Diese schöne geräumige Wohnung verfügt über zwei Kingsize-Betten mit einem Schlafsofa Queen-Size im Wohnzimmer. Auch hat Hartholzboden in der Haupthalle und Wohnbereich und Teppich in beiden Schlafzimmern.

Es gibt eine schöne Küche mit einer Insel, die bis zu 2 Personen Platz bietet. Es gibt einen kleinen Ofen mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank.

Kabel-TV ist im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.

Pointes North Inn verfügt über High-Speed-Wi-Fi im gesamten Gebäude und Münzwaschautomaten auf der zweiten Etage. In der Lobby wird für ein kontinentales Frühstück Sitz, die den beheizten Innen- / Außenpool mit Blick auf. Der Innenteil des Pools ist ganzjährig geöffnet, während der Außenbereich von Oktober bis Mai geschlossen ist.

Considering sanitizing the handrail and light switches- they are highly used and get grubby quickly. Staircases in the common areas are a bit creaky and shaky. Good beds, fair showers. Nice to have a full kitchenette.

Move on to something better.

This property had some lower scores, so I can not say I wasn’t warned. Amenities section is a complete scam. Check in is at 4:00p, pool closed at 4:45p. Our unit had no hot water for the first day…there goes “in room jacuzzi”, or even a nice shower, for that matter. When I called our emergency number, she said that it was too late for her to come help. There was a lot of air in the pipes, so lots of noise just to wash our hands. It felt like the Motel 6 of Charlevoix. Gross. Just move on…there are better listings, and the $50 you save on this is not worth it.

Saying easy walk to town doesn't do justice. This is just far enough from the main part of town that noise wasn't an issue. Other guests noted the decor in this looks like it does in the pictures and worked great for us. Staff is so friendly!!!

Living Large in Charlevoix

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last-minute getaway in August for my daughter and I, and it served our needs perfectly. The condo was large, with a full bedroom and bath in an upstairs loft, another downstairs, and a terrace with chairs and table. Although the furnishings are dated, we had everything we needed and wanted -- especially a by-the-drawbridge location within steps of shops, restaurants and the beach. Note to owner: The unit's appeal could be easily enhanced with new bedspreads and linens and a few updated touches.

Wouldn't come back, just ok

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty outdated all around and some things are in need of replacing or repair. The mattress upstairs and pullout bed were awful. The outside pool and room patios clearly don't get much attention from the cleaning personnel. I know everyone is short on staff these days but the few people I did see cleaning looked like the do enough to not get fired approach and it shows in the room we had. We showed up a little early hoping to get into our room but of course it wasn't done. We came back at 4 and they said they should be done by the time we finish with the check in..... For the money we paid on a Sunday night I definitely expected better. Maybe other rooms are better but I think this place is living off the location....or maybe I should just expect less than stellar service in the times of Covid.

This was the perfect place to stay while renovating our beach house. My only complaint is that the property desperately needs to be renovated. It is stuck in 2001. The condo was very clean and the space and balcony are very nice. It just needs to be redecorated desperately. The beds were very comfortable.

Needs Repair and Refurbishment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were sorely disappointed in unit 209. We could tell from the pictures that it was dated, but were unprepared for the state of disrepair. The paint is peeling, the Formica is cracked and chipped, the wallboards show rot, the comforters were old and nasty and the flooring was scratched and worn - both carpet and wood. In all, it was not worth half of what we paid.
