Individuell eingerichtet schön gestaltete 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Villa Standing in einem eigenen Grundstück. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf den Hafen und die malerischen Dörfer von Las Fuentas und Alcossebre mit 5 blauen Flagge Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants erhöht. Fabulous 9-Meter-Pool und Terrassen in Landschaftsgärten Option für Sonne und Schatten zu schaffen nach Bedarf eingestellt. Im Erdgeschoss überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, um über den Pool und aus Platz 8 und Blick auf den Dörfern und den Jachthafen. 2 oben offene Terrassen mit Bistrotischen und Stühlen ideal für das Frühstück einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Pinienwälder, am frühen Morgen und den ganzen Tag Sonne sind. Der Vorteil der in diese Gegend fliegen ist die Verfügbarkeit von Rückflüge für £ 50 pro Person, wenn sie früh gebucht, die Eigentümer können weitere Details zu geben. Poolheizung ist gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr rein auf Öl-Verbrauch.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s a spacious property with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, which worked perfectly for us.The two terraces overlooking the sea were a highlight, the views are beautiful and very relaxing.We stayed during the quieter season and it was especially peaceful, which made it even more enjoyable. A lovely place to unwind with great sea views. We would happily stay again.

A beautiful property, perfect for a summer stay (3 weeks). It's at the top of a steep hill, so everything is a drive away, but that really is the only potential downside I can think of. My family had a wonderful time, with really good communication from the host when we had a very minor issue at the beginning. I would very happily book here again.

Thanks for your lovely review so glad you enjoyed the villa and had a wonderful holiday. The views do make up for the short journey to the village and you can walk down the steps and pedestrian walkway to the bottom quite easily, but it's hot in the heat of summer

Fabulous villa for family holiday

A lovely villa with fabulous views of coast and countryside. The villa was very clean with all necessary facilities including an excellent outdoor covered terrace and a lovely pool. There are a number of sandy beaches and smaller coves nearby for swimming. Great communication from the owner Rob. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Alcossebre Villa

Fantastic villa in a lovely location, very quiet - amazing mountain and sea views from the balcony. The children enjoyed the pool. There are some great pebble beaches nearby with good snorkelling, and if you drive further afield some good - albeit busy - sandy beaches. All in all, a great place to stay- can’t fault the accommodation or communication from Rob who was brilliant - would highly recommend.

Lovely villa

The Villa is lovely, clean, homely, has all you need and plenty of hot water. View amazing.The pool is lovely too. The property is overlooked by a large apartment block opposite and if you are going this year, just check before you book, whether or not the neighbours are still having building work done. Otherwise a lovely stay in a good location.

Thanks for a good review, glad everything was in order and you enjoyed the villa and area. We really overlook the pool and garden area of the apartments which is beautifully maintained with lots of palm trees. There are 4 apartment balconies that you can see which are much further back, but its very quiet and even in peak season there are not many people staying there and its never caused a problem to guests at the villa.

Alcossebre Delight

We loved the house. And although we went over to Peñiscola (& loved it), we also loved the seas side town of Alcossebre. Rob’s house is at the top of a hill and you can see for miles. We didn’t use the pool, but it would be great for the grandkids. It was definitely a great vacation.

This beautiful villa is in a quiet location looking out above Alcossebre. There are 3 bedrooms, each eith their own bathroom. The covered terrace is lovely, overlooking the villas private swimming pool. It is possible to walk into town from the villa, there are short cuts down dome stone stairs and across some wasteland. It took approximately 30 minutes.The villa is very quiet, the only noise being from crickets or people using the pool in the villas opposite.We had a great holiday.

Beautiful !

Process was very smooth and was very impressed, villa was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Had to be quick in the shower as hot water did not last long, also had to bleed the radiators as the heating was not working but after that it was fine (think this was simply because nobody had been there and had not been used alot through the summer) hardly anything open but supermarkets in the area 1 or 2 restaurants but this was not a issue for us as we were there for sport and not there alot and you need to be super fit or get a taxi home if going out walking as the villa is right at the top of a mega hill. But overall we were super impressed and would definately return next year !

Really pleased you liked the villa so much, I am not sure why the hot water was in short supply the tank is a good size perhaps the temperature needed turning up. December is quiet and a lot of restaurants do not open on a Monday particularly and close some other days, if you want to eat out this time of year you do have to plan which night and where you want to eat and possibly book. If you walk back to the villa its best to use the steps which cut out the long winding road and are much quicker

Wonderful Property

This is a beautiful house with amazing views. The house is high up on the hills, so offers amazing panoramic biews of the sea and hills on the back. The hose itself is gorgeous with a lovely pool, garden and very comfortable inside. It has all the necessary things required for the stay including well equipped kitchen. Everythkng in the house was very clean. The town is a short drive away and a car is a necessity because of the distance and the steep road. Unfortunately we were at the property during the heavy rains in Spain, but felt safe in the house. The owner Rob was in touch often to check if we're doing fine. He was also very responsive to our queries or requests. Really appreciate his assistance. Would definitely recommend the place.

