***Please note although Villa Bahce can accommodate up to 8 people, the 2026 daily rates on the site were estimated in 2025 for up to 4 people occupying the villa. Due to high increases in energy and water prices in Turkiye since 2023, and due to the high inflation, more than 4 people (including children) will incur extra charges depending on the month of the season.

***Please note - the pool is PRIVATE to the house, i.e. it is "not shared" with any other properties, however, it CAN BE SEEN from neighbouring villas' balconies.***

Our Dalyan home is a charming two storey villa surrounded by mature trees and shrubs with its own large private pool. The villa sleeps 6/8 in three main bedrooms (4th bedroom sleeps 2 but is in attic) and has two bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. The three double bedrooms have AC units. The attic room has a standing fan. The living room has ceiling fans. The three main bedrooms have their own private balconies with magnificent views of the mountains in all directions. The villa has all modern conveniences. In the garden there is a stone BBQ and two terraces (front and back of house) for alfresco dining. Villa Bahce is in a relatively quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by a small number of newly-built houses, and a few fields, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The Villa is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of Dalyan in the Aegean region of Turkey connecting to the Mediterranean. The area has an incredible amount to offer from the famous Iztuzu turtle nesting beach, the many ancient ruins and the mud-baths to bird-watching in the nature reserve.

Beautiful property with everything you need in a great location and lovely hosts... What more could we ask for?! Oh yeah - a great pool, walking distance to everything we needed and generosity that we didn't expect but truly appreciated. Dalyan is a lovely place to visit and this place is the perfect base to enjoy and explore it from. Highly recommend!

Another beautiful, peaceful stay at Villa Bahce - we loved it so much after staying last year, we had to come back. The villas is in a perfect location, on a nice quiet road, but only a 10 minute walk to the busy centre, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The pool is so relaxing, and it is always easy to find both a sunny or shaded spot on the comfy loungers. The surrounding gardens are also peaceful and beautiful.Aygen and John are such lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts - we really enjoyed our time in your company, and hope to see you again. We appreciate all your recommendations for restaurants and visits, as well as all your interesting local knowledge.

Well maintained, beautiful villa, with stunning large pool and picturesque gardens. Only 10-15 minutes easy walk into Dalyan centre. Supermarkets and restaurants very close. Owner and family were very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with - although didn't need to very often, as had no problems during our stay.

Really lovely villa

We had an amazing holiday staying here, plenty or room and the pool is just fantastic. Just a short walk into town with everything you need. I'd definitely recommend staying here. (one thing to note, probably not suitable for young children as the pool has no shallow end)

Relaxation in paradise

This is such a lovely villa and we had a totally awesome time here. Just wish it was a longer stay. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gardens are fabulous and the pool behind the property just wonderful. We cannot fault the stay at all. Aygen’s family in the area stayed in touch and were so lovely and helpful. I really do hope that I can book another stay as the villa is a short walk to Dalyan central and a great place to be based. Thoroughly lovely stay and recommend the villa 100%.

A return to Villa Bahce

Love staying at Villa Bahce. A lovely spot amidst beautiful gardens on the outskirts of central Dalyan area- a 10 min stroll. The house is spotless, comfortable and well equipped and a real home from home. We loved it as much as staying here last year. The local supermarket is just a very short stroll up the road and is extremely well stocked. We absolutely love the secluded pool area and the quietness in the stunning, well kept garden. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. Recommend Villa Bahce 100%. Any issues are quickly dealt with efficiently.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bahce, it is in a great location, local restaurants are minutes away as are a couple of good shops that stock all your essentials,the main town and larger shops are only a 10-15 minute walk, the villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, we loved the pool area and gardens, especially the pool which was kept very clean and had steps into it which is quite rare in Türkiye, the hosts are on hand should there be any problems, (which there weren’t) All in all we had a lovely time and if we return to Dalyan this villa will be at the top of our list. Dear Aygen & Jon, We had a wonderful and relaxing time staying at your Dalyan home - it felt very much like home from home - thank you. We had intended to stay at your home in 2020, but Covid struck and we had to wait until we felt able to travel - and we were so glad that we chose your property again. We tend to visit Dalyan every 4-5 years and we can think of no better holiday home than Villa Bahce. Fantastic Home-from-Home Villa

There is a lot to like about Villa Bahce. It is ideally located in a residential area close to restaurants and small shops and only a short, easy walk to the main town. It is a 3 bedroomed house which was immaculately presented and extremely well-equipped as a holiday home but more like a home from home. The owners have really made a superb effort to think of everything and anything you might need to enjoy a restful and comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the garden delightful and we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. Communication with the owners was first class and they helpfully arranged a private taxi transfer from Dalaman using a local company - HeyDalaman - who were extremely professional and very good value for money (£30 transfer fee one way). We also used HeyDalaman to book a couple of excursions and hired a car for a few days. Once again, they could not have been more helpful. We also loved Dalaman as a location. It is colourful, friendly and extremely welcoming with something for everyone. We found lovely authentic Turkish restaurants at very reasonable prices but all tastes are catered for with fast-food, pizza and burger bars plus Chinese and Mexican options if thats what you wanted! There is plenty to do and see in the town and locally with many varied excursions available. We have travelled extensively and have used VRBO many times and I can honestly say that Villa Bahce is among the very best of rental properties which we recommend unreservedly.

