Die Ferienwohnung hat einen privaten Wintergarten mit großen Fenstern, die geöffnet werden können, um den direkten Meerblick zu genießen. Die Unterkunft hat Zugang zu einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Außenbereich mit Pool (ganzjährig geöffnet), Garten, Gartenmöbeln und Außendusche. Zwei kostenlose Sonnenliegen stehen im Garten zur Verfügung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist nur 1 Minute (20 bis 100 m) zu Fuß vom nächsten Restaurant, Cafe, Bar und Supermarkt entfernt. Der malerische Strand Playa de la Butibamba ist nur 1 Minute (120 m) zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Der Flughafen Malaga-Costa del Sol ist 30 Minuten (36,2 km) von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen stufenfreien Zugang und einen stufenlosen Innenbereich. Ein später Check-in ist gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr möglich. Ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Der Pool ist ganzjährig geöffnet.

Clean penthouse apartment with a fantastic view. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you will need such as washing machine and large fridge. Fully enclosed balcony was great for our afternoon chill. Will definitely book again but maybe later in the year as the resort was a little quiet. Fantastic communicator from the host. A stress free break.

Immaculate apartment with amazing views and in prime location for ease of access to beach, supermarket across the street and numerous restaurants to choose from. Lovely garden area and easy entrance into the large pool. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Loved it all.

The owners met us at the airport and explained everything to us which was very helpful. We have often stayed in La Cala and there are lots of restaurants and cafe"s. There are lots of nearby places to visit and the bus service is very good and very cheap. The owner's friend Elena took us to the airport at the end of the holiday which was really convenient. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much we are returning in September.

The owners were there and waiting for us on the scheduled day of our arrival. This made everything very easy and smooth for us. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return again. It was very airy and light and we couldn't have asked for more. It was decorated and furnished to high expectations and very central with a back gate directly on to the beach. The swimming pool area was amazing with lots of room to move about. We would highly recommend this apartment.

It is situated in a lovely area of La Cala right by the beach and a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful and has direct access to the beach. We especially enjoyed the location to the beach, shops and incredible restaurant selection. The weather was terrific and the garden pool and beach convenient. The day trips we booked at Gran Hotel for Morocco, Gibraltar and Sevilla. All the trips were new experiences and worthwhile. The perfect location and the most enjoyable holiday. Thank you!!! Looking forward to seeing more of Spain and will highly recommend La Cala and this accommodation.
