This property is lovely, it has everything you could need and more! Excellent communication from owners and Tracey was lovely who met us when we arrived. Welcome pack was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Just a short walk from the strip, but in a quiet location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a lovely modern apartment, plenty of space and everything in it that you would ever need. Been going to corcovada for the last 10 years and probably the best apartment weve stayed in. With it being a ground floor apartment you have front and rear patios that get the sun all day. Tracey was excellent. We had early morning flights and accommodated us no problem. Even had the essentials bought before we got there. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be booking again. And a massive thanks to Dianne and David for letting us stay.

The apartment was everything we could wish for. Having the outside space was lovely somewhere to relax in the morning and at the end of the day. The pool area was lovely although we preferred the lovely beaches near by. And a big thank you to Tracey for helping us out at the end of our holiday.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment.Everything from start to finish made this a memorable stay.The owners Dianne and David were responsive and Dianbe kept in touch pre and during the trip, answering queries we had and giving advice and recommendations.The apartment was very well furnished to suit our family and it felt like home. Also excellent terrace at the front and back for relaxation time.Two swimming pools, one a toddler/baby pool were excellent for the kids.Location wise, very close to supermarket and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Uber and Bolt allowed us to get about easily too.The apartment manager Tracey reached out the week before and met us upon check-in and gave us a tour and again was on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions. Can't thank everyone enough and say what a wonderful apartment it is and a wonderful holiday we had

We really enjoyed our recent stay in this lovely apartment. We were met by the lovely Tracey and some very generous welcome bits in the fridge meaning we were able to make lunch for two very hungry and tired teenagers. (And some beer and wine for Mum and Dad)This apartment truly is a home from home and the hosts have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, with nice lines and towels, and we especially enjoyed sunbathing on the patio.It is a quiet oasis in a very busy and vibrant town that isn't for the faint hearted at night time, we enjoyed the old town during our stay and made use of the nearby supermarket for the essential pasteis de nata !!we couldn't recommend this apartment enough and would definitely stay there again. Fantastic Apartment in a great location

We recently stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and were very impressed. It’s in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep. The apartment is spotless with everything that you need and is a real home from home. It has a lovely terrace where you can sunbathe most of the day and leads out into the pool area. Communication from Tracey, the agent, was also excellent.

Fantastic home from home apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corcovada, lovely, spacious apartment had everything we needed and more. The sunbeds on the patio area at the back are so comfortable and we spent a lot of our days there. Special mention to Tracey and Hennie (neighbour) who were very friendly and helpful. Apartment in good location not far from really good restaurants but far enough away from the strip that it is peaceful. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we are ever back in the area then we would book again.

Beautiful apartment, and was equipped with everything we needed. Tracey arranged an earlier check-in and welcomed us to hand over keys, appreciated the welcome pack. Loads of restaurants within walking distance and Aldi a 5 minute walk. Beach is around a 20 minute walk. Recommend the Cockerel restaurant, the Market and 400 degrees. Uber taxis are cheap, nice to have dinner in the Marina area, also enjoyed boat trip from here to the Benagil caves

Short family break away

The level of communication with the host, and the property manager was impeccable!Having seen the pictures of the apartment initially advertised, on arrival the apartment did not disappoint! with it having a spacious, luxurious and homely feel to it. We had access the two beautifully fitted out terraces front and back, AND two pools which were situated a stones through away from the apartment itself within the grounds. We were truly spoilt for choice!Following an effortless transfer from the airport we were greeted with a warm welcome by the property manager, and received complimentary staples, along with a bottle of wine. The location of the apartment was just perfect for us with all amenities a short distance away.With it being our first time staying in Portugal, our stay has definitely been a memorable and positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

We are just back from our stay and we all agreed that the apartment was perfect. Check in with Tracey was easy and the welcome pack of drinks and food was a lovely surprise and really appreciated. The pool area is clean and not too busy, with loungers always available. We also made use of the two terraces which mean you can catch the sun all day long. We used Ubers to get about which were recommended by Tracey. We also met Diane, the owner, who gave us a few ideas of places to visit. Thankyou Diane and David, we loved your apartment and hope to visit again in the future.

Easter Break

This is a really nice apartment with everything you need. A real home from home. Sun all day as there are two patio terraces and you just move to the front one later in the day. In an excellent location easy walking distance to Aldis and lots of lovely restaurants and even a wee local cafe at the top of the street right of roundabout for toasties coffee cakes and beer and so cheap. Very quiet area with a lovely pool sun all day. But you can walk to the busy strip if you want load music and plenty of pubs. Would stay again if we come back to Portugal.

