo is located in the center of 30a and close to everything! Definitely stop looking right now and book this condo you won’t be sorry!

My family was very happy with our stay. The location to restaurants and the pool was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. This was a much needed trip after quarentine. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo.

Eastern Lake Hideaway

We loved the property! Super clean and comfy and hidden a short bike ride from the beach. The pier and kayak access to Eastern Lake was perfect. Fish were almost jumping into the boat! Owners were divine to work with. We will return!

Very nice property. Everything was as listed. Great location but do have to make an effort to get to the beach. Only complaint was the TVs we're so small.

Such a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Heron‘s Watch. It was close to everything we love about the area, yet just enough outside of everything to have a peaceful stay. Virginia was very prompt with getting information to me about the property and we were even surprised with a sweet treat and hand written note upon arrival to the condo. A great place to stay overall!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and roomy. It had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We appreciated that it included beach chairs and an umbrella, so we didn't have to haul ours. We loved that is was centrally located, so we could get anywhere on 30A in minutes. Virginia was so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Back to Missouri and the cold :(

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo was exactly as described. Was close enough to Seaside where my kids wanted to be but far enough for some quiet for me. Very lovely place and Virginia was very attentive to any inquiries I had. Would stay here again anytime.

Lovely condo.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn't cook that much. It located in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything. We were able to bike to many places. The beach access is a short drive away. You could definitely bike to it, but we had too much stuff to take so we drove. My only suggestion would be to put a mattress pad on the master bed to make it more comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Beautiful condo and a great location!!

This condominium was ideal for our Fourth of July holiday. We have been to Seaside several times, and this location was perfect for us. We were less than a mile from our favorite restaurants and shops, and the beach recommended by the owner was less crowded and more enjoyable than others we have visited there. The condo came with every amenity, and there were even bicycles provided! The bedrooms were perfect; each has an adjoining restroom for extra privacy. Because it is a first floor unit, loading and unloading was a breeze. The great location, amazing accommodations, and extremely helpful owners made this our new choice for our Seaside vacations! We will be back soon!

Perfect for us

Virginia (owner) was extremely pleasant and worked with us to make sure that our stay was suitable. The condo is very clean, the instructions were easy to understand and not cumbersome. The owner was prompt on replies back to my questions. The condo is 2.7 miles from Seaside and a little drive from the beach. My son and his friends are 14 and they loved biking back and forth. If you have person with less mobility, and desire close proximity to the beach, it wouldn't be as ideal. We loved that 2 bikes came with the rental and that we were near the pool and Eastern Lake. We were very pleased.

A very pleasant, quiet, clean condo experience

This condo was one of the best we have experienced as snowbirds. It was very clean, furnished as pictured on VRBO, well supplied with bedding and towels, and had ample kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, small appliances and an updated microwave and stove/oven. Another positive was the new porcelain floor, which made cleaning very easy. The condo sits slightly off hwy 30a which makes for a very quiet and relaxing environment. The bicycles were a plus and we used them often; this eliminated the need to rent bikes. Several beaches were close to the condo and within easy access via bike or auto. We visited nearly all the beaches along hwy 30a. The owners were most helpful and responsive to our occasional needs and very pleasant. They also gave us tips on visiting restaurants, parks, lakes and beaches. We would definitely consider this condo again should we visit Seagrove Beach. This review is provided solely by us, the occupants in Jan-Feb 2017.

Very quiet and relaxing place to stay! Exactly what we were looking for!

This property was very cozy and comfortable. It had all adminities that we needed and was nicely updated. It felt like a safe and clean place to stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation

I've never taken the time to provide a review following a vacation stay but this beautiful, peaceful condo is definitely worthy of a moment of recognition. From the quick response to check availability to the prompt attention to my questions, the owners are amazing!!! Once you walk in the door, the attention to detail is in every element of your stay. This condo is a beautiful home. The pool and beach are beautiful and so close to the condo. My children really enjoyed themselves and it was perfect for our family of four. We already have plans to return!! Thank you for providing a wonderful family rich environment!! Definitely beyond my expectations!!!

Excellent 30-A location and perfect accomodations

I can not say enough about this wonderful condo and especially the owners! The condo is simply beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail in what is provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, there are TV's in each room, a washer and dryer which was fantastic to have available, and the baths are lovely accompanying each bedroom. The bedrooms are cozy yet with ample room! We also enjoyed the pool right across from the condo. Beach access is a quick walk, drive or bike over. The best part of the this condo is the location on 30-A. It's well situated between WaterSound and Seaside for quick trips to explore all the wonderful neighborhoods on 30-A. As we frequent the area often, we found this to be perfect to jump in the car (or bike) to explore the excellent restaurants and fun activities in each area. The owners are fantastic hosts, offering every bit of help to make our stay enjoyable and simple from a rental standpoint. This condo is an excellent value for the area, and we most definately will return. Highly recommend and so appreciative to find this "gem" on 30-A!

My husband and I have been traveling from Memphis to Florida's Scenic 30A for about 9 years. We have grown to love this area. After spending time in different areas along 30A, we decided the Seagrove area is our favorite. We were thrilled when we discovered this tucked-away condo development less than a mile from the beach. We knew this is where we wanted to enjoy many years of vacation time. It is so conveniently located on the bike path, close to everything fun to do in the area.
