Die Villa ist ideal für Familien oder Paare, die einen privaten Garten rund um den Pool mit großer Sonnenterrasse mit eingebautem überdachtem Essbereich und eingebauter Grill gesetzt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen offenen Wohn-/ Essbereich führt hinaus auf die offene und überdachte Terrasse. 2 der Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss (beide mit en-Suiten) mit Zutritt zu einem geschlossenen Terrasse, während die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss profitiert von einer größeren en-suite und hat Zugang zu der großzügigen Dachterrasse - perfekt für den Sonnenuntergang bewundern! Die gut ausgestattete Garten hat einen großen Esstisch mit 8 Sitzplätzen mit 6 Sonnenliegen und weitere gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist ein gemauerter Grill und Spüle zusammen mit einer Dusche am Pool und Pool-Abdeckung.

Wonderful spacious house with a fabulous outdoor area and private pool which we used daily. Spotless on arrival with comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need to cook big meals and the bbq was great. Very quiet even in August. A car is essential for trips to beaches, grocery shopping and local sights such as Obidos, which we loved. A great stay.

We had a fantastic holiday at Clare’s villa in Praia del Rey. The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a large pool and numerous beach games for the kids. The location was stunning, just a short walk to the nicest beach we have come across in Portugal and lovely sunsets from the terrace. There was lots to do in the area, and the kids particularly enjoyed surf lessons on Baleal beach. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, including the communication with Clare and all dealings we had with the management company. We really hope to return!

Perfect short break by the sea

Loved the villas location - so close to the sea , only 5 mins walk to a quiet beach. Also liked how we could walk along the beach from the villa to the Marriott hotel. Sunset views from the villa and garden were fantastic and the outdoor furniture and sunbeds were of very good quality. Villa was very well appointed inside and very well furnished. Kitchen was also extremely well equipped making self catering very easy. I would definitely stay again.

Superb villa

A wonderfully spacious villa . Beautifully presented and equipped for both indoor and outdoor living . A particular feature being the outdoor patio area and swimming pool . So much space , wonderful views of the fairway and sea and a choice of dining areas to enjoy . There was even a terrace on the second floor perfect for seeing the amazing sunsets. Not being golfers we didnt make the most of the resort facilities but did find the booking service for sports activities very helpful . The local shop on site was useful for bread and essentials. The local beach was stunning but shame swimming was restricted to a small supvised area so a car was essential to explore the wider area . We especially loved the nearby lake and Obidos ( medieval village) was well worth a visit . All in all a really fabulous stay .

Relaxing stay in a beautiful Villa

We were 6 people and had a fabulous time in the Villa. The Villa is very spacey with enough tables (indoor and outdoor) and beach chairs for all of us. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool. The small table closer to the golf course was also very popular in the late afternoon or during sunset because you have a beautiful view to the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and big enough for at least 4 people to cook and prepare meals. We also used the barbecue a lot, which was great. The upstairs bedroom is fantastic, spacious with a big bathroom and a nice balcony with lovely views of the sea. The two bedrooms downstairs are smaller and have terraces to a small garden. The beach is wonderful, easy to reach in approximately 5 minutes walk. The area is very quite, the next town with restaurants and a supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away. There is only a small supermarket in the golf resort. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was like home away from home.

A perfect family villa

Spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location, 5 minutes from the beach, overlooking the golf course, this is a brilliant place to spend a family holiday. We enjoyed using the smoke outside space and the lovely pool. A car is essential.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely location with a very beachy feel. You do need a car to stay in Praia del Rey. A very nice area and really depends what you are after. The golf facilities are excellent and the resort is kept superbly. We spent a lot of time in Baleal which is s very laid back surfers haven. Kite surfing on the lagoon is a pleasure with crystal clear flat water. The property has an excellent outdoor area which is all we needed.

Excellent all round

We were very happy with our summer 2017 stay in this property, particularly its location (close to the beach, good view of the ocean, particularly spectacular at sunset) and its furniture and fittings, especially the standard of the kitchen, and the outdoor furniture). We have stayed in the area four times and this was by some distance our favourite. Strongly recommended.

Lovely villa with great views!

The villa is in an excellent spot as it overlooks the fairway and has lovely sea views. We were able to take a walk on the beach most mornings as there is a little path nearby. The villa was spotless, roomy and very well laid out with great ensuites off every room. Loved all the floor to ceiling doors which provided great access to the lovely pool and patio area. Lovely villa with great views

We spent a week in the villa recently, and had the perfect week, it was in an amazing position on the complex, overlooking the second green and just a short walk down to the sea. We loved the balcony in the master bedroom where you could watch the sunset and listen to the waves lapping on an evening. The villa was very modern with plenty of seating areas and a great bbq outside. We loved the medieval village of Obidos close by and the boys really enjoyed playing the course at Priara D'el Rey and Royal Obidos.

Ideal family location

Fabulous villa within walking distance (5 minutes) of the beach. Great layout - straight from the kitchen to the covered terrace and outside dining table/sofas. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Very well maintained and clean. Situated on a beautifully landscaped resort with golf, tennis etc and a couple of surprisingly good restaurants in the Marriott. Highly recommended.

Excellent Villa

Very good location for beach, golf clubhouse, Italian restaurant and Marriot. The latter good for wifi. Furnishings tasteful and good quality, pool area spacious with plenty of outside furniture. Villa layout excellent with plenty of living and dining space both formal and informal. We stayed in a detached villa closer to the lagoon on last visit but would try and get this one as first choice on next visit. Interaction with owners sociable and efficient. Particularly in returning the deposit.
