Sehr geräumige 2-Zimmer-Reihenhaus in ruhiger und zentraler Lage, in der Nähe des Hotel Parador. Es teilt sich einen wirklich schönen Garten und Pool mit den wenigen anderen Häusern in der Anlage. Es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 10 Minuten zu Fuß de Europa Balcon. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1. 5 Bäder, großes Wohn- / Esszimmer, Terrassen und Balkone im gesamten Gebäude mit Meer- und Bergblick. Ideal für Familien oder

Wonderful Stay

Lovely property in a fabulous location with 3 terraces perfect for different times of the day. Views of the mountains and the sea from one side of the property with the other side overlooking the pool and gardens. A quiet, relaxing location within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommended

Great house in handy location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely short walk to the beach and easy to stroll into the town. Well equipped kitchen which was great for me as I like to cook on a few nights and try out the local ingredients. Great having a choice of terraces. The host Paul was very approachable and helpful. We would love to return sometime.

We had a perfect week here. Close to the beach, easy walk to the old town, bodega right around the corner. Neighbors are lovely and friendly. The property is beautiful and full of light.

My wife and I stopped in this lovely property .Its location is perfect being equidistant from the town and Burrisna beach.Numerous restaurants and bars nearby.The complex is quiet and over the month we stayed other guests all respectful.The host was perfect accessible and the agents looking after the property are only next door.We would highly recommend this property

Definitely Recommended

Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to bed linen. We love this part of Nerja anyway but great location and whoever designed and built these apartments got it right. Terraces to suit any time of day and a spacious interior. Thanks to Paul for booking our transfers. Nexo were excellent.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the house, it was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we required as a family. Also the communication from the property owner was great and he was so helpful and hospitable, which always makes things so much so much nicer for your holiday. Including, he organised our transfers from the airport to the property including providing our keys and when you are travelling with young children this makes life much easier. It is a great location to access the main beach and the town. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we hope to go back next year!

We've been going to nerja for 10 consecutive years have stayed in all sorts of apartments but feel this one topped all of them, the position is brilliant the complex is lovely with a decent pool, and the apartment having 3 balconies was excellent, communication with Paul the owner was great too, if we go back to nerja, then his place will be the first one we look at

Perfect home away from home in a perfectlocation

Walking distance to everything, well equipped and very comfortable townhouse only a couple minutes away from the center. Small grocer a block away, with larger super market a few blocks further. Small, quiet complex. On street parking and host arranged for a parking permit at the municipal lot for us on request The host, Paul and his local agents were fantastic! When a cancelled flight delayed usby a day and then had us arriving after midnight so we couldn't get our rental car Paul arranged for a driver to pick us up with the keys in hand so we could go straight to the property. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Townhouse

This is a beautiful townhouse situated in the perfect location, a short distance from the town centre on one side and the fabulous Burriana Beach on the other. The property is very well maitained with modern decor throughout and all the mod cons you could possibly need for a great holiday. It is a lovely little complex with a great pool a few steps from 1 of the 3 terraces and is very quiet and private despite being in such a central location. Paul was excellent to deal with throughout the booking process and also has the benefit of a very helpful mgmt company next door should you need anything during your stay. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again for our next trip to Nerja.

Perfect Location in Nerja

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were exactly as described helping make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet condominium complex and its proximity to beaches, cafes, and restaurants. The location is fantastic. Paul was quick to respond to our inquiries. He arranged for airport transfers which was very helpful. These little things make a trip far less stressful and we were grateful for the assistance. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were delighted by the number of balconies allowing us to choose shade or sunshine and different views of Nerja. We had a fabulous time in Nerja and this property was part of the experience.
