Diese schöne 95 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sicheren, geschlossenen Gebäudes mit Aufzügen, Gärten und einem Swimmingpool. Beide Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche führen auf eine 30 m² große Terrasse, die einen spektakulären 180-Grad-Blick von den schneebedeckten Alpen links auf die Steinmauern der alten provenzalischen Stadt rechts und das azurblaue Wasser des Mittelmeers bietet bevor du.

Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein modernes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Schlafzimmer 2 hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Beide Schlafzimmer haben viel Stauraum. Die Lounge bietet Platz für 4 Personen sowie einen Esstisch und 4 Stühle, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player und Internetzugang. Wir haben eine große Sammlung von DVDs und ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Büchern und Spielen.

Die geräumige Terrasse verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen sowie zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Elektrogrill. Das Apartment verfügt über Marmor- / Fliesenböden und elektrische Rollläden an allen Fenstern. Elektrisch betätigte Jalousien überspannen die Terrasse, um vor der Sonne zu schützen.

Wenn Sie sich vom Panoramablick von unserer Terrasse losreißen können, gelangen Sie nach einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang zum Hafen und in die Altstadt, oder der örtliche Bus hält direkt vor dem Tor.

Der Bahnhof Antibes liegt 1/2 km von unserem Apartment entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung nach Nizza, Cannes, Monaco und Italien.

Sie werden in Ihrem Apartment von unserem Agenten begrüßt, der Ihnen während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Bei einer Anreise nach 21:00 Uhr fallen zusätzliche £ 40 an.

A wonderful Antibes apartment with tremendous views

This is the most fantastic spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The views from the fabulous balcony are amazing and the walk into town incredibly easy. The shared swimming pool is extremely clean and well-maintained. Whilst a car is a bonus, the train and bus services are very efficient and easy to access affording an opportunity to explore the area. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as a holiday destination.

Lovely property in a fantastic location

The property is light and airy with fantastic views over the Port of Antibes. There is ample space to move around and not be under anybody else’s feet. The kitchen has everything you could want, and there is a large amount of furniture on the balcony to let you watch the sun come up or enjoy a sun-downer in the evening. A small supermarket is about a 10-minute walk and the Old Town with its fabulous shops and wonderful restaurants is about 15-20 minutes walk. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are very light and beautifully decorated. There is no air conditioning in the property, but due to the sizeable sliding glass doors and the fans that were provided, this was not a major issue, even in July.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful balcony overlooking the Mediterranean! As early risers we captured many breathtaking sunrises! The apartment was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. Perfect for exploring all that the Côte d’Azur has to offer and the perfect way to start and end you

This apartement is a perfect and beautiful base. We loved the detail, and didn’t want for a thing. Just glorious to wake up to the sunrise over the med and take it in with a coffee. And to return and sit on the balcony of a night just bliss. Barely a 10 minute walk to the train station and buses if you are venturing out of Antibes but lovely to walk into the old town or wander the marina.

A Haven in Antibes

The view from this apartment is stunning - day and night, from every room even from the kitchen!, The apartment was immaculately clean, spotless, fully equipped kitchen. Elegant entrance, convenient location to train, bus and food shopping and quiet. Helen- owner and Suzanne - agent have been so helpful when questions were arose. I stayed for ten days on business trip and were so happy. It was a blessing to have a nice home to come back to every evening after a long tiring day!.

Everything perfect!!!

We have stayed in this amazing house for a week. The house is really as you see in the photos, very spacious and comfortable. There an amazing terrace with a stunning view of Antibes. In the house there is everithing you need for a holiday. My daughter felt in love with the spices that Helen has in the kitchen. The place is silent and not very far from the Centre, you can go on foot. Finally they’re a swimming pool that you can use coming back from the beach. We fell like our home. I think that we will come again. Thank you Helen.

