Dies ist die "Beautiful Sunrise" Aussicht von unserem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ein großes und geräumiges Dachgeschoss-Penthouse-Studio-Apartment direkt am Strand von La Cala.
Die Landschaft ist daher wunderschön und atemberaubend mit Panoramablick auf den Strand, das Meer und die Berge. Es ist privat und schönen Pool / Garten hat direkten Zugang zum Strand !! Diese Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel und bietet Platz für 2 bis 3 Personen. Kostenloses WLAN und Englisch-TV ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist seit 28 Jahren ein Familienferienhaus und nicht nur ein einfaches Mietobjekt! (Wir sind auch sehr flexibel an Ankunft und Abreise Tage außerhalb der Sommersaison) Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Strandrestaurants sind auch sehr günstig und bieten lokale Fänge des Tages! La Cala Golf Club ist auch in der Nähe und die Stadt bietet eine große Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants. Die malerische Stadt La Cala ist auch günstig gelegen, um andere Gegenden an der Costa del Sol zu besuchen, falls Sie einen eigenen Transport haben. Alternativ gibt es regelmäßige Busse entlang der meisten Küste oder wenn Sie nur entspannen wollen! Dies ist der perfekte Ort! (Zertifiziert von Junta Andalucia. Great location in La Cala

A lovely studio apartment in La Cala. Short and lovely walk from centre of town and also directly on boardwalk so great for those that like a morning walk/run. Fran was very helpful through the booking and beyond. Beautiful views.

Residencia Butiplaya Appartment

Comfortable 2 bed, bedsit penthouse apartment with great views across La Cala. Residencia Butiplaya is next to a sandy beach, but also has a large, secluded swimming pool. It is located by plenty of nearby beach restaurants and is within a comfortable walk to the bars and restaurants of central La Cala.

Absolutely beautiful apartment on the top floor of a large but quiet block. Stunning views over the bay ,La Cala and mountains. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of space ,ideal for one or two people.It's also ideal if you haven’t got a car as in close proximity to everything..several large supermarkets ,La Cala village Wednesday and Saturday market and numerous restaurants from day to day to high end and cafes are all within easy walking distance. Large pool and well kept gardens and a stones throw to the beach.I can’t praise this accommodation highly enough and the owner is an absolute joy to deal with..Brilliant stay…thanks.

Top class apartment.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Fran's lovely apartment. It is by far superior to any other apartments I have stayed at in the area and it shows also how much she cares for her guests. It felt like home. Everything worked fantastically and the built in air con worked a treat. La Cala and surrounding area is just one of the best places to be. I would highly recommend and it was so perfect I'm going back for a longer stay in August again. Thanks Fran, so glad we've found the perfect place to stay when in La Cala now.

Relaxing week at Butiplaya in La Cala

Clean and comfortable well-equipped studio apartment with fantastic views over Mijas Costa. Close to bars and some really good quality restaurants (El Olivio is just downstairs). Nice private gardens for sunbathing. Would definitely return.

Amazing view in a great location

The property met all our expectations. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped and in a perfect location. The garden is a lovely place to relax in the sun with a great pool. Through a gate and you can walk to La Cala in a few mins or for a longer walk in the other direction. Loads of good cafes and restaurants along the way and sensibly priced.

Everything there that you need. La Cala lovely village with great restaurants and beach. Hidden gem. Not tacky, not Brits abroad, lovely place. Will certainly return.

Great clean and fresh apartment with stunning views of the beach and the mountains. Everthing you need for a good holiday. If you don't fancy the beach, the swimming pool and gardens are even closer than the beach which is 5 minutes away. Close to shops, bars and restaurants but not the sort of place for staying up all night partying. If you are looking for somewhere to relax in lovely surroundings, this is the place for you. Nothing negative to say about our stay even though we'd managed to leave the keys at home ( Fran arranged for meet up so we could get in the apartment. That's real service.) We will be coming back as soon as we can.

Nice apartment with very good location in La Cala

Nice small apartment in a very good location and view. One room with both a dubblebed and sitting furniture. The balcony is an extra room since it is behind windows. Small kitchen area which we did not use very much since there are lots of restaurants close by. The entrance to the building doesn't look so nice, but the garden and pool area is very nice and located just at the beach. Everything was fine for us and the owner was checking up that we found the apartment okay when we arrived. We can recommend this apatrment for not more than two persons. Relaxing wonderful sea view

After many visits to La calla, must say this was the best apartment we have stayed at. Wonderful views, very clean, with everything you need, The beach is just at the bottom of the garden with the pool which is very well maintained. Excellent restaurants on the door step. So relaxing.

We keep going back to Fran's apartment as it is one of the better ones in La Cala. In the heat of August the air conditioning kept us cool. We enjoyed the many local restaurants and cafes and after a year of hard work it really was the perfect place to relax, with everything close at hand, whilst still not being commercialised. Recommend to anyone, and especially to those who don't know the area already. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful, clean, well-kept apartment with lovely views

The apartment itself was great & had everything we needed & the location perfect; the pool was in the garden & the beach was literally at the bottom of the garden; great for walking, swimming or sunbathing & a boardwalk leading to next resort or to the many restaurants, shops & market stalls. Mijas has layers to it & we enjoyed exploring it. Local buses are regular & inexpensive & we visited Marbella & Fuengirola. There is a certain charm about Mijas & I will definitely return!

This lovely apartment has it all - views over the Med, on the beach with a pool surrounded by well-kept pretty gardens. It is light and airy, well equipped and very clean and comfortable (slept really well!) - the air-con is very welcome! If you want to cook at home and sit on the balcony overlooking the sea or go out there are loads of good restaurants within a short walk – we’ve been to most! We’ve had yet another great holiday in your lovely apartment and can’t wait to return. Thank you!
