Villa Emirhan ist in einer schönen ruhigen Lage und nur eine kurze Strecke in das Zentrum, wo Sie die wunderbaren Restaurants, Geschäfte, Märkte und Bars am Flussufer erleben können. Ins Stadtzentrum oder zum Strand zu gelangen ist einfach. Das Meer ist ideal zum Schwimmen mit seichten Gewässern für mindestens 50 Meter vom Ufer entfernt, so dass es sehr sicher für Erwachsene und Kinder ist. Das gesamte Gebiet ist als Naturschutzgebiet und Gebiet von besonderem wissenschaftlichen Interesse eingestuft. Der Zugang zum Strand Iztuzu ist über Dolmus (Minibus), Flussboot, Fahrrad oder Auto möglich. Die freistehende Villa verfügt über einen ummauerten Garten mit Panoramablick auf die wunderschöne Berglandschaft und 2 Seiten des Esszimmers auf eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Zugang zum Pool.

Gut ausgestattete Villa auf dem Lande

Hier findet man alles vor, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Zum nächsten aber sehr schönen, kilometerlangen Sandstrand sind es ca. 25 Autominuten.

Very relaxing

Lovely Villa with smashing pool. Everything you need for a stay in the sun. Villa was very clean and situated a 10 minute dolmus ride away from town in lovely surroundings. Andy was a great host and communication was always excellent. Particularly appreciated the late exit on our last day as we had a night flight home. Can highly recommend if you want a quiet relaxing time.

Spotless property, well equipped and everything works! Loved the location, just out of Dalyan, although we had a rental car and would have been lost without it. Great host, communicative and helpful.

Our stay at Villa Emirhan

Had a lovely holiday at Villa Emirhan in Dalyan. On arrival, the villa was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. It is in a quiet and secluded area with beautiful mountain views. However, not too far from Dalyan town itself with it's vast range of restaurants and shops. The villa has a lovely shaded terrace with a beautiful cool breeze for you to have a break from the lovely Turkish sun. We also enjoyed our time in the swimming pool which was always at a perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The Holman family July 2022

Such a comfortable place to relax.

Andy's villa is an extremely comfortable, well equipped place to relax. Cool, spacious living area and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is excellent. It's peaceful with the beautiful backdrop of fields and mountains. You can soak up the atmosphere listening to the birdsong and cicardas. The communication with Andy before and during our stay was excellent. He was very helpful at all times. We found it's best if you take the country, back route down into town rather than having to use the main road in. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and highly recommend taking the ferry across to the other side of the estuary. The views of the river as you drive up the mountain are amazing and we had very tasty gozleme (pancakes) at Çandır Teras Çay Bahçesi Gözleme Ve Kahvaltı Evi where you can sit and take in the awesome views. There are too many fabulous places to visit to mention but we highly recommend that you stay in Andy's villa and explore what Dalyan and the surrounding area has to offer. We love it!

Wonderful peaceful Villa

We had a perfect holiday in Villa Emirhan, it was spotless and well equipped. Andy provided us with plenty of useful information and nothing was too much trouble for him. Ahmet and his team were very friendly and professional, always on hand if needed. The villa was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lovely well appointed villa in a quiet situation not far from town.

Enjoyed our stay immensely, I would highly recommend this villa. Dalyan is a lovely resort on the beautiful riverside location. From the tranquil boat trips to the very good food, nothing disappointed. We hired quads for a trip to the tops above the beach where the phone mast is- breathtakingly beautiful views! Ahmed the taxi guy is very helpful and was good for local knowledge and a cab whenever we needed one. We will be back!

wonderful villa with spectacular mountain views

The villa in Dalyan was clean. homely and welcoming. The pool was a lovely area to sit and relax and take in the wonderful views. Dalyan town was a 10 min bus ride away and there were plenty of local buses to catch just a 3 min walk away.The people were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot to do and see in the area and the beach was a half an hour boat ride away which was a lovely experience in itself. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at every night and a good selection of bars if you wanted a bit of night life. We would certainly go back to the villa again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good holiday. Andy, the owner was very accomadating, friendly and helpful. It was a holiday we certainly won't forget.

Fantastic property, beautiful location, very helpful owner

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to go to Turkey. It is set in a tranquil location that is a comfortable walk from the town and local amenities. The owner and his team were so thoughtful and helpful before, during and after our holiday. Nothing was ever too much for them. I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and can't wait to book out next holiday here.

Lovely villa - highly recommended!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2015. From being met at the airport, we were made to feel safe & welcome. We were a little concerned when being taken down a dusty track past farmers fields, but when we emerged in front of the villa we were very pleased. The location of the villa is great for the local dolmus into Dalyan and the information received from Andy was excellent. The bikes provided would have been very useful, although there was a puncture in one tyre when we arrived, but Ahmet very quickly got that sorted for us. The villa was very clean with all mod cons you need for a peaceful holiday. We also had an issue with the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but again, Ahmet sorted that very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Having said that, having used the downstairs shower, the water pressure downstairs is much better than upstairs, so we continued to use this one. The walk to the dolmus was interesting! Most of the locals are farmers and are very friendly - a smile and a wave to the hard working farmers always brought a smile from them. The shop at the end of the road stocked the basics, but the wine was very drinkable!! Heading out of the villa to the dolmus stop, on the same side of the road as the shop, there is a hidden restaurant amongst the trees. It looks like a shack, but the food and welcome here was great! The dolmus from Dalyan is mainly used by the locals and the frequency reduces in the evening (at least it did in September!) so we used to catch the bus back and drop in to the restaurant for a drink. Failing that, pick up a bottle of wine from the local shop and drink it on the veranda - perfect! We loved the fact that we had a local visitor on a few occasions - the local hedgehog used to pop into the garden of an evening - who needs TV when you can watch the wildlife!! We also loved the fact that there are grapes growing in the garden - seemed a shame to let them go to waste. All in all, we loved our visit and would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break in a homely villa. Thank you Andy for letting us stay on your Turkish home, and for all the tips and assistance you gave us before departure. You have a great team in Ahmet and his local tradesmen. Well done!!

Fantastic

A really lovely villa, ideal for those who wish to get away from it all, or not! Close enough to Dalyan for when you want restaurants bars and nightlife, far enough away to have a relaxing time. Great trips available via Ahmet and his team. I would certainly recommend this villa.

Fantastic villa, beautiful location

A lovely, clean, villa with all the necessary amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The Nintendo Wii, selection of DVD's and books made evenings and the odd rainy hour entertaining for all. The pool was cleaned daily, and the views from every side of the villa were beautiful. The locals were friendly, and helpful and the centre of town is only a 5 minute drive or taxi ride, with plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you coming back every day. Andy, the owner was very pleasant and professional, and any question we had was quickly answered prior to our arrival, and once we arrived the villa, we were met by Ahmet, the villa manager who was our contact during our stay, and he was very polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend the villa to anyone, and were so impressed with our experience that we have booked to go back in July!

Superb villa

Superb villa with excellent facilities. Well decorated and very clean throughout. Lovely pool. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, offering lots of advice on the area and fully answering any questions we had. Quite a remote location but easy to get into Dalyan. Thoroughly recommend.
