We had a very relaxing week at this apartment. Bob, the host, was friendly and accommodating with his answers to my questions leading up to our stay. The location is a very short walk from bars, restaurants and some shops. There is a Lidl supermarket within a 5 minute drive. It is easy to walk to the beach. the bus station is an easy 3 minute walk away with regular buses to the airport and Coral bay.The property is clean and well equipped. The living room has reclining sofa's and an internet TV that shows the latest sports, movies and TV series. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans plus oven, hob and microwave. There is also a washing machine.The balcony overlooks the pool and has space for 4 people to sit around a table.The pool is a good size, clean and warm. There were never more than 4 other guests using the pool while we were there and we quite often had it to ourselves.I recommend this apartment to couples and families. A car is not essential if you are looking for a quiet beach holiday with local excursions and are happy to travel by bus.Thank you for a great stay Bob!

We have just had a great week in Bob’s apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s located a short walk from a vast array of bars and restaurants and a short car or bus ride to beaches and local attractions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Bob made the whole process very easy and we took advance of his suggestion of car hire - Nesta & Maria were brilliant - to the extent that we followed them all the way to the apartment to ensure we got there ok. We also arranged for a welcome pack via Sian as we were arriving late at night - whilst this might have been on the expensive side, it did mean we didn’t have to rush out to get provisions.

From soon after booking we had the sense that we had made a good choice - we had regular communication from the host with ample details of the apartment and things to do and see in the surrounding area. They were also helpful and flexible when we needed to make changes to our booking. The apartment is easy to find, in a quiet complex with it's own pool that was seldom occupied by anyone else, let alone busy. We were there in the heat of August so the ability to just jump in the pool as soon as we got back to the apartment was a godsend.The kitchen was well-equipped and had a good size oven and fridge freezer, for the times when we just wanted to cook something and eat at the apartment. But there are also all of the restaurants on the Avenue of the Tomb of the Kings, and the Kings Avenue Mall, within east walking distance.Stevie's Taxis, a recommendation of the host, we're great for getting us around, both in Paphos and when we took a Jeep Safari with them I to the Troodos Mountains. But mainly we walked, even up I to the Old Town and alo g the coast to Venus Beach (lovely!).One of our party was a wheelchair user and the apartment was very accessible - it's on the first floor but there is a good size lift which was very reliable. Again we had good information on this ahead of time which was reassuring. All in all we had a lovely restful time and would gladly book this apartment again on a future holiday.

The Appartment was very clean and had everything you need, a home from home. The owner was very quick to respond when I asked for the internet code. Very safe area, close to buses, beaches shops, restaurants.. also has a lift right outside door. Perfect! I would recommend.

Superb Apartment

We had a really great stay in Bob’s apartment! It is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully decorated and accessorised. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot! If you are looking for a quality apartment in Paphos, then this is the one for you!

Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Very good apartment to discover Paphos and region

We had a great time in this spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! On walking-distance from the beach, the Tombs of Kings, Kato-Paphos and the marina. The communication with the owner was very adequate and pleasant.

A wonderful apartment

My daughter stayed for a week in this very well equipped apartment. It is a great location, only a short walk to all the amenities but quiet and very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful. I have stayed in several VRBO apartments and Bob is by far the most communicative and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a nice area with plenty of local amenities

lovely apartment on a small private complex. The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday and for a home from home experience. Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere slightly away from, but within easy reach the harbour area

Hello my name is Bob, l live in Newcastle with my wife Lesley & Sonny our labradoodle. We holiday in Paphos whenever we can, work permitting. We love the climate, people & culture. l had my own business, till l retired a few years ago. The business was called Another World, we had a number of stores in the midlands. We specialised in Pop culture, especially American Comics, Rock & Pop collectables, Science Fiction, Games, Posters, T-Shirts etc.
My wife is a nurse & midwife, who is now working to electronically connect patient records in the NHS.

We were lucky enough to find this property in Paphos, just after l retired. We Just love the area & get over to experience the lovely climate when ever we can. As the Cypriots drive on the correct side of the road, as we do in the U.K. Its a joy to hire a car, pack up a lunch box & get out on the road for a picnic, with the family

We could not be more central to where all the Restaurants, bars & shops are situated.
Aldi, Mcdonalds & KFC are close by for your consideration .The recently built 'Kings Avenue shopping mall' is a recent addition to enhance your shopping experience. This is where you will find your local 'M&S', branded clothing stores, multi-plex cinema & restaurants .
Yet the apartment is situated far enough away from all this activity to give you a peaceful quiet retreat, when you retire for the evening. We are a 5 minute walk to where the restaurants & sports bars are situated & where you can hop on & off the air conditioned buses that do the round trip of the harbor, Tomb of the Kings & Coral Bay, in a continuous loop every 15 minutes..
