Neu eingerichtete Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 BĂ€dern in einem ruhigen, tropischen Komplex mit zwei Swimmingpools an beiden Enden. Es gibt eine schöne offene KĂŒche / Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer, die auf eine geschĂŒtzte Terrasse fĂŒhrt, die direkt auf eines der 2 Poolpaare fĂŒhrt. Alle Armaturen und GerĂ€te sind neu und auf höchstem Niveau. Alle Betten haben neue Memory Foam-Matratzen, BettwĂ€sche aus Ă€gyptischer Baumwolle, Nachttische und eine Leselampe. Alle Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber gerĂ€umige EinbauschrĂ€nke. Alle Zimmer sind mit lokaler Kunst dekoriert und wir sind dabei, Glasfaser fĂŒr schnelles Internet zu installieren. Die Villa befindet sich in einem ruhigen, entspannenden und sicheren Komplex, nur wenige Gehminuten von den StrĂ€nden, GeschĂ€ften, Bars und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir besuchen uns einige Male im Jahr, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Eigentum gut gewartet wird. Wir verbessern stĂ€ndig nein. 4 so fĂŒhlt es sich wirklich besonders an, zu besuchen. Wir haben superschnelles Glasfaser-Internet und Smart-TV mit vielen KanĂ€len.

We had a fabulous time at El Sultan 4 and highly recommend. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and with three bedrooms and three would comfortably accommodate 6. It was well equipped and very comfortable and catered for all our needs. Having three terraces was such a treat, we used them all. The pool area was lovely, well maintained and very tropical, we had it to ourselves most of the time.The house is on the outskirts of the town but a pleasant, flat walk of around 20 minutes. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes and is a lovely walk to to the centre, passing a few beach bars on the way. We would not hesitate to return to this fabulous house.

Brilliant time at El Sultan

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks at this villa. It had everything we needed and the beach towels were especially handy. The villa was very comfortable, clean, well equipped, plenty of space inside and outdoor space and good WiFi. The pool area was very clean, spacious and quiet - we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The owner was great at keeping in touch and answering any questions we had as well as providing us with lots of good recommendations of things to do and places to eat. A super family holiday and we hope to return there again soon.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment

Excellent apartment in a great location. Quiet in the evenings but within walking distance of all of the bars and restaurants in the town centre. If you don't fancy the walk back later on there are lots of taxis available for a very cheap price.

Everything we needed plus bonuses

Communication with the owners of this property was outstanding - very quick, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The complex the house is in is exceptionally well kept and really lovely. The pool area is like a tropical garden and the pool is clean, clear and inviting. We were slightly concerned that the salt water would be different but we hardly noticed it. It's nowhere near as salty as sea water for example. There are a number of friendly cats which we loved! The house itself has everything you need - including towels, a washing machine and Netflix! We found it plenty spacious enough for our family of adult sized people. We had to be a bit creative to stay cool at night as there is no AC but with the use of open windows, the fans provided and keeping curtains closed when there was direct sun we managed! If you travel as a family then don't default to mum and dad having the double room as the upstairs twin is definitely the master suite and the beds can be pushed together! The location is far enough from the town to be nice a quiet but we did walk a lot to get to places. The town is a 10-15 minute walk though there's a nice shopping centre for essentials and morning coffee much closer. The beaches in town are nice but we appreciated having hired a car to get to the wonderful beaches in the natural park and in Cotillo. The natural park beaches could be walked to but in the heat it would feel far! We would definitely come here again.

El Sultan No4 June 2019

A spacious and well maintained apartment overlooking one of the pools , 5 mins walk to the nearest shopping centre , 20 mins to the town centre and a 10 minute drive to the main beaches outside town. Plenty of room for a family of four with each of the 3 bedrooms having its own ensuite bathroom . Beds comfortable , no air con but cool at night with shutters down and windows open . Wi-fi was fast and reliable enough to keep the kids happy , NETFLIX available but no UK TV channels . Kitchen OK , good fridge freezer but could do with more cutlery. Michelle was very helpful with directions and advice on shops/bars/ restaurants etc. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a lovely party of the island.

Lovely clean, spacious villa.

