Das Les Peupliers wurde im traditionellen Stil der Vendeen erbaut und befindet sich im unberührten Weiler La Baffardiere, der Teil eines Naturschutzgebiets von außergewöhnlicher Schönheit im Naturschutzgebiet Yon ist. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr, von der aus Sie viele Spaziergänge und Radtouren durch bewaldete Gassen und Wege zum Fluss Yon unternehmen können. Das hübsche Dorf Le Champs St Pere ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt oder Radtour entfernt. Dort finden Sie am Donnerstagmorgen einen Supermarkt mit Tankstelle, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Bar und Restaurant sowie einen Markt auf dem Dorfplatz. 20 Minuten nördlich von Le Champs St Pere befindet sich die florierende Universitätsstadt La Roche Sur Yon und gleich weit südlich die historische Kathedralenstadt Lucon. Die schöne Stadt La Rochelle und die exklusive Ile de Re erreichen Sie in weniger als 1 Stunde.

Superb property. Extremely well equipped, large private gated driveway for parking, lovely warm heated pool, spacious accommodation and facilities. Communication with property manager was great. Our holiday was simply fantastic.The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from cling film to a sewing kit – every little detail had been thought of. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for the hot weather, with both sheets and duvets available depending on our preference.The pool was a huge hit with the whole family and provided hours of fun. All that we could have wished for. A lovely home in sparkling condition in a great location. Lots to do locally with special beaches a 20-30 minute drive away but we spent most of our time relaxing by the super pool housed outside the kitchen door. Perfect!

A fabulous place to stay

The property has all modern facilities and is beautiful inside and out. Everything one could possibly need was provided, including basics in the kitchen cupboards like teabags, cooking oil etc. There was also a thoughtful welcome pack of basic foods- butter, milk, jam etc. The pool is lovely. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms immaculate. Probably the best gite we have ever stayed in.

Great week in a lovely villa

An excellent villa in a rural location but close to the lovely Vendée beaches. Felt like home from home. Everything you could want is provided. The heated pool a massive hit with the children. Great family holiday all round.

Fabulous!!!

We are regular visitors to France every summer for the last 30 years and this property is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, well equipped ( especially the kitchen!) and loads to do around the area. Super comfy beds coupled with being very quiet resulted in excellent rest after fun days out exploring an amazing area. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Les Peupliers

Fantastic place to stay and a beautiful Gite in a very quiet location. Ideal for the beaches, and other spots to visit in the area. Outstanding facilities and a lovely pool. Nice touches in the house which make you feel really at home. Absolutely no issues with anything and would certainly book again.

Beautiful house and pool, great holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday at Les Peupliers, thank you Julie. The house is immaculate and very nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The heated pool was great and very private, a real sun trap! The village is really peaceful so sitting out at night under the stars listening was lovely. We'll definitely be back!!

Wonderfull house with pool

We had a very nice holiday in the beautiful house. The welcome pack was great and so was the service. The property with the large garden and pool is very nice. It was very quiet and you could relax wonderfully. It is very well equipped. We'd love to come back.

Great Villa = wonderful holiday

Wonderful house with everything you need for what ever type of holiday you want - relaxing or fun filled. As soon as you walk in it feels like a home not just a house. We all loved the pool - in it every day :-) We've stayed in 6 or 7 properties in the Vendee over the years and can honestly say this was the best. Excellent family holiday at this beautiful villa. Lovely area to stay with easy access to some great seaside side towns and stunning beaches. Lovely to be back again

This was our 4th stay and it didn't disappoint. We last stayed here 10 years ago, can't believe its been that long but it was so nice to be back. The addition of the electric pool cover was a bonus. The villa is equipped with everything you could want and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the Vendee area.
