Beobachten Sie spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf von Mexiko. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am West Gulf Drive ermöglicht das ganze Jahr über einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, der an einigen Orten im Osten von Sanibel aufgrund der Form der Insel nicht möglich ist.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten und das Wohnzimmer über ein ausziehbares Queensize-Sofa.

Auf der privaten, überdachten, abgeschirmten Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen können Sie sich entspannen und den Blick auf den tropischen Garten genießen.

Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gerät.

Startmengen an Badeseife, Shampoo, Geschirrspülmittel, Waschmittel und Papierprodukten werden bereitgestellt. Bei längeren Aufenthalten müssen die Gäste möglicherweise zusätzliche Mengen kaufen (mehrere Geschäfte in der Nähe).

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and beach were fantastic. We'd love to have had a few more basics stocked at the condo (counter cleaner, extra TP and paper towel) but the kitchen had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and beautiful family memories!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

I brought my college-aged daughter and friends with me for our first visit to Sanibel. After a long trip, we walked into the prettiest, coziest place and felt right at home. Had plenty of space for 5 ladies and everything we needed to cookie and sleep there. The pool was great and the beaches with those amazing shells were a quick walk to get to. The area is quiet and the girls were able to relax. We will be back with family next spring break!

What a super clean, nicely decorated spot…close to beach and so many shells!! We enjoyed our short, relaxing stay and will be back for a longer stay again I’m sure.

Glorious Stay

Breakers West A-6 is a spectacular condo with every amenity you can imagine. Immaculate inside and out. Screened in porch is perfect for evening dinners. Loved the location and walked the beach(shelling) every day. The pool was crystal clear and perfect temperature too. Just can't beat watching the sunrise and sunset in the gulf.

Nice. We liked ground floor and closeness to end of building nearest to the beach. Parking was near unit. Kitchen stuff was good. We were disappointed that kuerig wasnt available and that table only had benches and no chairs.

From the condo, there was a nice, easy access to the beach, and the pool was great. The condo was fully stocked. It had all the amenities of a hotel (toiletries, sheets, and towels provided) plus those of a beach condo (beach items) which was great when flying in for a vacation.

Sanibel birthday trip

We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Great condo!

We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.

Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.

Nice place in Sanibel

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. The pool is quite small and not having any extra parking at all for day visitors or when someone is in your spot is really inconvenient. The location is great because it is close to so many restaurants and the grocery stores.

Return to Sanibel

Wonderful location and beautifully renovated condo. Just steps away from the beach and all those seashells! The owners and the concierge were easy to work with and accessible. First time back from the storm and the building has done an amazing job getting things back up and running. Happy to see the Island making its way back, so much admiration for all those who have put in the work and continue to support the Island to bring it back to its previous glory, as an amazing vacation destination, and a peaceful spot with gorgeous natural surroundings.

Excellent stay

The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit.

Beautiful condo on Sanibel Island

Our family has vacationed on Sanibel Island for 40 years, always staying at the same property. Breakers West, Condo A-6 is part of this property and is where we stayed for two weeks in March, 2017. The ground floor location is particularly well-suited for seniors and young children. We have investigated other properties on Sanibel Island and return to this one because of its location, gorgeous landscaping, separate pool, beautiful beach and camera-ready sunsets! This condo is attractively decorated and very well-supplied, especially in the kitchen - lots of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware and utensils. The management company is quite responsive and promptly dealt with an issue that we had with a broken pool umbrella - excellent service. The owner of the property, Dennis, is pleasant, easily available, responds quickly to issues or questions and helped us with every step of the process. We were so favorably impressed that we are returning next year!

Great first trip to Sanibel!

Our family of four rented this condo for four nights on our first trip to Sanibel. The owner contacted us almost immediately after we booked and was kind enough to modify our reservation once we realized that we would need to arrive a day later than expected. The owner provided very good information about the property as well as some useful tips on what to do on our trip prior to our arrival. Upon arriving on the island, we easily found the management company office on the main thoroughfare to pick up the keys. The condo was easy to find as well. We found it very clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids. The property pool was just a few steps out the back patio. It was a fairly small pool, but quiet, as we rarely saw anyone there. We spent most our time on the beach, which was only a two-minute (or less) walk away from the property. There was plenty of room to set up our station on the beach, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach days very enjoyable. We ate our breakfasts and lunches in the condo, which had ample kitchen space to prepare meals. At night, we ventured out to try the many wonderful restaurants on the island, all of which were only a few minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this property. I would strongly consider renting it again if we make it back to Sanibel, which we hope to do in the future.
