Nearest subway stop, Piazzale Flaminio, is just 200 meters away and Stazione Termini, the central railway station of Rome, is just at 4 metro stops.
The apartment is fully refurbished and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washer dryer, iron and ironing table, dishwasher, Nespresso, American coffee machine, toaster and a microwave oven.
Cozy, spacious, comfortable and quiet; there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 restrooms (1 with bath tube and 2 with showers), the living room accommodates 8/9 people for dinner, the kitchen is complete and livable, the entrance is spacious and elegant.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed (will be prepared in case of 9-10 bookings).

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Tourist tax is 6 euros per day per person (max 10 days per person and for guest age equal or above 10 years), must be paid in cash upon check-in.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 250 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