Beautiful villa very well located

We had a great 9-day stay at this villa, the owners Aygen and Jon were great at communicating from day 1 and throughout our stay, whenever we had a question or a minor technical snag with an appliance, it was sorted out within the day which is appreciated when you're on holidays. The welcome from their relatives in Dalyan was heart-warming and made us feel immediately at home. The villa is practically laid out. We loved the choice between the two terraces depending on where the sun was and the pool is of good size, surrounded by beautiful shrubs and trees, giving you some privacy from the other villas albeit not fully but enough. It's got everything for a comfortable stay. It can get a bit hot in the lounge as there's no AC there, but the 3 overhead fans with an additional stand-alone fan and closed shutters during the day helped. Although AC there would be a plus, not having any helped to keep us adapted to the heat! The top bedroom in the attic also gets hot, there are two fans to help, but in the end, our two sons decided to share the double bedroom with AC. There's often a nice breeze so opening all the windows in the evening helped and thanks to the mosquito screens there was no mosquito inside. Another great feature of this villa is its superb location relative to Dalyan's centre, a few minutes walk to it, or to the Saturday market, and only a few minutes walk to the river and the great restaurants there. There are two shops nearby which is very practical. A real gem!

Erholsam mit allen Extras

Es war für mich und meine Familie ein Erholsamer Urlaub in der Villa Bahce. Es fehlte an nicht was wir brauchten.. - Villa wurde liebevoll gepflegt/ neueres Bad / top sauberes Pool.. es gab genügend Handtücher … Umgebung sehr ruhig und trotz nah zum Zentrum (abends 8 Gehminuten zum Highlife) Wir empfehlen es weiter für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub.. Gruß! Und vielen Dank an Aygen Tante und Papa… Alles TOP! 👍

Beautiful house in a very nice area

Very good service, quick responses, the house was very clean, esp. the garden is very beautiful and full of flowers, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent and although the neighbourhood is a little bit outside of town and nice & quiet, you are only a short walk from the centre! It was a pleasure to meet Jon and Aygen and we look forward to coming back :)

Lovely villa with all that we needed for a fantastic holiday. Good location easy walking distance to bars restaurants and the river. Pool area well maintained and pool depth great for swimming with easy access via stone steps much preferable to a ladder.

A beautiful villa in good location with a fantastic pool and garden. It was very clean and well equipped. The property managers were lovely and couldn't do enough for us, even ringing the taxi company on our behalf. Teşekkürler ! It was our second visit and we hope to return.

We all had a wonderful holiday at villa bache ,its in a perfect location and the pool was absolutely amazing. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely, relaxing holiday

We enjoyed staying at Villa Bahçe, and had a very relaxed stay. The villa is a traditional Turkish style and very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time outside on one of the two terraces or by the pool. The garden area is beautiful and we loved the jasmine around both terraces, the smell was fabulous during the evening! The pool was cleaned early every morning, so was always ready to use when we wanted it. It was an easy walk into town, took around 10 minutes at a casual stroll. The Dalyance Hotel just a 1 minute walk away was great for the evenings we were too lazy to walk into town, the food was excellent. Handy Şevikoglu supermarket for any supplies just across the road. Aygen and Jon welcomed us on our arrival and introduced us to Çanser, Aygen's aunt who was available to contact if we needed any help. We would recommend Villa Bahçe and stay again in the future. A home away from home, in the sun.

Charming individual villa, well situated to walk to the main square or the riverside restaurants. Balconies and terraces to suit shade or Sun all day. Excellent hosts.

A wonderful place to stay!

We loved Villa Bahce! Wonderful position being quiet and private and very convenient for the wonderful town of Dalyan. Dalyan continues to call us back and this time for a week's down time post childrens exams. Overall a terrific place to stay, thank you for your hospitality!

When we saw the Villa for the first time we fell in love with it as it was everything we wanted. It has character, is private, and in walking distance to town. One side of Aygen's family is originally from Dalyan. She has been coming to Dalyan since she were a child to spend the summer in their beach hut on the lovely Turtle Beach. Having this villa recreated that connection. There is so much to do and see! The weather is great and we have such a wonderful time that we decided to buy a property there so we could spend a lot more time there. Our property is called 'Garden Villa' because we have lawns, trees and flowers which make it a beautiful tranquil space to be in. It is in a lovely quiet place but very near to the centre of Dalyan as well as to the river where we enjoy going for lovely evening walks.

We love how private our villa is, that we have a large garden front and back and that it's so peaceful but we are so close to restaurants, bars, shops. And we find it so comfortable, it makes for such a relaxed easy holiday!

Apparently our villa is on a larger outside plot than most villas in Dalyan and we have a sensational view of the mountain from the front terrace, it is breathtaking and we never get tired of it.

We renovated the pool surround area in spring 2017 - with new travertines for the sun bathing area.
