We understand your frustration with the outdated feel of the space and the limited kitchen items, including only two coffee cups for four people and not enough knives. The home should be thoughtfully prepared for the number of guests it accommodates, and we apologize that this was not your experience. Your comments will be shared with our management team and the property owner so the kitchen inventory, furnishings, and overall updates can be reviewed. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention, as they help us identify where improvements are needed for future guests.

We apologize for the AC going out for a day, the electrical sockets that were not working, and the shower light issue. Those are important comfort and maintenance items, and we understand how frustrating they would be during your visit. We’ll be sharing this with our maintenance team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed properly. We’re also sorry the patio was not clean when you arrived. While we’re glad the team was able to come out and clean it, it should have been ready for you before check-in.
