Fantastic

Apartment was claen, spacious, had all the facilities we needed. The view was brilliant, and plenty of room around the pool. Highly recommend for families.

Peaceful location with wonderful sea views and access to garden & swimming pool. Very spacious. - very well equipped - a real home from home. We would willingly stay here again. A couple of loungers for the balcony would have been nice though they were provided around the pool but to stretch out more privately in the shade would also have been nice.

Bermuda Beach Apartment

The apartment is lovely as it has 3 bedrooms, a big sitting room with dining area, 2 bathrooms and nice size kitchen. The only thing was that the Standard of cleanliness left a lot to be desired which is a pity since the apartment and complex itself is lovely.

Apartment with plenty of space, good, sheltered garden and close to beach

We were welcomed by a nice English lady and got good information about the house. The apartment responded to our expectations. The location is such that it is a great advantage to have a car, then it's easy to get to the shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms is a plus :-) We rented a car at AllIn car hire in Malaga (Near Malaga airport)   (https://www.allincarhire.com/en/index.php) Affordable price and good service.

I think this is the best accommodation we have ever rented. Property was very welcoming: clean, full of light and very comfortable; well thought out with every convenience possible - as close to a home from home as is possible. Beautiful ocean views from balcony; well stocked and beautifully maintained gardens. Family loved the pool and the easily accessible sandy beach. Supermarkets very close and full of fresh produce and very reasonably priced. A rental car was a very good investment. It was all very beautiful. Would highly recommend it.Will be returning soon.

Stock up on basic necessities

Location near the beach and view to the sea are very nice. The apartment itself could use some tender loving care and perhaps updated furniture. The main inconvenience was that simple and cheap consumables were either non-existing or almost finished (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing fluid, garbage bags and machine wash tablets). Quite annoying to buy these from supermarket if you're staying for a few nights only. Coffee machine is very small - just enough to make two cups. No barbecue. Ray himself was very pleasant to deal with over the e-mail.

Fell short of what we expected, both In Cleanliness, Quality Of Overall Fittings Through Out .

We were shocked by the overall condition of the apartment's kitchen items, cupboards not cleared out of part used jars of food.Below the kitchen sink was full of used cloths etc. Both the toaster, microwave were showing signs of needing relacing.We were supplied with ONE sheet for our 29day stay.Only one double bed was made up + bedding was old as was the condition of pillows and quilt covers. The whole collection of wired coat hangers disgraceful. Even cushion covers in the lounge had broken Zips with cushions hanging out.The terrace had 2 old rusted reclining chairs + no cushions. These were not fit to use. Littered on the terrace was a disgusting BBQ, and assorted beach items piled into one corner. Even the ironing board cover didn't fit & was hanging off, not to mention the Old Rusty Metal Tray. However the only positive points to mention were the two shower replacements that had been carried out. What a pity the work had not continued through out, our stay was really effected and these remarks we feel need to be addressed to warn others of what to expect. IN COMPARISON: We had a 3month stay in 2020 near by in Casare's Del Sol with Home & Away and had no complaints at all. Absolutely beautiful bedding along with fixtures and fittings immaculate. We both feel justified with this account and wish all future clients to be warned.

The apt rate was for two people and was prepared accordingly however all 3 bedrooms were used in the apartment. A Change of bed linen and towels is always provided and more can be requested from the apartment manager.There was a late fee to be paid on arrival and was never paid. Apartment manager tried to contact the client a number of times with no response. This manager is available during the vacation to solve any issues that may arise and she was never contacted. They also have my email address and mobile if there were any issues and I was not contacted. All the kitchen appliances are in working order and though they may not be aesthetically pleasing it is not environmentally beneficial to replace them until they are broken. The overall consensus to the beach toys left to the side on the balcony are that families with children appreciate them and use them during their stay.

Very beautiful place, with excellent landscape for the garden, swimming pools and sea, well located, with direct access to the highway through a roundabout, close to restaurants and markets. But unfortunately on the side of the highway, very poor soundproofing, in the rooms you could hear a lot of noise from the cars passing by. With a tremendous lack of cleanliness, and bad smell. Greasy floors, dusty windows, pillows instead of being white were brown with dirt, dirty sheets and duvets worn and smelly, sofa covers and sofa cushions dirty and smelly. Boxes with clothes inside the closets smelling bad and full of moths. We cleaned everything and washed everything, we are sure whoever comes in after us will find an apartment that smells good and clean. The apartment also needs a general repair, lamps are missing, the doors are stuck, the blinds make a lot of noise when opening and closing, there is rust on the floor in certain places on the door locks. Needs a general arrangement. When we left, we left the windows open to air and the Owner closed all the windows. First it shouldn't do it in front of us and it should leave it open for at least two hours. Will we go back? Perhaps, as long as there are other cleaning and arrangement conditions in the apartment, because the sea side landscape is excellent. The beach is very weak. Watch out for the downstairs neighbor who has a big dog and sometimes starts barking late at night The beds could also be longer and with better mattresses.

Paulo Thank you for your feed back. I am glad that the area pleased you and that you appreciated the view. As to the condition of the apartment .... I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. It was newly painted and new sofas installed in May2022. following each rental a full clean is done. Fresh clean bedding is provided and your comments re bedding etc will be followed up by us with our management company. In regards to the noise levels within the building that really is not within our control. you have left many comments and we will take them all into consideration.

Toller Meerblick

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, bietet aber alles um sich perfekt selbst versorgen zu können. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist einwandfrei organisiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel, was sehr bedrückend war bei schlechtem Wetter.Wir bekamen für 26 Tage jeweils 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschhandtuch.wir hatten nur Spanisches Fernsehen! Wir haben uns nach 1 Woche eine andere Wohnung genommen ( ganz schön teuer 2 Wohnungen zu bezahlen.)Die Wohnung sollte dringend saniert werden.Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig und laut- gut das wussten wir auf Grund der Lage. Das einzig schöne war der Blick aufs Meer

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. In der Wohnung war alles da, was wir benötigten. So einiges könnte repariert werden (Rollos). Leider war unter uns eine Familie mit Hund, welcher uns täglich weckte. Aber das ist nicht die Schuld unseres Vermieters.

Cozy apartment with a great view of the resort and the sea

It was a nice cozy an big apartment with well-functioning air conditioning and all the necessary things to relax on vacation . There are good shopping opportunities nearby. The location is a perfect starting point for excursions to Gibralter and Estepona and Bahia Park and so on. Our three children and we really enjoyed the vacation.

schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mägeln

Eins Vorne Weg... 4 von 5 Sternen sollten genug sagen. TOP Lage Gepflegte Anlage Direkter Strandzugang Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Uns ist nichts aufgefallen was fehlt. Allerdings gang es ein großen Minuspunkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr Laut. Sie liegt an der A7 und 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße raus. Das hatten wir allerdings schon vorher gesehen , war uns also bewusst. Ansonsten war alles andere perfekt. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, Übergabe, Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts sowie die Schlüsselübergabe. Kurz um…. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacaciones en familia

El lugar es justo lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad junto al mar, la urbanización está muy bien cuidada , piscina, jardines. El apartamento muy bien, grande , luminoso, con unas vistas increíbles a la piscina y al mar. Lo malo la limpieza y el ruido de la carretera por la noche en los dos dormitorios dobles.

La casa está muy bien, amplia y cómoda Buena atención por parte del propietario, acceso directo a la playa, aunque no es muy buena, pero por la zona hay muchas otras. Hemos tenido mala suerte con los vecinos de al lado, ruidosos y maleducados. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

We have had many holidays here beside the sea in the sun and watched the sun set while sitting on the patio watching the boats sail by......
