Haus am Wasser am Lake Tapps

Kommen Sie am Wasser mit einem Paradies am wunderschönen Lake Tapps genießen in South Puget Sound. Zentral gelegen zwischen Seattle und Tacoma, befindet sich dieses 2.500 Quadratfuß 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad Pierce County Haus am Nordwestufer des Sees. Im Winter ist unser Haus ein idealer Zwischenstopp zwischen Seattle und Tacoma für Urlaubsfeiern und Shopping, und es ist eine kurze 1 Stunde Fahrt zum Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Enumclaw.

Das Haus wurde vor kurzem mit neuen Teppich und Farbe im gesamten und die Bäder umgebaut. Die obere Ebene Master Suite verfügt über ein französisches Bett Blick auf den See und grenzt an ein üppiges eigenes Bad mit Doppel-Dusche, Badewanne und beheizten Fliesenboden. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Vollbad die obere Ebene abzuschließen.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine offene Familie und Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Full-Size-Billardtisch, ein Esszimmer mit Tisch für sechs Personen und ein Waschraum und ein ½ Bad. Die geräumige Küche bietet Bar Platz für drei und verfügt über große Fenster mit Blick auf das Deck und See, so dass Sie die Aussicht genießen können und halten ein Auge auf Ihre Familie und Freunde, während die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Eine zusätzliche Tabelle für vier sitzt in der Nähe.

Wenn Sie müde von Outdoor-Aktivitäten sind, können Sie immer in das Familienzimmer zurückziehen und vor dem Flachbild-TV entspannen oder eine Partie Billard spielen. Der Whirlpool auf dem Deck ist eine weitere gute Option. Ein Pavillon auf der Rückseite verfügt über einen Sitzbereich und einen Rock Kamin, ideal für für s'mores in den Abendstunden und Rösten Marshmallows zu sammeln.

Der See hat viele Buchten und interessante Orte zu erkunden, und vieles davon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Mt. Rainier. Die Gäste können sich unsere beiden sitzen auf Kajaks nutzen zu erkunden.

Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Bitte sehen Sie von drinnen oder draußen zu rauchen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bitte Rücksicht auf unsere Nachbarn und beobachten ruhige Stunden von 23.00 bis 07.00 Uhr.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass See Tapps ein Reservoir ist, die von Ende Oktober bis Ende April jedes Jahr gesenkt wird, und Motorboot-Zugang ist in diesen Monaten nicht zur Verfügung. Der Seespiegel senkt etwa 10 Meter.

Amazing lake house

This was our second time renting the property. Perfectly situated on Lake Tapps with an amazing view. Between the hot tub, kayaks and outdoor fire place you will want to spend all of your time outside. This is a wonderful home and provided the setting for an amazing weekend.

Everything was as advertised. Incredibly clean and well-maintained property. Beautiful outside fireplace and jacuzzi with a stunning view of the lake. I just wish we had more time here. Lori and Ray have a wonderful lake house and we were absolutely wowed in staying here.

Wonderful

So many vacation rentals feel like they're just that. Sort of used and uncared for with a minimal quality standard. This home feels like you're at a good friend's house. Five stars all the way from location, physical home, owner communication, etc. Will definitely come back.

Bad beds and no owner response to problems after visit

Several problems we shared with owner and they did not respond to us! Very bad beds in master and spare bedrooms. Got in the beds and both rolled into the middle! BBQ was moldy and no propane. Had to sear steaks on stove and vent didn't work and set off fire alarm! Liked the location, grounds and overall space.

Nancy, We are very sorry you found your stay unsatisfactory in our home. We did, however, definitely respond to your input following your stay in early December. What I replied back to you was my appreciation that you had shared your concerns and observations with us, and that we would most definitely look into the master bedroom mattress and provide instructions for the vent in the kitchen. The BBQ and propane were not mentioned; we try and ensure that it always has propane, and I apologize if it did not. The other mattresses were not mentioned, but we will look into their quality and comfort as well. There are always areas for improvement in rental homes, and we welcome input from guests about ways in which we can make stays more comfortable and enjoyable. We also pride ourselves on our responsiveness, so it is extremely distressing and unfortunate to have you state that we did not respond to you. I am absolutely confident that I did, and in a very timely manner (I recall within thirty minutes). Best of luck in future travels, and have a happy New Year. - Lori Gartner

Staycation

This was a nice and comfortable home on a quiet cove on Lake Tapps. You have the option for a covered outdoor seating areas (with a fireplace) or the uncovered patio (with hot tub) to sit and enjoy the beautiful lake. The home is well maintained, clean, has comfortable beds and comes equipped with bath towels and also outdoor beach towels. One call out is that I think there's an apartment or working area over the garage so someone was coming and going during our stay. That was not a big deal but the first night I was alone at the house and I was a bit caught off guard when I went for a walk and saw a random truck in the driveway. It would have been nice to know someone would be coming and going ahead of time. The lawn care folks also surprised me when they showed up in the backyard. Again, not a problem just would have been nice to know I should expect them. Even with those two minor call outs we really enjoyed our stay-- I would highly recommend this house for a family that's looking for a getaway to the lake. Thank you!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The highlight for us was the outdoor space—it truly makes this place special. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day, especially in the evenings when you can soak and take in the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor fireplace added such a cozy touch, making it the ideal spot to relax with a drink and good conversation.And the view of the lake… just wow. Waking up to that scenery each morning and watching the light change throughout the day was unforgettable. It’s the kind of place that instantly helps you slow down and enjoy the moment.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays, and we’re already talking about coming back!
