We had fantastic holidays with our boy (1year)! The villa is perfectly located with the pool just in front and the sea just behind. All the shops and restaurants are nearby and we didn’t need the car. The weather was great as well. It was our first visite but for sure not our last! We can only recommend this place!

Perfect Location and Spacious Villa – A Truly Enjoyable Stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa. The location was simply perfect, offering everything we could possibly need. The villa itself was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with no detail overlooked. We felt completely comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. We have recently come back having stayed in the villa for 5 weeks and as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 older teenagers found it perfect for our needs. The villa was more than spacious offering large kitchen, lounge and shower/toilet facilities on the ground floor 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom plus a bath/shower on the 1st floor and a large double bedroom plus sofa and en-suite on the second floor. All of the bedrooms came with their own balconies. In addition the outside space was large allowing seating for 8 around a table on the patio plus a couple of reclining chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much every utensil you could want and a wide range of cutlery, plates etc. as well as the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine. Location wise as described the pool is on the patio door step and if you left the complex to the rear you came directly onto the golden mile and sandy beaches. The host’s were great in terms of coming back to us promptly and offering advise particularly around transfers and the like. I would highly recommend considering the villa.

Spacious villa in a great location

The size, layout, and location of this villa exactly suited our group of six older women. It readily accommodated our different interests - the sunbathers, shoppers and walkers. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Compostela Beach Family Garden

We stayed in the property over the Christmas period. We have stayed in different accommodation on this resort for a number of years. The house was great as we could all stay together instead of 2 apartments. Lots of appliances and cutlery/ dishes in kitchen but we didn’t really use anything. House was as advertised. Property needs updating in parts bedrooms on 2nd floor and bathrooms on ground/1st floor. Only real issue was with the water pressure in showers. It is very bad and everyone complained. May need a pump to improve.

Perfect family holiday villa

Large villa, plenty of space for a family of 8. It was exceptionally clean and literally had everything in there that we needed. The pool area was brilliant for my 4 year old nephew and the villa itself had all he needed for fun in the pool. Communication with the owner was easy. Perfect location for everything. We will return for sure.

6 Adults in apt, plenty of room, pool side, good complex and great location. Only issue was poor WiFi, not a big deal but might be if you had children wanting online. We had a late departure flight and owner allowed us a late check out at no extra cost, which was great and much appreciated.

Previous reviews are all accurate. This is one of 7 in the whole complex with its own garden meaning you can walk straight to the pool in 5 seconds. Sadly there is the 8am queuing for the sunbeds and this can wake you up as well as the cleaners but it's a small price to pay for being so close and most times you won't need a sunbed as you can chill in your own garden and still watch the kids. 3 mins walk to local supermarket (beware prices there will make your eyes water, even if from the UK) you may need to travel further to find cheaper prices. Beach amazing and also a 2 min walk so again no need to pay for sunbed unless you will be there all day) be careful for odd rocks near the rock bit go more on the middle as we all stunned our toes a few times. Local restaurant Friends is lovely just expect long waits in peak season. Overall great, 1 star knocked off as no air con which is fine however the 2 fans provided were extremely old and didn't work, maybe invest in 3 extra fans as the front room and spare room have no ceiling fans. Also iron could do with updating. Small gripes but could make this a 5 star stay. Would definitely come back and hope to !!

Excellent from start to finish

Everything about this villa was amazing, starting with communication, excellent. Check in, excellent. The villa was perfect for our family of 3 generations, we all had our own space, but I think we all enjoyed the terrace area the most, fantastic outdoor furniture, was perfect for relaxing in the day, and all sitting together in the evening. Everything and more we needed in the large kitchen space, beds comfortable, everything was clean. The complex was lovely especially the pool. And the location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Cannot wait to come back, thanks for an amazing family holiday.

We have holidayed in this fantastically located villa for over twenty years and could not miss the opportunity to purchase this superb property when it became available. A short fifteen minute taxi ride from Tenerife South airport finds you in the villa conveniently located on the `Golden Mile`. Two minutes to the lovely Las Vistas beach, two minutes to a host of restaurants from cheap and cheerful to trendsetting dining experiences and two minutes to some of the best shopping in Tenerife. The area around the complex has recently undergone a major street refurbishment making it one of the most stunning areas on the island.

The property gives larger family groups the benefit of so much space and fantastic facilities. no more fighting for the shower with a choice of three. No more making up the settee to sleep on with four bedrooms available. No trailing back and forwards to the pool area, just wander outside. Need to shop, need to dine, need a taxi, need a supermarket. Need the beach, need the pool, need the hairdressers! everything really is `Just Outside`.
