Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Grill (extra). Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, Alleinreisende oder Paare und Geschäftsleute. Das Casa Ippina liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. In Albion ist es nicht wirklich touristisch, auch wenn es einen Club Med gibt, deshalb ist es so friedlich. Jeden Morgen am Strand können Sie frischen Fisch direkt vom Fischer haben.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen gerne die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten und die wichtigsten Ausflüge. Auf Wunsch organisieren wir mit unserem Kajak und unserem Geländewagen Seeausflüge und Inselbesuche. Wir können den Transport zum Flughafen (2-Wege) zum Preis von Rs 2000 anbieten (in der Regel sind Taxidienste 2-Wege Rs 3000). Sie können auch ein Auto für ca. Rs 1000 pro Tag mieten. Comfortable and Spacious Property

I stayed over one week at this property and would highly recommend it to others. The owners, Filippo and Diana, are so friendly and welcoming and are always at hand should you require anything. The AC in the bedroom works well and the fan in the living area is powerful. We enjoyed great breakfasts on the Veranda overlooking the mountains. The property is located in a quiet area of Mauritius so if your plan is to explore the island I would definitely suggest you renting a car for use at this property. This is what we did and there is safe gated parking at the property. I will definetely be back again!!

Richard and his family were very kind guests and they used the property with much respect. The apartment has been returned clean and tidy. We were very happy to meet them, and we hope to meet them again even if it was just for coffee. Absolutely guests to recommend to everyone.

The place was nice to stay. You need a transport. Beware owner has 3 cats who sleep on the chairs

Aircon not working but fixed by host. Warm welcome by host. But wife Diana was very harsh to me when I informed her that we were having cold water for shower and that we didn't appreciate that she moved our washed clothings everyday. We were not able to use the verandas attached to the apartment as there are cats sleeping all the time on the chairs, this was not said on their online post. We were not able to leave the doors open as the cats of the owner came in the apart. For allergic persons or those who are not friendly with cats, maybe should think to book elsewhere.

With the appreciation of your comments, during your stay you have been granted with a new aircon device, free spare towels and linens, free access to a second veranda. Veranda, which was a common space where the cleaner and the gardener pass for their duties. To have move your clothes was just a respect for your privicy. Cats and any other animals are not allow inside the appartment. Hot water is on a one system installed by a hightly certified local company, with options to either solar or gaz heater (during bad weather) as long as we are provided with water flow. Casa Ippina

1st stay on Mauritius in Albion

Booking via FEWOdirekt und the direct contact to Filippo were really easy. Filippo and Diana welcomed us warmly, showed all the details in the house and around and made valuable recommendations for our 1st stay on Mauritius. For all questions during our stay we could ask Filippo, Diana - and Tommy - and they explained everything.The flat is upstairs (the owners live on ground floor). It has a combined kitchen (all necessary things for cooking are available incl. sharp knives!!!) and living room. Further a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are two verandas which can be used depending on the sun.The nice garden has a big pool surrounded by coconut palms, banana palms, lemontrees, grapefruit trees, mango trees, etc.. The parking space is inside the property with access through an electric door.The domicile is at the north edge of Albion in between a residential neighborhood and from there you have a quick access to bypass roads to reach destinations all over the island.In total it was really nice staying here and we enjoyed our holidays.Thanks again to Diana, Filippo and Tommy!

Aufenthalt in Albion

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und die Vermieter/in sehr nett. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine Neubausiedlung und daher ist die Umgebung nicht ausgebaut Die Wohnung weist leider eine längere Entfernung zum Strand wie beschrieben. Daher kann ich allen einen Mietwagen empfehlen, da auch Mauritius ohne eine Fahrmöglichkeit schlecht zu erkunden ist. Der Vermieter ist ein waschechter Italiener, der mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss der Anlage wohnt, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Den Swimmingpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es sich um den Familienpool handelte und wir niemanden stören wollten. Der Pool wurde uns von dem Vermieter zur Mittbenutzung angeboten. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung wieder anmieten. Für uns war es eine schöne Unterkunft, da wir die Ferienwohnung zum schlafen genutzt haben und jeden Tag unterwegs waren.

Salih and his friend were very discreet guests, they left early in the morning to come back in the evening. We hardly ever met each other. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the pool. We usually do not use the pool when we have guests, to give them the freedom to feel at ease. Surely a car is needed, not just to get to the beach, but to shop and travel around the island. The mileage to get to the beach has been considered for a person who wants to reach it on foot, without respecting the unique senses, traveling the shortest time. For those who have a car, we recommend the longest road because it is certainly the easiest to go.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo caloroso da Diana e Tommy che ci hanno agevolato parlandoci in italiano. Infatti Diana sta perfezionando questa lingua e sicuramente l’italiano di Diana è migliore del nostro inglese. Ci ha mostrato l’appartamento descrivendoci tutti i particolari necessari per un utilizzo comodo e corretto della struttura. Anche i suoi consigli per il nostro soggiorno ad Albion e in generale a Mauritius sono stati molto utili.L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e, pur essendo presenti climatizzatori nelle camere e un ventilatore nella cucina, la sera è stato sufficiente arieggiare le stanze per avere una temperatura confortevole.La cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari e per noi è stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare una Moka, la caffettiera per il caffè all’italiana.La posizione della casa è in una zona decentrata di Albion, per cui il nostro consiglio è di noleggiare un auto , sia per raggiungere la parte turistica di Albion, sia di altre zone turistiche della costa ovest.La spiaggia di Albion, soprattutto nella parte a sud raggiungibile con una passerella, ci è piaciuta per la sua tranquillità; anche lo snorkeling da riva è stato più piacevole e rilassato rispetto ad altre spiagge dove il traffico di motoscafi può risultare pericoloso.Ci dispiace non aver potuto conoscere Filippo, non presente in quel momento per motivi di lavoro. Ringraziamo ancora Diana per la sua cordialità e consigliamo di scegliere questa struttura.

