Der Wohnbereich ist sehr einladend und Küchenbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und der Schlafraum ist ein Bereich des Kindes mit Etagenbett .. Jeder, der hier bleibt, liebt es - und die Kinder lieben es, einen eigenen Schlafraum mit Fernseher / DVD zu haben! Das Gebäude hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und einen eigenen Pool.

Great Location w/ Amazing View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo location is very convenient and located within a gated community. The building felt very safe with easy parking and elevator access. The pool being closed was no problem this time of year with access to the beach right out the door and down the walkway.The views are AMAZING but the condo itself is a little older and dated, it was perfect enough for our small group of 3 girls but I would say a bit tight for anything larger than a couple and 2 small children. The couch and bedroom furniture (squeaky bed) could use some updating and kitchen utensils were lacking or rather felt like a hodge podge of leftover pieces.There is a small closet with some beach supplies inside which would be good if you have small kids.An update to this condo to a little bit more modern would take this rental to the next level.Response from owners was excellent and felt it met our expectations.

Beachside II

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Manager was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is how packed the beach area was. We were required to wear bracelets while on the property but I very rarely saw bracelets that we had. It appears lots of people come to this location from other condos in the area causing the beach to be very tightly packed.

Okay but needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is cute. Great location and rental company was professional. It needs a DEEP CLEAN. Mold in the crevices of the shower. The worst water pressure I have ever experienced in a beach condo. Kitchen stocked with the bare minimum. You can tell this is an income only property. We were there for fall break and it was crowded. I can only imagine what summer is like. Golf cart was a nice touch, but there were no instructions for a special tunnel to the Baytown wharf area. It’s not marked - so that would be nice. Just lacking.

My wife and I actually got married on this very beach 22 yrs ago before the resort even did weddings. My wife booked this rental online and the only negative I would be able to say about this place is that I did not book it for longer. The golf cart was an added treat as we drove over to the bay side every morning for coffee. It was also nice that we could take the golf cart to the grocery store and we even drove it to dinner a couple of times. Oh! I do have one bad thing to say. My wife wants me to buy her a house here with a golf cart. I have 6 years to make that happen. We are going to try and come back in the winter as we have never been to Destin in the winter time. Can't wait to get back here.

Amazing Views

The location of this property is perfect. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins out in the water. We could be down to the beach in just a few minutes. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The manager was easily accessible if we had any questions during our stay. Access to the golf cart only improved our stay. The golf cart let us get around the property to access different restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach and the fact that it had a golf cart for ease of getting around the area. Although the beach is a lot more crowded than expected, it was still easy to get to. The gold cart was great to take over to Baytowne Wharf. The condo was very clean and we had everything needed for the week. We were able to speak with the property manager with ease when we had some questions. I would recommend this condo for future visits!

Great view from balcony

Bed was comfortable, new chairs were great. Shower head needs replacing. Loved the west view from the balcony! Kitchen storage was adequate. Easy access with west elevator. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Golf Cart didn’t work

The unit is smaller than the pictures make it appear. The second bedroom with the bunk beds is like a closet. The golf cart didn’t work while we were there and that was one of the criteria we wanted when we selected property.

Memorial Day Weekend

Highly recommended. We parked our car and utilized the golf cart to travel back and forth for lunch and dinner at Baytown. The beach is literally steps away. My three year old and five year old loved it. The condo is in excellent condition and everything worked as it should. We will use this condo again.