Well equipped and spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment with good air conditioning and a welcome pack on arrival. Grounds and communal pool are well maintained. Lots of restaurants just a short walk away and an ALDI on your doorstep. Ubers are really cheap to use so a car is not necessary. The apartment block is very quiet, however it is next to a road, so it can be a little noisy at times when sitting on the rear terrace, but not noticeable when inside. We stayed for a week and had a great time. For a casual meal would definitely recommend Roadside Kitchen which is a 10 min walk. A small family run business that serves the best burgers and tacos. Great service and a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Family holiday on albuferia

This really is a home from home! The property has everything you will need for your stay, it is furnished to a high standard although some of the patio furniture out the back is starting to look a little tired, but this didn’t affect our experience. Perfectly located for the strip and also a walk or catching the tourist train into the old town. Tracey the property manager is fantastic, she made both check in and check out seamless and also came to change towels and bedding half way through our 10 night stay. The listing does state there is a BBQ but unfortunately there wasn’t one at the property, just something to bare in mind if like us you intended to have a few nights in on the terrace, again didn’t affect our stay but would of been nice to have one. Would 100% recommend this property! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very good decision

I would be happy to come back to this property for next year and years to come. All the family enjoyed the holiday and the property contributed a massive part to that. Location is great if you want to go to the beach, airport and other parts of the algarve. The landlord is very thoughtful- be sure to have a good look around the property in the first couple of days to find little treasures such as beach toys and cooler for bringing snacks to the beach etc. No complaints whatsoever- perhaps in the absence of a bbq pan an air frier would be handy but that’s just a suggestion rather than complaint. Thanks so much. Portugal is a fab place for hols and Trisha was ace in welcoming us.

Great Apartment

A clean spacious apartment with everything that you need. Great location and having Aldi a short walk away was perfect to stock up each day on supplies. Everywhere is in within walking distance. Tracey met us on arrival despite us being late arriving and was great in showing us around the apartment. She was always on hand if we needed anything but we didn't. The welcome package on arrival was very much appreciated. We met Dianne the owner who was great and the other owner David who handled the booking was so helpful and recommended the transfer to/from the airport which was the best service we have had in this respect with this being our 10th visit to Albufeira. The grounds and pool area in the complex were clean and well kept. The apartment provided a great base for a break in Albufeira. Highly recommended.

Owner not honorable and cannot be trusted

Terrible Stay. Owner knew about cleaning scaffolding that block our access to garden, had close shutters darkening the apartment and block our view. We had to move to cheaper apartment where the adjacent apartment was being renovated with "jackhammers" removing tiles. Owner offered a bottle of wine and dinner for compensation - insulting. Owner still did not reply to my mail stating all of this and that the replacement apartment was much cheaper and lower standard and the constant construction noise next door.

A real home from home... everything you could ask for and more. Highly recommend this property!!

Was met on arrival by Diane, who I can only describe as the hostess with the mostess! As we were arriving later in the evening and have young kids, Diane very kindly put some essentials in the fridge for us I.e. bread, milk, butter, ham, cheese and even some diet coke, beer and a bottle of wine!! (Very much appreciated). The apartment itself is beautiful... big, tastefully decorated and ideally located with everything you need in walking distance. There's also a storeroom full of toys for younger kids (much to the delight of my 3 year old) and then there is a cupboard with books, magazines, board games and cards. In the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you will need, there was even detergents for the dish washer and washing machine... honestly Diane & Dave & their management have thought of everything. The complex itself had its own lifeguards at the pool and security who patrolled every evening which meant it was always nice and quiet. The main strip is a short 5 minute walk away and the old town is easy to get to by taxi which will only cost 5/6€. Supermarkets and shops are all close by. Honestly, this is the best family holiday we have had. Would definitely recommend this place... we will be back. Thanks xx

Dianne and David Goulding had always been drawn to the sunny shores of Albufeira, Portugal. Over the years, the holidays there had become more than just trips—they were an escape, a glimpse into a life filled with warmth, fun and simplicity. After countless visits, we finally decided to make it our home.

Now as residents in Portugal, Albufeira, an exciting change where we bought a beautiful villa not far from the spacious and modern apartment we had always enjoyed during our holidays. We return to the UK frequently and work hard in our own furniture / removals shop in Kent. We have furnished the apartment to a top quality (the beds particularly receive rave reviews) Lol!!
We love Albufeira, the local people, fabulous location, walking distance to the beach, lively Strip and Old Town because there is ALWAYS something for everybody! Although we let out the apartment, we like to take care of it and appreciate it very much as our home. It is ground floor, 1 minute away from the pool, very well equipped and beautifully furnished for both couples and families - you will love it! Please embrace Portugal as much as we have!

Life in Albufeira was everything we had hoped for and more. With family close by and a community that welcomed us with open arms, we knew that we had made the right choice. Our homes here are not just houses; they are filled with love, laughter, and countless memories old and new ones waiting to be made. And as we sit together, watching the sun dip below the horizon, we feel a deep sense of peace and gratitude. Happy days, indeed.

Albufeira offers something for everybody whether you are old or young - we love the old town, it's lively vibe, and fantastic restaurants - our daughters love the strip - it's nightlife, shops, bars and sense of fun!! We continue to come to Portugal at least every four weeks and still find lots to do with or without transport as Corcovada is in easy walking distance to everywhere and everything .... or take the open top bus or noddy train! Ubers are a must and Tuk Tuks are such fun!!!

There are so many well priced restaurants, golf courses, shopping, waterparks, boat trips, oh and of course.... cocktails!!! Portugal has the most unbelievably beautiful beaches with watersports all within easy walking distance - you won't be disappointed we really love it!!!
