Thank you for your comments We were not aware of the bathroom door until you mentioned it, and this has now been repaired. I have asked someone to look at the patio doors, again we have not been made aware of this problem. At substantial cost we replaced the mattresses last year, based on the type that our guests liked, we also did this so they can be made to doubles or twins. I am sorry they did not suit yourselves We like where the BBQ is and being a short distance, 5/6m from the villa and veranda, means that the smoke and smell of cooking does not blow into the house and the top floor bedrooms. With regards to the kitchen whilst it is not new it is completely functionally and generously equipped, including 3 fridges and has everything that is required, and more, for families likely to rent a villa of this size. With 5 large and spacious bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms the villa has exceptional views and a generous amount of space, outside and inside, and bearing in mind that it will comfortably sleep 12 we don't consider it expensive. And we are aware that we charge less than our competitive set in this area. Jeremy
