The villa that has everything! Superb location, fantastic secluded pool, beautifully maintained gardens and top spec outside furnishings. Even the welcome pack had everything you need when you arrive and start to relax. We had a brilliant holiday!

Great Villa, well looked after and fitted out with everything you might need. Susan and Nick who met up on arrival are great hosts and are always available should anything unforeseen arise. Comfortable villa with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. Susan and Nick are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the market on Sunday in the near by village, Jesus Pobre, and long walks in the surrounding hills with our dog. We highly recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this immaculate property. It was super clean and very comfortable. Susan and Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. The welcome basket was amazing it even had Yorkshire t bags in. So thoughtful!We would go back in a heartbeat and left very reluctantly.

Best stay ever!

The welcome and a pack of goodies got us settled, the property had everything plus. The view of the surrounding hills was amazing. Of course the pool was the icing on the cake. I tried to find a fault and couldn't!

Lovely spot for winter sun

We had a great time, with the villa providing a great base for cycling into the hills. Susan and Nick were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The welcome package of food and wine was very welcome.

We live in Spain and own and manage Casita de Alba, Casa Almareka and Casa Susana. We do all our own maintenance and cleaning to ensure our villas are in perfect condition and spotlessly clean for our guests. I was a City Business woman until I found Casita de Alba in Jesus Pobre and from that day I knew I wanted to live there. I put my heart and soul into reforming the villa and made it into a luxurious, comfortable, welcoming home. When I first saw Casa Almareka I knew I wanted to buy it 1 day, but the owners did not want to sell and I could not afford it so I said to the owner, please give me first refusal if you ever want to sell. From that moment I kept saving. 1 day I had a phone call from the owner saying they had to return to the UK and was I still interested.I jumped for joy and rushed to the bank to ask for a bridging loan (you could in those days!) All went well and in July 1987 the keys were in my hands. It was a wonderful feeling and I set about restoring, changing, updating and had the time of my life. My 1st clients loved there stay in Casa Almareka and I have continued to upgrade and modernise without changing the character of this truly charming villa. I also have Casita de Alba & both are great.

Whenever we get the chance we stay at Casa Almareka because by staying there we see what clients see. We can then adjust, decorate,install, remove anything & everything & do all we can to improve the villa each year. It is central to both Javea & Denia & also Alicante & Valencia and is situated in a lovely location that is peaceful & tranquil yet only minutes away from Golf, beaches, shops, restaurants, in fact everything you could wish for. Ideal for summer holidays with air conditioning & a glorious pool & warm & cosy for winter holidays with the log burner and central heating.
