* Diese schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich im 11. Stock des Phoenix VI-Gebäudes in Orange Beach, AL. Die Aussicht vom 11. Stock ist spektakulär! Sie können beobachten, wie die Sonne aufgeht und untergeht, wie Boote vom Pass kommen und gehen und Delfine parallel zum Strand schwimmen. Unser Gebäude verfügt über einen schönen Strandpool mit Wasserfällen, einen Innenpool, mehrere Whirlpools, Tennisplätze und einen Fitnessraum mit Sauna.

Diese Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und wurde vom Boden bis zur Decke mit zusätzlichen Zierleisten und Stuhlschiene neu gestrichen. Es verfügt über neue Küchenschränke, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Geräte und ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Notwendigkeiten wie Toaster, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Mixer, reichlich Teller, Gläser und Utensilien. Bereiten Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee mit unseren Standard- oder Keurig-Kaffeemaschinen zu oder gehen Sie in die Lobby, um Ihren Kaffee bereits für Sie zuzubereiten.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen Blue Ray Player mit Bluetooth-Soundbar, mit dem Sie alle Ihre Lieblingssendungen ansehen und Ihre Musik hören können. Long weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was perfect! There are lots of restaurants. However, there is a nearby Publix, and the condo has a great kitchen for cooking. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. Check-in and communication were both great. I saved this one to my favorites trip board.

The rental process was easy, tge information was very clear. Everything went seamlessly. The condo was very clean, the view was fabulous!Thw only part that was very slightly confusing was finding where to discard our garbage when we checked out. We did find the chute without having to wander too far, but info about where that is located would be helpful.

We had a great visit to this property. We were a little reluctant because it’s part of Phoenix and just thought it would be overcrowded because there are several of that brand but it really wasn’t. The unit was nice and we’d go back again.

We loved it. The facility and unit was very clean. The pools were great never really crowded. The beach is super close. Everything was very convenient. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My family and I will be rebooking in the future.

Relaxing weekend

Nicely appointed condo. Great view. Buy 3 smart remotes and get someone to program them; at least 2 remotes and as many as 4 for each TV- Come on!! Use some drano in the master bath and hire a plumber to replace the faucets in the kitchen and the bathtubs. They are ridiculous.

The TVs in this unit work off Secure Vision, so it is necessary that each TV has 2 remotes. While nothing was reported to us during your stay, Maintenance has been asked to remove any unnecessary remotes in the unit! Our property care team is working with the owner to assess and replace the fixtures in the kitchen and the bathtub, if necessary. We were able to resolve the slow-draining sink in the master bathroom! We appreciate your feedback and strive to make sure every issue is addressed and resolved! Happy Place

This was our first time at Orange Beach and we had such a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. The 2nd bathroom toilet had a broken handle. I didn’t even report it cause I decided we could all use the main bathroom so I didn’t have to deal with it, but we came in one day from the beach to find a note on the door saying it had been repaired. I’m guessing the previous guest had reported it but I was happy to have the second commode up and running. Besides that very minor inconvenience we had a magnificent time and will for sure be returning!!!

Very nice!

The unit was nicely furnished, clean and great view of the water and poolside. My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master. There’s a deep impression on the right-side of the mattress. We requested a couple more towels for the room and were told there would be a $25 charge. That seemed excessive. We declined.

Perfect condo

We had the best time. This unit was even better than the listing portrayed. We stayed in a unit a few doors down from 1109 last month and the difference between them was night and day. This unit is tastefully renovated and decorated. I felt it was as clean as one can get in terms of high traffic rooms. I’m not sure who cleans it (cleaning service or an individual), but they do a wonderful job. The kitchen was stocked well with any item you’d need to cook. The master bed is a little firm for my preference, but nothing to turn anyone away. The guest room was adorable and my kids loved the paddle headboards. The mast shower is awesome. We appreciate that the condo looked well kept. No stained and worn out furniture like most units. The property is kept clean & felt safe. I feel like it’s located in a quieter part of OBA but close to anything you’d need. Wonderful unit. Thanks for letting us make memories!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is fantastic! I found it super accessible to all the restaurants and shopping that the area offers. We loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool and quick access to the beach. The staff at the desk was nothing short of welcoming and went above and beyond to answer any questions and offer suggestions. As far as the unit itself I found it plenty big enough to accommodate 3 adults and 4 children. It's a good location far enough from elevator but close enough that you weren't carrying stuff endlessly back to your room. When we arrived I noticed that the toilet in the master bath had cloudy water and difficulty flushing, but assumed since I had previously seen maintenance men in and around the building that they were possibly addressing that issue. After an entire day of being limited to 1 bathroom, I attempted to contact the number given me for maintenance issues, left a message conveying our issue but never heard anything back. (I tried plunging several times with no luck) On our last day I was able to plunge the toilet repeatedly until we finally were abe to flush completely. I was a little disappointed in the lack of response and communication that left 7 people using 1 toilet for so long but other than that was completely satisfied with the space and cleanliness of the unit. The staff there really is fantastic and keep the grounds in good working order. I should also note that our unit offered a designated parking spot which eliminated any hassle with parking and made the trip so much more enjoyable.

Tiffany, sorry for the issues you had with the toilet while you were at the condo. As we note in the check in instructions and the placards we leave in the condos you will need to call our 800 number or the maintenance number we have posted on the refrigerator that says "Housekeeping and Maintenance Issues" with the phone number to call. We support and offer maintenance such as this on all of our properties usually in 2 hours or less. The maintenance people you see at the building handle exterior maintenance and common area maintenance issues. Again sorry for the confusion and that you had to deal with this. Keep us in mind for your next trip down. Ken

Great stay in Orange Beach

This condo unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean with every amenity we needed and the beds were beyond comfortable!! This was in a great location on the beach close to so many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Nice Getaway

This was our second year staying at this property. Clean and well managed, has most essentials, quiet, great views. Was what we needed for our girls trip.
