Luxury first floor apartment nestled in the heart of the ancient Roman Diocletian's palace. The apartment has 2/3 generously proportioned double bedrooms, large living and dining area, 3 spacious bathrooms and a large private terrace. Please note that the third bedroom doubles up as the sitting room and the bed is a sofa bed. The apartment offers all conveniences including, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cable. TV with English movie channel, good Wi Fi connection, BBQ facilities and mounted hairdriers in each bathroom. We also have international power and usb sockets in each bedroom, as well as the dining room. Babysitting facilities and welcome packs can be arranged on request. Diocletian’s Palace is a pedestrianised zone, which means that car parking is a short walk away. There is a choice between paid and free parking, although free parking is slightly further away.The property can be reached by taxi or coach from Split airport which takes about 30 mins or why not allow us to arrange a private pick up from the airport for the same price as a taxi - we use Gecko tours, an excellent local tour operator who also offers a discount on many local tours (bespoke or advertised) for Prisca guests.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, die große Terrasse - traumhaft! Alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt- direkt in der Altstadt. Der Gastgeber Baldo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank liebe Thea und Baldo!

Wonderfully central in the middle of the old town

We have booked this apartment again after 2 years. It is wonderfully centrally located and still very quiet. Ideally cut and suitable for 6 people. Super nice flat device. We felt very well. Service from the landlord is unique. We'll come back!

Überwältigend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schicke Bäder, großzügig bemessen und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Dazu noch zentral mittendrin in der Altstadt. Umgeben von Historischen Gebäuden, diversen Bars und Restaurants und Geschäften. Vielen Dank auch an Baldo, der immer uns immer mit seinem Insiderwissen zur Seite stand. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

luxeriöse FeWo mitten im alten Split

Diese FeWo ist perfekt fur alle Städtereisenden. Mitten im alten, wunderschönen Split hat man alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb diverser Restaurants und Bars, somit Nachts bei offenem Fenster recht laut - am besten man bleibt einfach so lange in den Bars bis diese schliessen.

Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment! We used the living room area as a third bedroom and had plenty of room using the lovely outdoor balcony. The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Baldo was amazing, he helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out and was quick to respond to any of our questions! Superb

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay in Split was, and much of that was because of this property. Everything was exactly as the pictures on the listing show, the apartment is beautiful, clean and well kept. We utilized both the bedrooms as well as the pullout couch. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. The outdoor space was wonderful, you could feel the energy of split when sitting outside (and I mean this in the best way) but inside was so quiet you would never know you were in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace. And about that, you truly can not beat this location. It is unbelievable and you won’t understand how unbelievable it is until you arrive. To add on to all the reasons this is a great place to stay Baldo, the property manager, was so helpful throughout our stay. He even drove us to the airport and offered interesting information about Split along the way. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Very nice apartment in the hotspot of Split

This is a spacious and nicely decorated apartment in the best part of Split. A renovated old building. Very good for a family with grown kids. The hosts are Nikolina and Bardo which is the best couple as host that we have ever meet. Good and often communication before and during arrival and stay - very responsive. Nikolina gave us good advice for small local restaurants with very fine food - and advice for view-points. Give Nikolina and Baldo a tip, they deserve it. The apartment was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! The hosts, Baldo and Nikolino, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive! They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including a free parking spot just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

Lovely stay in historic central Split

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Amazing apartment in the Old Town. Brilliant location. The apartment is filled with character and has heaps of space. Our group of 5 really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Spectacular Stay in Split

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Perfection in Split

There are not enough wonderful things to say about every aspect of this trip. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The place was immaculately clean. The placement was superb as it was situated directly inside of the palace walls. Easy walking distance to everything. but the most priceless ammenity to this property was Baldo and Nikolina, the property managers. There wasn't anything they didn't help with, whether it was figuring out how to use the washing machine or how to tell the tour driver where to pick us up they were beyond helpful. I would book there again in a hot minute. You won't regret any part of it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent apartment

Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! The property and location were magical. A beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in the heart of so much history. And Baldo was responsive with great food and activity trips. We wish we were staying longer. December is a great time to be in Split.

Wir sind eine britische Familie und haben bereits 2004 ein Fischerhaus (Objektnummer 55026) auf der Insel Brac erworben. Wir haben uns die wundervollen Landschaften, die Menschen und das Essen Kroatiens verliebt. 2013 dachten wir, es wäre an der Zeit eine weitere Immobilie in diesem schönen, geschichtsträchtigen Zentrum von Split zu erwerben und hatten unverschämtes Glück, diese ganz besondere Unterkunft zu finden. Im April 2014 haben wir das Projekt beendet und freuen uns nun darauf, dieses hübsche Apartment anderen Menschen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Es ist ein Apartment in perfekter Lage, geräumig und mit einer (was sehr selten ist) eigenen Terrasse mitten im Zentrum des Diokletianpalast-Viertels. Das Apartment bietet Zugang zur wunderschönen Küste, zur römischen Geschichte und exzellenten Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften. Sogar der Supermarkt vor Ort ist ein Ort historischen Interesses. Es gibt einen traumhaften, täglich stattfindenden Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, sowie eine Vielzahl an Bäckereien für täglich frisch gebackenes Brot. Buchen Sie doch einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Stopps in Kroatien und verbringen Sie auch ein wenig Zeit in unserem Haus auf der Insel Brac, Objektnummer 55026.