Fantastic vacation in a fantastic apartment

The apartment has everything! The pictures does not lie :-) The size and the view from the balcony was really amazing. The equipment in the apartment was really something, so much extra things that made us feel so very welcome. (for example things to the beach) Two bathrooms were worth a great deal for us having two teenage daughters. The contact with Helen was very positive. She was very flexible and always answered quickly on my questions before the trip. We can highly recommend this apartment and Antibes.

strongly recommend for a perfect Cote d'Azur hols

Unbelievable sea view + handy location + wonderful apartment = a great holiday ...so thank you . Highlight of the sea view was to see Dilbar, Ona and Sailing Yacht 'A' moored in the port ... a cool €1.25 bn worth of boys toys. Google them and see the exclusive tour of Dilbar on YouTube. Ideal location since only a short walk to the bus and train stations - meant we could relax and leave the car in the garage and avoid the busy roads. Apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. So no hesitation in strongly recommending this for the ideal Cote d'Azur holiday. Harry & Alison - Toulouse

The prefect base from which to tour the Riviera!

This condo is ecactly as advertised. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is large and the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view of Antibes, its harbor and a panoramic view of the Côte d'Azur! We were glad we stayed in Antibes rather than Nice as it is less congested and well located to visit all of the Riviera. We drove to St. Tropez, Monte Carlo and Eze, Biot and St Paul de Venice and Nice. You can also take the train to these towns as the station is just down the hill from the condo. We took the coastal walk around Cap Ferrat which was a highlight for us. We ate in Antibes most nights and parked in an underground lot just next to the huge Ferris Wheel. It was easy to find and didnt cost much. We also made dinner in the ondo 3 times. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need just like home. There was even a garlic press!! The frig was stocked with wine, water, juice, milk, butter, crackers, coffee and other items to get us started. We used the dishwasher and washing machin which were easy to use. Detergent for both was included as was paper towel, toilet paper, soap and dish detergent. The condo is in very good condition and everything was in working order and clean. Suzanne greeted us on time and made check in easy. She was also easy to reach when we had a few questions. Helen, the owner, was also extremely helpful and great to deal with. We were there in October, so we didn't go to the beach, but there are many nice beaches within a 5-10 min drive from the condo. Our favorite restaurant was Le Brulot! Try it and make sure you go to the daily market in Antibes. It's got everything!! We travel quite often and rent apartments on a regular basis, I pride myself on the ability to select quality properties and I most definitely did it again! I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay on the Riviera,

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de recherches . Félicitations à Helen, aucune faute de goût. Il ne manque rien dans cet appartement, tout est prévu pour un excellent séjour avec une vue magnifique. Seul bémol, nous sommes arrivés par le train ,la côte est rude à grimper pour des personnes âgées, peut-être prévenir de cette difficulté. Merci à Hélène ,pour cet excellent séjour, à recommander

Un appartement à conseiller sans hésitation

Je recherchais un appartement avec un ascenseur d’une taille suffisante me permettant de monter avec mon fauteuil roulant électrique et disposant d’un vue panoramique. Deux critères quasiment impossible à trouver. J’ai la chance d’avoir un fauteuil roulant électrique très compact ce qui ma permis d’utiliser l’ascenseur mais je déconseille quand même l’appartement à une personne à mobilité réduite. La propriété est très bien entretenue avec de beau jardin, le garage est particulièrement propre tout comme les parties communes. J’ai contacté la propriétaire à plusieurs reprises qui m’a toujours répondu gentiment et rapidement. Suzanne la femme qui nous accueillie est elle aussi très serviable. L’appartement est très bien rénové avec une vue offrant par beau temps un magnifique panorama du Mercantour au Cap d’Antibes. Le centre ville est proche tout comme les commerces ce qui est bien pratique. En résumé un appartement et une situation idéale à Antibes.

Our home in the UK is in the country with wonderful views of rolling hills, so it was important that our home in France had sea views. We fell in love with Antibes the moment we stepped off the train and knew this was the spot but spent nearly a year finding the right place to buy. We chose our apartment because of the amazing views and the very large terrace (a unique find in Antibes).
