Aruba Beach Getaway II ist eine von zwei Seiten in einem eigenständigen Duplex in der neuen Leeward Bay-Unterteilung. An sich Aruba Beach Getaway II ist eines der besten Fünf-Zimmer-Häuser auf North Padre Island, es ist die am nächsten gelegenen fünf Schlafzimmer zum Strand und bietet unübertroffene Privatsphäre.
Diese Eigenschaft ist Teil der Leeward Bay Unterteilung, sondern sitzt komplett entfernt von den Rest der Stadthaus Einheiten. Die Gäste genießen einen gemeinsamen Salzwasser-Pool, der direkt vor Ihrer Hintertür ist, es ist auch für das ganzjährige Vergnügen beheizt. Mehrere Grills und reservierte Parkplätze stehen für jede Eigenschaft in diesem Komplex zur Verfügung. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt und der All New Schlitterbahn Water Park ist gleich um die Ecke. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Touristenläden sind nur 3 km entfernt und zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen Sie nach einer kurzen Fahrt.

Wenn Sie nur Aruba Beach Getaway II buchen, bietet es 5 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer und ein Loft. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein offener Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich sowie ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Badezimmer und einer Waschküche. Eine neue Ergänzung im Erdgeschoss bietet zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet und das andere Zimmer ist ideal für Kinder, da es über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Zustellbett mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügt. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten sind im Obergeschoss zusammen mit einem Loft, das ein großes Futon hat, um 2 zusätzliche Gäste zu schlafen. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer auf der oberen Ebene. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich und ein großes Futon auf dem Dachboden, um insgesamt 16 Gäste auf dieser einen Seite der Maisonette zu schlafen. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche, TVs in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnzimmer und ein Loft, 2 DVD-Player und ein eigenes WLAN.

Bettwäsche für jedes Bett und Handtücher für jeden Gast sind vorhanden. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von zwei Nächten ist erforderlich. Vertragsgäste von Padre Escapes müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein. Der Gast muss über einen staatlichen Führerschein oder einen anderen gültigen Ausweis verf��gen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

A Lovely Experience

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a cool, spotless, welcoming home with ample parking space and basically our own personal pool as homes that share it were unoccupied. The floors were perfect for a crawling baby and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our party. It’s located by the channel so we were surprised to see lots of fish jumping and volunteer sunflowers growing. The only glitches we had were the uneven floor in the hallway by the front downstairs front bedroom and the trundle bed. I feel the trundle is basically unusable because the room is small and anyone on the bunkbeds would have to step on the trundle to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Reviewer Comments: I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the location. The kitchen was stocked alright, and the backyard and pool area were clean. The pool was a decent size - nothing fancy, but clean. What would keep me from returning there is the lack of linens provided and the rickety appliances. Seriously?! ONE towel per guest?! The females used tshirts to dry their hair. That’s ridiculous. Thin little blankets... and not enough extra in the house to cover the unfortunate guests who had to sleep on the rickety pull out couch. Not enough pillows. Not to mention the dishwasher that is falling out, and the very old dryer that takes 3 cycles to dry towels, which is especially annoying since, again, there was one towel and one wash cloth provided per guest so towel washing was a must. This condo leaves a lot to be desired, especially with the competition around it.

Lots of beds!

Clean and simple space. Everything is as described, plenty of room for our group of 11, we could not hear the neighbors. Pool is heated and kids swam for hours even tho it was chilly/windy.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. With our stay moving into the off season, we had it mostly to ourselves. We loved the short walk to and from the beach. There were a couple of minor issues, though: not having a supply of trash can liners available and having to purchase some was inconvenient; the pans had some burned-on particles and needed to be scrubbed before we could use them; and the worst part was the ants. There were ants on the front porch that got into our beach toys and they had to be shaken out each time. There were also ants in the rocks around the pool, especially near the barbecue grill. I was grilling on our last night and i was stung several times on my feet before I realized it was the ants. The morning we checked-out, I also noticed an infestation of ants in the upstairs bathroom near the shower.

Perfect property

Lots of space for large family group. Loved the extra large dinning table with plenty of space for 7 kids playing games during our rainy stay. Pool just out the back door was great.