Wonderful Location & Stunning View

Amazing- What a lovely villa in a PRIME location for stunning views from the elevated position. Nothing blocking your view of the blue Mediterranean, harbour and local town. Wake up, eat, swim, relax and all with a beautiful view. The villa is well equipped and has a home from home feel. The local Comsium supermarket is less than 5 minutes away and very well priced. We drove from UK to Spain so it was easy to get around and visit many places. Luckily the weather was 22 to 23oC and we visited 17th May so before peak season for heat but lovely. The owners very nice and super helpful, helping us settle in. The pool can be heated and this makes a difference but in peak time you may not need heating as sun will be on it. This is our first villa holiday and we look forward to re booking next year. All beds nice as is the ceiling fan in the bedroom, keeping us cool. The owners excellent helping to ensure we settle in well via phone, email, text or wattsapp. The pool is maintained but a pool contractor and the cleaner really did a great job for us. A nice touch with milk, juice and tea bags waiting for us. Hopefully we can re book for 2024. The elevated position was important to us for the views both within the day and night time. Wonderful Villa, Excellent Price This is a must visit !!!

Was das Ferienhaus angeht, kann ich mich den vorher angegebenen Kommentaren nur anschließen. Wirklich sehr schön, ruhig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.Was ich nicht gut fand war, daß es vor Ort keinen direkten Ansprechpartner gab und man nur per Mail mit Rob King in GB in Kontakt treten konnte. So gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten und Disharmonien, als es um die Poolheizung ging. Schlußendlich war der Pool warm, was aber deutlich auf Kosten meines Portemonnaie ging. So wurden mir für 6 Tage Poolheizung 110 Euro berechnet. Ärgerlich war, das ich die Poolheizung selbst ausschalten sollte, andererseits hätte ich die Kosten bis zur Ausschaltung durch einen Dritten tragen müssen! Ich weise darauf hin, daß es sich für mich um eine fremde Anlage handelte!Ärgerlich war auch, das das Internet und somit auch der Fernseher, am Vormittag des letzten Tages ausfiel und auch bis zu unserer Abreise am nächsten Tag nicht zurückkam. Hier war der weite Weg per Mail wieder hinderlich, da wir natürlich wissen wie man einen Neustart macht, der aber zu nichts führte. Vor Ort hätte man aber sicher viel schneller für Abhilfe sorgen können!!!Wir hatten aber trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt in Alcossebre.

Really pleased you liked the villa and that it was quiet and comfortable. The pool heating would have been better managed had it been booked in advance as requested, especially because the pool cover had been taken away to use as a template for a new one and this meant the heating cost was probably doubled. A week earlier the pool was being used without heating which is normal for September and to turn the pool heating off is easy and involves turning 2 buttons. The short internet outage was a one off and there is the option to contact me by WhatsApp for a quicker response.

Top-Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Ich war im Juni mit 4 Freunden in der Villa. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und den Ort Alcoceber. Komplett eingerchtete Küche mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Wunderbare Bäder, schöne Schlafzimmer, gute Matratzen. Einziges was ich bemängeln kann, dass die Doppelbetten nur 1,60 Meter breit sind und die Einzelbetten auch nur 80 cm breit sind. Gefehlt hat uns ein Wäscheständer und große Badetücher für den Strand. Ansonsten ist diese Villa absolut empfehlenswert.

Thanks for a lovely review and so glad you liked the villa, views, location and village. The beds are king size and there is a drying rack/airer in the upstairs bedroom wardrobe.

Nous avons passées des vacances extraordinaires ! Cette villa est juste incroyable, une vue a couper le souffle. La dernière maison en haut d'une colline. La propreté des lieux était impeccable. Il ne manque rien en terme d'équipement, Rob et son épouse ont tout prévue pour que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleurs conditions.Nous sommes rester en contact avec Rob tout au long de notre séjour, au moindre problème il a su être réactif immédiatement. Nous avons trouver cela tres rassurant avec mon épouse.Sans compter tout les merveilleux conseils qu'ils nous ont communiquer en terme de plage, restaurant et marché a découvrir, sans aucune fausse note.Le village D'Alcossebre est super, et a l'avantage de ne pas être envahie par le tourisme de masse. Tout ce que nous recherchions.Que de dire de plus, hormis que nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Espectacular casa con vistas de lujo

Tal como se ve en las fotos, sin engaños. La casa está muy limpia y bien cuidada, y tiene todo lo necesario. Muy amplia y cómoda por dentro. Desde las terrazas puedes disfrutar de unas vistas al mar de lujo. El propietario muy atento y cordial en todo momento. . Volveremos.

Todo es tal cual aparece en la foto. Comodidad, tranquilidad y a un paso de muchos lugares interesantes. Comunicación fluida con el propietario y facilidad en todos los sentidos. Muy recomendable.
