Lenno “Sopra” Spese ist eine brandneue Wohnung in Lenno, einem der beliebtesten und wärmsten Dörfer am See an der beliebten Westseite des Sees. Ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß von Café, Pizzeria, Supermarkt, Buslinie. Kein Auto erforderlich. Privater, sicherer Parkplatz, falls erforderlich. Eigenschaften umfassen einen Swimmingpool (gemeinsam), TV, DVD, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem Komfort inklusive Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Ventilatoren, Föhn, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl. Bitte fragen Sie nach weiteren Details. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum See und Dorfzentrum. Sonnige lage. 2 Fährstationen in Lenno und Campo zu Fuß erreichbar. Bootsverleih, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), Restaurant und Strandbar sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Villa Cassinella von Richard Branson befindet sich alle hier in Lenno. Zugänglich zu touristischen Dörfern wie Menaggio und Tremezzo. Bellagio eine Fähre entfernt.
Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, befindet sich das Haus in der Nähe der Straße zwischen Berg und See, die zum Dorf führt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen bewachten Parkplatz. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. The pool was great for cooling off when it was hot in the afternoon. The view of the mountains and lake are beautiful and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and relax! Would recommend staying and would stay again!

Lovely Lenno

Early Summer break just as the kids finished school. Lovely location with lots going on, residential area so did not feel like a tourist. What a great location with a great pool. Super clean apartment with all appliances available !

Just as a previous review stated...staying here was like hitting the jackpot. Everything worked for us too! The apartment was spot on and Franco was very welcoming on arrival. Lenno is a fantastic village, picturesque where all amenities are easy to locate. We had the pool to ourselves. The supemarket, bakery, pizzeria. cafe bars, home made icrecream shop, restaurants, ferry and lido di len no beach all close by to the home. We booked 3 apartments at the residence which meant we could enjoy a family holiday of 3 generations as well as enjoy our own privacy. Will certainly be back.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ok, auch wenn es in keinem der beiden Bäder eine Handtuchstange oder einen Haken gab.Das große Manko ist die Lage der Wohnung an einer"Durchgangsstraße" den Berg hinauf. Der Lärm der vollgasgebenden Mopeds, Vespas und Motorräder war unerträglich. Daher würden wir die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen, auch wenn man von dort aus gut die Umgebung erkunden kann.

Erholsame Woche.

Idealer Ort für Ausflüge am Comer See. Viele Ziele schnell und gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Geräumig. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Entspannung auf Terasse und am Pool. Vermieter und auch der Hausverwalter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Danke!

Loved Lake Como

I think I have already said most of what needs to be said by e mail. Lenno makes a great base, has all the services in terms of food and eating out. It is also great for the ferry and lots of places to walk/drive to. The property was as expected (a few niggles aside) and the pool is perfect once it warms up. I would live better written information in English for the property as it is so difficult to absorb all details on arrival. Plus the recycling /refuse needs clearer explanation/labeling

Lovely apartment in Lenno

We loved your home and Lenno. Actually, we loved Lake Como as a whole. Your apartment was spacious, clean and just what we needed. My girls loved the pool which was never over-crowded and they could easily get a sun-bed. My husband (and myself) loved sitting on the balcony drinking wine. It was a short walk into the centre of the Village where there were great restaurants with beautiful views of the lake. In all, it was a lovely holiday. Thank you!

Fabulous

Staying here was like hitting the jackpot. Everything worked for us. The apartment was to our liking (clean and good facilities) and met our expectations, our host Franco took well care of us and gave a chance to brush up the little Spanish I could still remember. The village is lovely and all of the lake area stunningly beautiful. We rented a car at the airport so it was great driving around. Took the train from Como to Milan for a day. Sigma market in Lenno is nice, the ice cream sold by the lake at the market square delicious and the storms with thunder exciting after every hot day. Lots to see but also one can just soak in the warmth and atmosphere. Definitely recommendable.

One of the most beautiful and romantic locations in the world. Lenno offers beautiful views, fabulous food and a lot of opportunities to chill out. We experienced an incredible family holiday, but it would also be a perfect romantic getaway. Can't wait to come back.

The home is located modern and comfortable living space inside and out. The home is located on two levels with no apartment above you.Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.