Michelle sent lots of information and advise which was really helpful. Also arranged transfers and we were met at the villa and shown around. There were drinks in the fridge which were gratefully received. The villa was equiped with everything we needed, including towels. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Nice but open to improvement

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at No 4, there were a couple things that let it down. We had booked the apartment for 4 weeks to accommodate anything between 2 and 5 five adults during our stay. Was disappointed to find that the glasses were a mish mash of different styles and shapes and sizes. Only two wine glasses and even these weren't a matching pair. Most of the plates were found to be chipped, There were only three small saucepans, none of which had lids and certainly not sufficient to cook a meal for 5 adults. Probably the biggest disappointment in the kitchen area was discovering that the oven did not contain any racks, meaning you were seriously restricted to what you could use it for. Not ideal when you have booked a villa for four weeks and aren't intending to eat out all the time. Don't feel the sitting/dining area area lends itself to six adults. Could also do with putting in toilet roll holders in the toilets and hooks for hanging dressing gowns. On the plus sides, all of our party commented on how comfortable the beds were. Outside Space: Unlike the inside space the terraced area at the back of the property has adequate seating and table for six adults, Only downside is, it doesn't get any sun in the winter time. Sadly the same can't be said about the terrace at the front of the property or the roof terrace which are the only areas that do get the sun at this time of year. There is no seating or table on the terrace to allow you to sit out and enjoy a coffee or drink in the sunshine. And only two sun loungers on the roof terrace. Finally its ironic the picture accompanying this review is a picture of the pool as it never looked like this whilst we were there, it was partially drained, full of leaves and debris and looked like it had been like that for some time. Sadly for us, we would not rehire the villa.

Super logement, super emplacement

Nous avons passé 5 jours trÚs agréables dans ce logement qui nous ont permis de visiter tout le nord de l'ßle sans avoir à parcourir trop de kilomÚtres. S'agissant du logement proprement dit, c'est top avec 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, terrasse et barbecue, machine à laver, sans oublier l'accueil de Mick qui était présent sur place pour nous accueillir. Je n'oublie pas non plus la gentillesse de Michelle et Mark, les propriétaires, qui sont vraiment adorables
. Situé dans un endroit trÚs calme, ce logement présente des atouts incontestables.

We would definately go back the appartment/complex .was modern &spacious like a home from home.With Washing machine so can pack less.with all the facility’s to cook & dine /bbq if wanted .everything you want for a relaxing stress free holiday.with all local amenities close by,just a few mins walk from supermarket ,shops& plenty of good quality restaurants that are reasonably priced .within walking distance to water park, park & local town.Beautiful pool &gardens &kept clean.We walked to the beach which was nice ,but on the last day discovered the coast with sand dunes ...just beautiful.thank you so much will save to return in the near future

Appart génial, dans un super complexe.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est juste gĂ©nial. Michelle est trĂšs gentille, tout comme son hĂŽte sur place qui nous accueille, Mike je crois il est trĂšs gentil. Parlons du coin, le sultan est trĂšs bien exposĂ©, au calme et Ă  la fois non loin du centre ville et de la mer environ 1 km. mais Ă  500 m vous avez des magasins, des restos et le centre commercial. Le complexe est dotĂ© d'une grande piscine et trĂšs propre. L'appart quand Ă  lui est juste sublime. une terrasse qui donne Ă  la piscine avec des transats une table est ses chaises pour 6 personnes. sur le toit terrasse de l'appartement vous avez Ă©galement des transats. cet appartement est composĂ© de 3 chambres doubles, avec 3 salles de bains/wc. les nuits sont trĂšs calmes. Rare en espagne ;-). le salon salle a manger ne fait qu'une piĂšce avec la cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e. Pas grand chose Ă  dire de mal sur cet appart, Ă  part qu'il n'y a pas de chaĂźne tv en français. Il serait bien d'avoir 2 chaines pliantes pour la salle Ă  manger car le matin il faisait un peu frais et beaucoup de vent pour manger en terrasse du coup nous faisons manger les enfants dans le canapĂ©, ou nous rentrions deux chaises. MĂȘme si le micro onde est proposĂ© si il Ă©tait mis a dispo tout le temps ça serait top. ne serais ce pour faire rĂ©chauffer les repas. Un petit plus serait des portes manteaux et une Ă©tagĂšre ou deux dans la salle de bain de l'Ă©tage ou il y a la douche. Sinon il y a de fournis les serviettes de bains 2 part tĂȘte et les serviettes de piscine. attention le mĂ©nage n'est plus proposĂ©, il y a la machine Ă  laver et ca c'est gĂ©nial. en plus il y a du super matos, sur la machine et le frigo..... si je dois retourner a fuerteventura j'irais au sultan chez michelle....et je le conseille Ă  tous. merci pour tout.

