Villa Etki is a privately owned, fully furnished 3 bedroomed villa which has private garden and pool. It is situated in Dalyan Gulpinar area only 2 minutes walking distance to the center. Each rooms is fully air conditioned with independent controls. There are 3 bedrooms (two with king size beds and one with two single beds).
The villa has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with seating for 6 people. The lounge has a TV and DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and air conditioning throughout. Patio doors lead onto the terrace which overlooks garden and pool. There are 6 sun loungers, and table and chair seating for on the balcony, a stone built BBQ and fully cushioned pagoda to relax in.

Comfortable open plan living/dining room with seat 6 people. Patio doors open onto the terrace which overlooks the pool. The villa has a TV and DVD player and a CD player.
