Unsere Villa befindet sich in einer sicheren privaten Gemeinschaft. Perfekt für Familien und kleine Gruppen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad, Kabel-TV und DVD ausgestattet. Es gibt Schiebetüren, die auf eine private Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune führen.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei neue Full-Size-Betten, ein eigenes Bad, Kabel-TV und DVD. Schiebetüren führen auf eine zweite Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune.

Unsere geräumige Wohnzimmer hat Zugang zum privaten Decks. Es ist mit einem Schlafsofa, Kabel-TV und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Essbereich wird sechs bequem Platz.

Sobald Sie unsere schöne Villa zu verlassen, es ist ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, Pool, Golf, Tennis und Restaurants. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen Familienurlaub. In der Hochsaison gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zu Ihnen, Ihre Lieblings Palmetto Dunes und Shelter Cove Orten stattfinden.

Plenty of room, very clean and inviting environment. Like being at home with everything available.

We had a great time in comfortable surroundings while vactioning here. Location is right in the middle of the island so restaurants, golf courses and shopping are easily accessible. We definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Excellent condo in the Moorings neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. The condo is a quick walk to the Dunes House and beach. It's also located on the side of the intercoastal waterway making it peaceful. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly updated and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The host is very communicative and made the whole process so easy. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved the size and accommodations the condo had to offer, not only inside, but on the Palmetto Dunes property as well. Lovely home away from home in an awesome location.

Perfect Condo

Our family of 4 loved staying in this condo. The condo was very clean, fresh, updated, and in a perfect location. Summer 2014

Moorings is an excellent location within Palmetto Dunes. Beach is a short walk from the condo as well as tennis courts and general store. The condo was well equipped and sizeable for our family of 5. It was also well maintained and clean. Would consider renting again if we decide to come back to Hilton Head in the future. Mike and Judy were responsive to our questions and the rental through VRBO was easy.

Great unit in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Efficient communication with the owner and everything was exactly as advertised. The unit itself has no view and is a walk up. This was not an issue for our stay but the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. We were very happy with the experience and recommend it highly.

Glad you had a positive experience vacationing in our home. We always communicate with our guests prior to renting to be certain they are aware we are located on the 2nd floor and there are 28 steps to climb! So happy the the stairs were not an issue for you!

Fabulous Family Vacation

11 glorious days. Location was wonderful. 4 minute walk to beach. Rented bikes for the full vacation and rode everyday. The condo has everything you needed, including a full kitchen and great WiFi. Favorite restaurants were; Social Bakery, Hudson’s and Sandbar. We will be back!

This rental is even more beautiful in person! We have stayed at other units in The Moorings several times before and this unit exceeded our expectations! It is well equipped and super clean! The owner is very proactive and genuinely cares about your rental experience! Her response time is so quick with any questions or requests. I would definitely love to stay in this unit again!

Great trip, location, and host

We have stayed in this complex before and we knew the location was where we wanted to be. The condo is well cared for. We did run into issues with a barking dog in another condo, but the owner made a call and it was taken care of immediately. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Gem on the beach

We just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well equipped, convenient, private, and serene. It was obvious that Mike and Judy put a lot of thought and effort into making this a turn key "home away from home" for their renters. We appreciated the beautiful master bath, the new washer and dryer, the new set of cookware and dishes, the comfortable furniture, the table and chairs on the balcony, the comfortable beds, and the overall cleanliness. It was warm and welcoming. We will return every chance we get.