Excellent villa in a great location

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at El Sultan. The villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed and in an excellent location. With the pool just outside the back gate it feels like you have your own pool and it was never too busy. There are some lovely restaurants in Corralejo, we especially loved El Torro Bravo and La Casita. We had a memorable day at the excellent water park and the beaches were beautiful. We would definitely consider returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Propre, bien accuelli, nécessitant qq équipements

Grand appartement avec 3 chambres. L'appartement est prĂ©vu pour 6 personnes. On Ă©tait 5 , il y a que 3 chaises pour salle Ă  manger. Il faut qu'on utilise les deux fauteuils du jardin pour manger Ă  l'intĂ©rieur car en cette pĂ©riode il pleut encore et pas trop chaud pour dĂ©jeuner dehors. La pomme de douche Ă  l'Ă©tage ne se mĂ©lange plus correctement , d'oĂč plus d'eau chaude dans une des salles de bain. Pas de microondes pour chauffer rapidement les plats. RĂ©sidence avec piscine non chauffĂ©e. RĂ©sidence propre. On n'a pas profitĂ© de la piscine car il ne fait pas trop chaud. Appartement propre bien qu ' il manque qq Ă©quipements comme chaises, micro onde. L'accueil est super et trĂšs sympa. On a pu profiter des moments sur l'ile bien que en cette pĂ©riode il ne fait pas trop chaud encore Recommandable.

Goed verzorgd, mooie kamers plus bad kamers , fijn dak terras. Keuken met alle voorzieningen, mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Zwembad schoon en uitstekend verzorgd. Afstand naar centrum is 25 minuten Lopen. Wij zijn zeer uitgerust weer thuis gekomen. Kan het een ieder aanraden.

My wife & I have just returned from Corralejo after 4 wonderful weeks in number 4 El Sultan, enjoying breakfast most mornings sitting in the sun on the front terrace. The property is ideally located next to the twin swimming pools which are surrounded with palm trees. It's a 10 minute walk to the Campanario shopping centre, where there are a host of quality shops, a decent sized supermarket & a number of cafes, bars, & restaurants. Our favorite was Board Riders, where we enjoyed excellent food & wine at reasonable prices. As we both love Spain, the Spanish & their customs, we spent the first week looking for the bar/restaurant that served the best Tapas, the result: Oscars was number 1 however, it was far more expensive than La Bodeguita, 3 Calle Lepanto { almost opposite the Shell petrol station} & Casa Domingo, 25 Calle La Milagrosa both in Old Town. The only time we felt conned: We both had a beer at the ' Cafe Bar La Plaza' & were charged an additional 2 Euros each for having the beer served in frosted glasses which we had not asked for, the guy became very aggressive when I questioned the prices. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS BAR AGAIN. We loved our stay at Number 4 & think we have found our winter holiday home in the sun, hopefully we will be returning next year. Brian

Situated in a great part of Corralejo. Would recommend to anyone. Property was clean and spacious. Had a great time.

We are a busy family who enjoy the escape where life is more relaxing. We love the surf beaches as well as the many quality pubs and restaurants where we are spoilt for choice when eating out.

We love going to the Canary Islands. They are not too far away and the weather is consistent and predictable. Out of the Canary Islands Fuerteventura is our favourite because it is the least spoiled. The south of the island is lovely but Corralejo offers more facilities, a water park, shops, bars and restaurants whilst retaining the charm of a small Spanish port. It's possible to take a day trip across to Lanzarote or the small island of Lobos. These are visible from the roof terrace. The fact that we're on a gated complex meant added peace of mind when our children were younger. Giving them the freedom to play in the knowledge that not just anyone can stroll in, unlike the hotels.

The villa itself has sun and shade and direct access to lovely clean salt water swimming pools within the quiet gated complex. There is a childrens pool and a large communal pool situated in front of the ground floor terrace. Corralejo also has a super water park, shopping, etc. The area has dozens of clean beaches, places of interest and just about every water sport.