Dear Sirs, thank you for your review. Surely Mauritius is a booming island. The buildings are in every corner of the country. I am sorry that this problem, not dependent on us, has contributed to making your holiday unpleasant. Another problem in Mauritius is stray dogs, this too does not depend on us. The whole house is systematically subjected to disinfestation against cockroaches, fleas and ticks. We, and our 5-year-old son, doesn't like them either. But, we are still in a tropical country. In residential areas, like ours, construction work by law cannot begin before 7 am and from 10 pm it is necessary to reduce noise. Considering that there are neighbors, it seems to me, above all, a question of good education. Respect for the non-smoking area also seems to me to be shared and respected in full respect of children and those who cannot stand smoke. In my opinion, the choice of the apartment in a residential area, for your vacation style, was not right. I recommend a village, 2-3 stars, where even people like you, can find their space.

Une très bonne adresse avec un accueille des plus chaleureux.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location du 8 au 24 mars 2019, et nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques. Accueille très chaleureux, avec des propriétaires a l'écoute, alliant discrétion et efficacité, toujours disponibles pour nous conseiller.( Cette location est en plus d'une propreté exemplaire.). Nous sommes vraiment très satisfait, et pensons déjà a y retourner des que nous le pourrons. Nous vous conseillons fortement cette adresse, qui est au calme, avec une piscine bien appréciable. Une voiture de location reste un plus pour les déplacements, avec laquelle nous avons pu facilement visiter toute l'ile. La gentillesse des mauriciens nous a accompagné tout le long de notre séjour. Merci à Fillippo et à Daniella, (sans oublier leur fils Tomy ) qui nous ont fait généreusement profiter de leur hospitalité.

Très agréable séjour à l'île Maurice! c'était une 1ėre pour nous et nous sommes enchantés!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Diana et Filippo ! Des personnes au Grand Coeur prêts à rendre notre séjour inoubliable ! Nous avons pu visiter l'île à pieds, en vélos, en bus (très typique )et en taxi (on se laisse guider et on profite ! ) Le soleil, la chaleur et la Gentillesse des Mauriciens est un bonheur sans nom....même le passage du cyclone Cilida n'aura pas réussi à gâcher notre séjour !! Nous retournerons à l'île Maurice et réserverons chez Diana et Filippo avec aucune appréhension !!(encore mille mercis à eux pour la réussite de notre séjour et ce superbe Noël ! )

Adresse à conseiller 👍🏼 Nous avons passé trois agréables semaines à la casa ippina. L appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer d agréables vacances. Les deux terrasses sont très appréciées. La maison est bien située et avec une voiture de location, nous avons pu faire le tour de l île et découvrir les trésors de ce pays. Filippo et Diana sont des personnes très charmantes (sans oublier Tommy 😉). Ils nous ont beaucoup conseillé sur les endroits à visiter et sur la vie à Maurice. Nous espérons que nos chemins se croiseront encore 😊

Julie and her family are very nice persons. A beautiful family with very kind ways. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them as guests. We had a good time with them and their little Eduard, and, of course, our son too! Certainly to be recommended. Five stars! P.S: I'm sure we will meet again

Very quiet and friendly place

I had a great time with my husband and my daughter. The owners were very kind and helpful. It was well located to discover the island with our rental car. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

I must say that I was very lucky to have Valerie and her family as guests. Very nice and friendly people. Lovers of the sea and of life in the open air, they used the pool and the apartment with great respect, leaving the house impeccably. The daughter played a lot with my son despite the difference in age. 5-star guests. Thank you

Appartement propre et grand, propriétaire sympathique, bonne localisation pour visiter toute l'île

Nous avons été agréablement accueillies par Diana la propriétaire. L'appartement est vraiment très bien, spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. Nous vous conseillons tout de même de louer une voiture malgré les vélos mis à disposition par la propriétaire. Proche de toutes commodités, Diana se fera un plaisir de vous faire des plans pour trouver ce dont vous avez besoin ! Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour :-) et tout de même testé la piscine malgré la pluie. On reviendra très certainement !

Personnes remarquables, discretes...tres attachantes aussi. Superbe feeling non seulement avec mon epouse mais aussi aupres de notre fils qui continue meme aujourdhui de demander quand vous retourner...et son grand amour. Un grand merci a vous
