I’m so pleased you found the home stunning, spacious, and exceptionally clean, and enjoyed the furnishings, terrace, pool, and views. As noted in the listing, the home sits in an elevated position, which is one of the reasons I chose it as my second home — I wanted the views, newer construction, peaceful surroundings, and private garage parking while still being close to the marina, beach, and Old Town. I agree that having a car makes the location much more convenient, and I personally always have one when I’m in Estepona. I enjoy driving into town, parking in one of the 3 1 euro public car parks and then returning to the quieter setting of the apartment. Guests who prefer not to drive often walk downhill into town and take a taxi back rather than tackle the uphill walk. The pide taxi app works much better than Uber. For travellers deciding where to stay in Estepona, there is naturally a trade-off between staying directly in the busy historic centre and choosing a newer, quieter residential setting with more space, modern amenities, private parking and elevated views. I chose the latter for my own home, and I’m glad you were able to enjoy so many of those features during your stay. Thanks for the feedback. I will tell my staff to switch to the winter comforters beginning in October and put extra blankets/linens in the (They were waiting for next month to use the warmer bedding)
