Penthouse with amazing views in central area of Estepona, 3 minute walk to beach

Stunning 2 bedroom penthouse situated between the Old Town and the Harbour in a quiet area yet moments away from the beach and Estepona's central boulevard, shops and restaurants.

South/southwest-facing terrace with spectacular views across to Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar.

Comfortable modern furniture, quality beds and mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full bath with shower, centralised air-conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing, 43" smart TV, DVD player and free fibre optic wifi. A secure underground parking space is included in the rental price. All towels & bed linen are provided.

The gated complex has a large saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers & a paddle pool, set in beautiful communal gardens. The pools are generally open from Easter to October, weather permitting.

The beach promenade and new pedestrianised Boulevard are a few metres from the main entrance of the complex. The rear entrance opens onto a pedestrianised walkway with a park opposite. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more are all on your doorstep. A car is not necessary.

The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between stays.

Great stay, a lovely apartment, well kitted out, really good balcony with sea views. Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Diana and Adolfo’s condo at Balcones del Mar. Conveniently located with quick access to downtown, the beaches and the port. We have stayed in another property of theirs a couple of times and so it was no surprise that they thought of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is superb and clean with all day sun. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our two weeks in Estepona and will be back!

Excellent Penthouse Apartment

Everything about this apartment is fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location in great as it is just a short wal to the Marina and to the old town in the opposite direction.It has fantastic views, is impeccably maintained and Diana goes the extra mile in terms of providing everything needed for a comfortable stay e.g. a supply of washing powder and dishwasher tablets. Estepona itself is absolutely heavenly !

Lovely apartment with views out to see. Flat was very clean, light, airy and comfortable although in places the communal areas would benefit from a re-fresh. Temperature was in the low 20's, so really nice for a few days away. There is construction work on the front (Nov 2022 and while not intrusive it does mean you cannot get down to the beach or to walk along the front without walking either to the port or into town.

This is a lovely place to stay. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance including the beachfront. The view from the balcony is perfect. Any place where you can step outside and see the Rock of Gibraltar in the distance is great. (Do yourself a favour and visit Gibraltar. Fantastic day trip.) The flat is on the 7th floor, no one above, which is nice. It's clean and well-appointed, good heating system should you be traveling during the colder months as we were. That being said, the sun beams into the living room, wonderfully warm and inviting. Great place.

Simply Superb

From the moment of check in with Silvia who explained every detail we needed, to checkout after one week, we cannot recommend highly enough Balcones del Mar. Your every need is catered for. Appliances all in excellent order. The property was immaculate, the aircon VERY welcome. Then there's the location. Perfectly situated between the Marina and the Old Town. Not forgetting the amazing views from the balcony where you can see the Rock of Gibraltar, and even Africa on a clear day. I wouldn't think twice about coming back to the wonderful Estepona.

Beautiful apartment and pool.

We sold our apartment in Estepona in December after 16 years, and were a little apprehensive booking to come back as holidaymakers. We needn't have worried, Sylvia emailed her contact details before we arrived and met us at the entrance, showing us around the urbanisation and apartment, which was a really nice touch. The apartment is well maintained and the owner has thought of everything. It was clean, comfortable, and the views just amazing as you see from the photos. We were very impressed with the pool which is set in beautifully maintained gardens, this has to be one of the largest pools near the marina and has the added bonus of sunbeds too.

We have just had a very enjoyable stay in this 2 bed penthouse apartment. The owner, Diana and the property agent, Silvia were both very helpfully and knowledgeable of the apartment and area. The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern and the view of the coast, old town and the marina was wonderful. The pool was a good size, clean and inviting. An ideal location for both the marina, a ten minute walk and the old town, a 12 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and Tapas bars nearby with plenty more in the marina and old town. The television was old and had no HDMI, we were not able to use our Apple tv. We were supplied with 1 change of bedclothes, for 3 weeks in the heat, there should have been at least 2 extra changes.

Estepona is a fishing village that has grown into one of the most popular and eco friendly resorts on the Costa del Sol, yet still manages to retain its authentic Spanish character.
Located at the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, it has an iconic old town adorned with hundreds of colourful flowerpots, pedestrianised streets and boulevards, a fishing port, marina, and miles of glorious sandy beaches and boardwalks. Local amenities include museums, shops, orchidarium, street markets, supermarkets, a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants, beach bars, plus many seasonal events, concerts and festivals.
MĂĄlaga & Gibraltar airports are under an hour's drive away. Sotogrande and Marbella are less than half an hour by car. There are many wonderful places to visit for the day including Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda or the nearby Andalusian "White Villages". You can even take a day trip to Morocco.

The historic town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beautiful new beach boulevard. You'll find a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets right on your doorstep.
