This was our third time staying here. Great property for a family beach vacation - good location and stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels etc) as well as the stay (kitchen appliances, dishware, bbq etc). Clean and comfortable too. Looking forward to staying again!

The Seagrit beach house was perfect for us. We had a lovely stay and the house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking and beach items for enjoying the ocean. The beach house had great views of the ocean and it was great to have A/C in every room. We look forward to rebooking in the future!

We loved the property, location and all the surrounding. They had the place stocked really well and I appreciate the labels on everything. It helped when cooking for sure. Keep in mind if you have tall people in your party the best showers for height are 1st and 2nd floor. But the best bedrooms are 3rd floor. No big deal but might be to some. We usually stay farther south on the peninsula but really enjoyed this spot and found it quieter that South of Belmont park. Plus the beach is shorter so you’re literally in the water in 2 minutes or less from the door. Worked great for our family trip. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location of this lovely house is ideal. Close to the beach, without having a front row seat to the near-constant pedestrian traffic. Close to the main street for quick access to great restaurants and shops. Parking is an issue if you drive a large SUV or have two cars. (Download ParkWhiz, secure daily parking at the Catamaran. There are no in-and-out privileges, but the location, security, and ease of use is unmatched.)Our family appreciated the ample supply of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and games! The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The house had everything we needed for a home-away-from-home vacation. The owners were very polite and prompt to respond.

Everything was excellent about the property. Very clean upon arrival. All instructions & details on operating fans & a/c helpful.The host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with keypad at side door entrance. Host tried to get it repaired. We were unable to use side door without using a key which was inconvenient. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses & utensils. Our family had a wonderful time at the Seagirt Resort!

A perfect home for a family! Great location with restaurants, coffee shop, the beach and bay so close! The house was very clean, organized and had everything you need. Really appreciated the labeling and instructions on the little things (remote, fans, door locks etc). Very comfortable beds with plenty of bathrooms for our crew! Hosts were great! Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and would rent again!

Spring Break in San Diego

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Beach. Beds were comfy and we liked being able to walk to some restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful location.
