Thank you for your review on this great Condo in Charlevoix. I apologize for the Air Conditioning issue and we were able to get it fixed and back to working order quickly. I have passed your comment regarding the mattress pads on to the owner and when replacing will be sure to choose a different type. At the same time, we regret that the rules and regulations felt restrictive and impacted your experience during such an important family event. Our properties are part of resort communities that set specific guidelines to ensure safety, security, and comfort for all guests and owners. This includes policies regarding the number of vehicles, overnight occupancy, visitor access, and towel allotments. These guidelines are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking, as well as in the information guests receive before arrival. However, we understand that it can sometimes be easy to overlook details when making reservations, especially when planning for special events such as weddings. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate your suggestions about how these policies could be communicated more prominently. Our team continually works to improve how information is shared so that guests have clear expectations well before their arrival. While these rules are outside of our direct control, we always strive to support our guests within those guidelines, and we are happy to assist with questions or clarifications at any stage of the booking process. Hi Terah, We do apologize that it seems like you didn't have a pleasant stay. The rules and disclosures we have are due to the township and regulations that are put in place for short term rentals. We unfortunately have no control over that as well as the neighbors. We send out arrival instructions to our guests every Monday the week of our guests stay. This is noted in the initial email confirmation you received when you first booked. On the arrival instructions we do state the check-in and check-out time for each of our rentals, and we also include our Property Manager's information so that if at anytime you had any questions or concerns you would be able to contact them. We apologize that this was annoying for you and appreciate the feedback. We are always looking for ways to to make things better. If you are ever in the area again, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly so that we can find something in a different town that can better suit your needs and not make you feel like a nuisance. Our home is not advertised as ground level, nor did we find any written communication stating the home is handicap/wheelchair accessible. In the future, please contact your Property Manager. She would have been able to replace your coffee maker. Sometimes appliances need to be replaced last minute and we're here to help. Rather than booking on a 3rd party site, please contact our Reservations Department and we can assist you with finding the perfect condo/home for your next Northern Michigan adventure.
