The house is located in a not-so-central area, 15 minutes from the nearest metro station, but well served by bus lines. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, except for the terrace, which is completely bare and poorly furnished with a small table and some disused chairs (the photos in the advert show the terrace of the apartment next door, which is flower-filled and more welcoming).During our two-week stay, we never saw Jillian. However, we did have a visit from a mouse in our home. We informed Jillian by phone, but despite her verbal helpfulness, she was unable to do anything to resolve the problem. So we spent the last 5 days of our vacation trying to stay at home as little as possible, avoiding leaving food on display and sleeping in the same bed with the children (who were terrified). On the other hand, London turned out to be fantastic. We'll return to London, but not to this house.
