Great location, lovely apartment

This was our second time in this lovely apartment. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing family-holiday: pools, beach, clean air-conditioned apartment with an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The owner handles all the practicalities very professionally and it is nice to come to an apartment when you know that everything works and is ready for your holiday. We recommend this apartment, if you wish to have a relaxing holiday in such a great location as Alcossebre!

Excellent location, very close to the beach & some restaurants/bars.

Preoperty was as described, in a great location close to two beaches and some good restaurants, with more in Alcossebre, if you walk around 20min along the boardwalk. We had a few little niggles, but sorted out with Michelle quickly. Maybe the complex has a 'few too many rules', but most of the Spanish people seemed to ignore them. For us, the end of September/early Octoberweather was excellent, but it should be noted that the resort starts to 'close for the winter' after the end of September, so many of the restaurants/cafes/bars are starting to shut down.

I'm so pleased you had a good holiday and enjoyed staying in the apartment. Many of the beach restaurants and bar start to close in October but there are still a lot that stay open all year such as our local restaurant mirador. The main restaurant s in town also stay open all year so you still have a good choice. I'm so pleased you had good weather and hope you will return again soon.

Toller Urlaub in Alcossebre

Wir waren für zwei Wochen als Familie in der Ferienwohnung. Unsere beiden Grundschulkinder hatten großen Spaß am Pool (mit Rettungsschwimmer) und am Strand (flach abfallendes Wasser). Zum Strand muss man lediglich eine Straße überqueren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (komplette Küche, Sonnenschirm, Strandspielzeug...). Man kommt vom Balkon direkt auf den Rasen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe. Für den größeren Einkauf sind wir in einen großen Supermarkt (Consum) gefahren. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Zentrum mit der Promenade und den vielen Restaurants ist allerdings etwas entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt.

Sehr entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwei schöne Urlaubswochen. Die Anlage ist super für Familien mit Kindern. Unsere Kinder (7 und 11) waren total begeistert. Auf der Grünfläche der Anlage haben die Kinder diverse Ballspiele gespielt und sich sehr frei gefüllt. Der Pool mit verschiedenen Tiefen hat die Kinder besonders begeistert. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass es eine Aufsichtsperson am Pool gab. Die kleine Bucht direkt vor der Anlage ist sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Der größere Strand ist mit den Kindern zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und hat uns mit sehr vielen Informationen versorgt, damit wir uns vor Ort wohl füllen. Die Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und für Restaurants fanden wir sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was macht braucht. Sonnenschirm, Liegen und viele Strandspielsachen für die Kinder. Vielen Dank Michelle für den wunderbaren Urlaub

Sitio muy agradable

El apartamento es incluso mejor que lo q reflejan las fotos. Las habitaciones son grandes y es un lujo tener el aire acondicionado por toda la casa. La cocina está equipada con todo, no le falta detalle. La urbanización esta situada justo enfrente de Playa del Moro y tiene una explanada de césped enorme donde se ubican las piscinas. El trato tanto con Pettya como con la dueña Michelle ha muy fácil. Todo han sido facilidades.

Fijn appartement in goed verzorgd complex

Samen met 5 jarige dochter een week lang verbleven in het appartement. Alles werkte naar behoren met goede uitrusting. Zwembad heerlijk om te gebruiken. Strand toegankelijk door oversteken van de weg. Restaurants, ijssalon en supermarkt in de buurt. Communicatie met Michelle verliep uitstekend. Vragen werden snel beantwoord.

Apartamento al lado de la playa.

Tranquilo apartamento, con vistas desde la terraza al mar, y piscina. En zona muy tranquila, delante de la playa y urbanización tranquila. El apartamento es muy correcto, mejorable colchones y almohadas. Hemos estado una semana muy bien, y mi hijo a disfrutado mucho de la fantástica piscina. Buena comunicación con la propietaria.

I am so pleased you had a lovely holiday and liked our apartment. Our local beach was damaged in a storm in January and they have not been able to repair it due to the coronavisus situation. Next year it will be beautiful again but in the meantime we have a second beach very near by. I hope you will return again in the future

Great apartment and complex

Excellent all round. Community with owner before booking was great. All my questions were answered accurately and quickly. The apartment was fantastic, really well equipped and well located. We loved to sit on the terrace in the evening whilst the kids played on the grass or in the pool. Easy walk to two beaches. Alcossebre a lovely resort. Thank you, we would love to return.

Hemos estado 4 personas 7 días y nos ha encantado el apartamento, su terraza con acceso al jardín y las piscinas, el aire acondicionado, cocina con todo detalle, amplio, limpio y con la playa a 20mt, es un sitio ideal si buscas descanso. Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos y pasaremos por el ru-sos a comer alguno de sus arroces. Saludos.

The property was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped for children

The property has a fantastic position, getting sun and shade on the terrace most of the day. The grounds are tidy. The pools were wonderful, especially the baby pool for my two girls. The beach across the road was beautiful and empty at this time of year. There are some good restaurants near by, and more in alcossbre town if you are happy walking 20min along the promenade. I'd definitely recommend for a family, as long as you're happy fitting into the Spanish culture and eating after 7pm. Thank you Michelle and to Cathy, Clive and Graham who set us up with transfers and baby equipment.

My husband and I have owned this apartment for 10years.We have both lived abroad in our 20s and settled in England to raise a family. We spent 6 months looking for the perfect location, one which would suite our family friends and elderly relatives and within easy access to our local airport.
We have been extremely pleased with the apartment complex and area and feel we have made some great friends and had some wonderful holidays.
Our children have now grown up but continue to visit with their friends and family.
we have been very pleased with all our rentals and had a lot of positive feedback and hope to continue for many years.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We wanted to find a location with great beaches good restaurants and lots of local culture.
It was important to find a resort where the Spanish holiday.
We liked the fact that there are no major hotels in the area and it still feels like a small friendly Spanish town.
Every time we visit we feel totally relaxed and refreshed and love the laid back lifestyle.
We have made many friends in the area and always find new places to visit.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Without a doubt the complex is one of the best in the area.
The pool and gardens are very spacious and the beach is so close.
It is great to be able to wander round to the local supermarket or get take away paella to eat on the patio or just chill with a bottle of wine and a few tapas at the local restaurant.
We also love the walks in and around the area and all the fresh produce you can buy from the local farmers.
You can get the local train into Valencia for a days shopping or sightseeing or drive up into the mountains where little has changed for century's. There is always some sort of fiesta going on which is a great experience.
