Am South Forest Beach gelegen, ist diese Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern und Meerblick in der dritten Etage ideal für die ganze Familie! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein viertes Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, alle mit Fernseher ausgestattet. Es gibt auch drei private Balkone mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem Pool entfernt, wird Ihr Urlaub garantiert erholsam sein. Diese Wohnung verfügt über eine offene Küche mit neuen Geräten, Essbereich für sechs Personen, eine separate Eismaschine, einen Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit einem Ausziehsofa und einem großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das erste Schlafzimmer am Meer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen eigenen Balkon. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist über ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit dem nächsten Gäste-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten verbunden. Das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und ein Kingsize-Bett. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen weiteren privaten Balkon, ideal für einen Morgenkaffee oder einen Cocktail am Abend. Die Villa verfügt auch über Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge.

It can be annoying to those who do not like the vibe. But many other love the free music played for them! Going back next year.

Great location with everything in walking distance, the pool, the beach, Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. The place was newly renovated, clean and perfect for our family.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s bootcamp graduation and absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool and access to the beach provided great ways to relax, while the location made it easy to get to things on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

ISA and location was great. Right by the tiki but so you had free music every day.

The only complaint is the next door oceanfront bar that has loud live bands from noon until 10:00pm. Overall, the place is very nice and in a fantastic location.

Beach Getaway

We were very pleased with the property. All of the rooms were a good size and we were very pleased with the size of the kitchen/den/dining area. The view was amazing. It was very clean and extremely easy to access the beach and restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property.

Great Family Vacation location

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and arranged for our family of 7. The kitchen and dining table were large enough for our entire family. The porches were great for outside dining. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean. The only downside for some would be the music from The Tikki Hut next door. We enjoyed the music but it could be loud at times.

Great location in Coligny area

We had a great experience renting this condo from Beachside Property. We love the Coligny area and my nephew’s destination wedding was right next door. The condo was very spacious and had amazing views. We appreciated that beach towels were provided however it was missing the beach chairs that the listing promised. That however wasn’t a big deal for us. We only went to the beach once since our kids enjoyed the pool and the weather was so warm!

Location, location, location

The unit was a bit dated, but we didn’t care. The location couldn’t have been better. I almost booked a house just a few blocks from the ocean, but glad I didn’t. A couple blocks takes 15-20 minutes to get to. If you have kids, it’s not worth it.

The unit, pool, and beach was lovely. Our unit was right beside major construction going on. Would not have rented there had we known…lots of noise. We had to send pictures to management and make several calls which was no fun on vacation.

Great condo but LOUD music

Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great community but the condo is literally right above the tiki hut with live music from 11am-10pm every day. I was told by the rental company that we would not be able to hear the music inside the condo which was not accurate!! We were traveling with two young children so that was problematic. I want others to know this before you rent this condo. Some music was fabulous but some was loud with heavy bass and off key singing! Just be aware.The only other concern we had was the beds in the room with two queens were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The three king beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great condo but the loud music is a deal breaker for us unfortunately.

Great Week I’m the beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful! There were 10 of us and we all had a lot of space! Lots of kitchen stuff available for use which was awesome! Wish there was a little More seating in family room. (Maybe another couch or love seat) lots of patio furniture to sit out and enjoy the view! This unit is on the corner right beside the tiki bar at the holiday inn next door- (which we lives right be able to listen to the live music) however If you want quiet evenings on your balcony this wouldn’t be the place for you. Wish their was more parking or even “assigned parking per unit) because when coming back after being out in the evening it was very hard to find a parking place. Overall a 5 star rating for this unit!!!!!

Girls Trip

Our group consisted of 7 women in our 50s. The condo lay out was perfect for our group. We loved the location next to the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn next door because we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the live music. This could be bothersome to those who want it to be very quiet because the music went until 10 every night. The bathrooms are very small in this condo but perfectly functional (great water pressure and plenty of hot water)and all of the beds were super comfortable. There were only 4 chairs on the balcony but we just moved some chairs over from the other balcony so we would have enough seating. The Coligny Beach area of HH is very convenient. We never were able to pick up our parking pass because the guard was never at the guard shack; when we finally saw him, it was a day before we were leaving so he said not to worry about it. Parking was convenient because we were the end unit we were next to the the stairwell so very easy to get down to our car. We would definitely come back to Hilton Head and rent this unit!

The condo was in a nice location. The furnishings in it were out dated . The mattress in one bedroom was very uncomfortable. Woke up every morning with sore hips and husband had a back ache. Coffee cups were sparse, along with the fact that there was no tupperware or plastic containers to store leftovers. Its a problem when you have a condo that sleeps 12 people and there are only 2 parking passes allowed. All 4 bedroom were very warm. We found box fans in each closet that we had to use. When you rent a unit for as much as we did, you hope to be comfortable at night when you sleep. The air conditioning in the livingroom and kitchen was comfortable. The beach was beautiful and we loved being able to listen to the music each evening coming from the Tiki Hut from our balcony..

HHI June 2019

Our family had a great trip to HHI. The condo was nice. A bit outdated though. We did call maintenance because a drawer in the kitchen was broken and we only had cable tv in 2/4 bedrooms. Property management was responsive and sent someone out the next day. A cable box in one of the bedrooms was replaced, but we were Informed that the other bedroom only included a DVD player with no cable connection. Another issue we had was parking. We were informed at the time of booking that we would be limited to 2 spots in the condo lot, but additional parking would be available across the street, as our family had a total of 4 cars. Upon arrival, we were informed by security that the spots across the street were no longer available. Again, management was responsive and allowed us to park at their office parking lot 2 miles away, but it did cause an inconvenience with transportation especially with 3 small children. We also had to change the battery in the smoke detector in bedroom on the left as it was continuing to alarm. Overall we had a nice trip, but for the total cost for the condominium rental we expected more.

That TV has ROKU and you are able to stream via the Pluto App, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The construction in the overflow parking is currently only allowing guest to park there first come first serve. The villa itself provides our guests' with two spaces. We are sorry that during your stay you were unable to use the parking lot. Overall Great Experience but had 1 major bump

We had a great experience overall with our 2 week stay with 1 major bump. Loved the pool and access to the beach including the sea life we saw on walks. On Saturday, May 12th, we couldn't figure out why the condo was getting warmer but by Sunday morning we knew that the air conditioner quit working. We sent in our problem via the web (great response time back) and a workman was sent over on Mother's Day to work on it. He was very polite. We had the deck doors open and the front door to keep a breeze going through the condo. However, he couldn't get it fixed on a Sunday because everything was closed. By the second night, the little kids were having trouble sleeping because of being hot since we couldn't keep the doors open all night. Monday afternoon came and we had some men bring some temporary window air conditioners - which were very loud and one leaked. It took until Tuesday to get the air conditioner fixed. I was disappointed that no one came forward to apologize for the inconvenience we had for multiple days and having to workman going in and out of the condo during kids nap times.

Debra - Thank you for your honest review. We are glad you and your family were able to enjoy the beach and wildlife. HHI is known for its beauty. We are deeply sorry for your inconvenience and truly tried our best to get the A/C fixed as quickly as possible. We even contacted two separate companies to speed up the process. Of course, going in and out of the condo can be a pain, but with that being said it was what had to be done to fix the issue. At Beachside Getaway we never want our guest to feel as though we do not sympathize. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to serve you again on your next vacation!
